The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Если в пиковый день оплатил люкс с возможностью бесплатной отмены или изменения даты заезда, то Даже если изменяешь дату, в которой нет загрузки и цена в три раза ниже, то готовьтесь еще доплатить треть стоимости обычной цены… завтрака в форме шведского стола тоже не ждите… такой финансовый подход очень разочаровывает. Еда в ресторане вполне съедобная, приятный бассейн, приветливый персонал. Если вы хотите попасть на утреннее фото Боробудура, то смело можете выбирать более бюджетный вариант, даже если он немного дальше.

From beginning till the end awesome. Good room for 3 people. Dinner was good. Breakfast excellent. Beautiful swimmingpool. And to end it with a complimentary foto,. This exceeded expextations, Thank you, Terima Kasih, Dankjewel!

The service is excellent, everyone from security, doormen, checkin staff, room service, breakfast team to chamber maid. We didn’t book with breakfast but we ended up eating there for three mornings!! Quite a lovely spread to enjoy. Great coffee as well! And the coffee shop offers fresh juices outside of the breakfast hours. We ordered room service too and the food was delicious. The only drawback I can write is that the plumbing really needs improvement. The odour is bad. The last day was the worst the smell went into the bedroom as well.

The hotel is excellent, clean, and has complete facilities. The Kids Club offers many activities for children. Ms. Sella from reservations was incredibly helpful. The salon facilities are good, and the service is excellent, especially from Ms. Firda and Ms. Nining. Breakfast has a wide variety and everything is delicious. The price was incredibly reasonable, the location was superb, I was also impressed by the hotel's facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

This is a new hotel in Semarang, located up on a hill. It doesn't seem to have many guests yet, which means the atmosphere, cleanliness, and newness are all excellent. Plus, the soundproofing is great – I didn't hear any prayer calls. The room even comes with a capsule coffee machine, making it fantastic value for money!
