The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Its a beautiful hotel with wonderful ameneties and room. The entire stay from check-in to check out went so smoothly, we didn't have to worry about anything after a long car trip! I also want to give a warm thank you to Kak Ida at front office who is so friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Had an incredible stay! Will be coming back here in the future.

Nice hotel except the towel is like an old rug. Management - Please get new towels for the guess. We have paid the price, but we did not get the quality we expected

Hidden game, the place is a bit in but the view, the room and facilities are really okay and very comfy. At this price it is worth it, unfortunately the restaurant has not yet opened when I go there. It seems to be still preparation because it is still new. But gojek and others can still hang up if you look for food or snacks, especially if you come out again 😁

Stayed for 2 nights in Room 703. ➕ Plus: • Great location, 7 mins to Simpang Lima and directly connected to Queen City Mall, which has many good restaurants and shops. • Good value for money considering the facilities and location in Semarang. • Complete in-room amenities: washing machine, large fridge, microwave, stove, plates, and cooking utensils, very convenient for family stays or longer visits. • Smooth check-in process, and no deposit required. ➖ Minus: • Electricity went on and off more than 8 times during my stay. The outage was short each time, but it disturbed our convenience, especially when charging devices. • A flying cockroach came out from the upper side of the wardrobe cupboard. I reported it to the staff. • Breakfast restaurant is quite small and often crowded, with limited menu choices. • Room is not soundproof, noise from the streets and the train can be clearly heard, even until midnight.

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in Semarang for business. It's the tallest building in the city, and staying on a high floor offers incredible panoramic views of Semarang. It's also very close to the airport, just a fifteen-minute drive away. The hotel lobby had a wonderful Christmas atmosphere.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind and friendly.

FIM by Zigna is a clean, comfy hotel in a very strategic spot in Solo. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly & helpful, and I felt very welcome. Breakfast has good variety, and there are nice facilities like a pool, spa, and a café. Location is excellent — close to local food, tourist spots, and everything you need. Highly recommend!
