We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.
The hotel is very nice, very spacious, has a gym, and outdoor and underground parking for €8, as well as very thoughtful decor.
The rooms are clean, with air conditioning, a shower, a hairdryer, hair conditioner, body lotion, and a minibar.
The staff we interacted with was very friendly, which is always important.
And finally, the breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake. It's buffet-style and has everything: fruit, cold cuts, pastries, breads, coffee, juices, cereals... It's very rich and varied.
I would definitely return.
The environment is beautiful, the hotel decoration is very elegant, and the location is especially good. You can overlook the ancient city of Toledo. The accommodation experience is great! It has received unanimous praise from the whole family. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient
We booked room 32 with room upgrade!
If you are staying in Toledo, I recommend it to an upgraded room!
It seems that the old house has been remodeled recently, but if you overturn it a little, it feels like a Korean hanok and a Japanese ryokan ㅎㅎ
The towels were the largest and heaviest, and the dryer was the most powerful.
The location is good, there is Elbe. Capsule coffee is free.
Of course, there may be some inconveniences because the building is old.
We saw Cattedral in our room!
The shower filter is a bit dark!
The rooms were clean and I'd highly recommend them. Also, the breakfast was a buffet, and I really enjoyed the Spanish dishes, especially the cured ham.
It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.
The location is beautiful, and the castle style is also unique.
Breakfast, facilities and services are quite satisfactory.
It would be better if there were a kettle in the room.

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price). Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large, about 10 minutes to the ancient city by car, the ancient city is difficult to park, it is recommended to navigate to the castle, there is a large parking garage, other areas are very, very difficult to park
The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is very rich, the children like it very much.
GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not very well located, has no own parking and is very difficult parking**** near. The hotel is beautiful and has everything necessary for a pleasant stay but if it is very complicated parking**** near.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.
MMiansechaohongThe hotel is located on the hillside, the view is very wide, the whole Toledo scenery is in the eyes, the room is large and clean, the fly in the ointment is that the sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner is too noisy
CCarlos_119I love this hotel, but it's a bit far from the city center, and buses run every hour. However, it's close to the AVE station and the only shopping center in the city, so I also find it very accessible.
Breakfast is a bit pricey—it cost me 13 euros a day—but there are many dishes and a variety of food.

GGuest UserThere is no electric kettle, and what is more terrible is that you can boil water with your own electric kettle. The boiled tap water is suspended particles and I dare not drink it. There is no parking space, just on Saturday, after I checked in, I spent 20 blindly on the street to find a parking space. It took about an hour to get back from the church after dinner to find a public parking lot with vacant seats.
沈沈The hotel gave me a big surprise, the hotel is in the scenic area, the room decoration is characteristic, very clean, not old, the only regret is that breakfast is too little, but the coffee is very good
