The housekeeping staff (Seraj, Komal and Vishal are doing an excellent job. The room was always clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and neatly made beds every day. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Their hard work made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great service!

The hotel is 5 star by name only. Room is ok but bathrooms are not. Smelly and not at all maintained. Stained walls, dirty door and broken dustbin. They haven’t maintained the bathroom at all. I have stayed at better hotels in Chandigarh. This is not a hotel worth paying 18k for a night

The stay was very nice. The staff was extremely hospitable. The rooms were cozy and clean. There was minimal delay between service and any complaints were tended to with immediate urgency. I would recommend everybody to stay and book and event here.

Great location and hospitality. The Oriental restaurant is superb! I also like the crowd - not the typical opulent locals but a combination of various nationalities who’re visiting the city to soak it in and learn all about it. At breakfast, the sambhar is “on point”! Something that’s otherwise a struggle to get in North India.

Great hotel. Excellent service and superfriendly staff. Aayush, Priyanshu and the rest of the staff at the hotell gave great service. The hotell restaurant served among others amazing Punjabi dishes. One must definitely try the bhuna ghosht!

You know it's luxury when you feel it. That's what the rooms of Hyatt Centric, Chandigarh are made for. Modern amenities, the ones you expect to make a difference when you pay extra for it. Very Chic & Busy. Nice buffet spread, swimming pool, and very courteous personnel.

The hotel is very nice, like the name said is Centric. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The housekeeping personnel had a good service. Thanks to Seraj and Ajush. In restaurant Koko Kojo the food is amazing and service very good too. Thanks
