Great location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

I recently stayed at Novotel London Canary Wharf and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt modern, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from my room. Waking up to the Canary Wharf skyline and watching the city lights come alive at night was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire room feel bright and spacious, and the panoramic cityscape gave the stay a real luxury feel. Another standout experience was visiting Bōkan, the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar. The views from up there are absolutely breathtaking , you get a stunning panoramic perspective of the whole of London, from Canary Wharf to landmarks across the city skyline. Whether during sunset or later in the evening, the atmosphere is unforgettable. The combination of great food, drinks, and those sweeping views made it one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel amenities were also excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring or working in the city. The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation that really elevated the overall experience. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf delivers the perfect mix of comfort, modern luxury, amazing facilities, and spectacular London views. I’d happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Canary Wharf.

Best stay ever. The Hotel is new (1.5 yo) modern and contemporary design and furniture. Beautiful view with floor to ceiling glass windows. Everything operates with touch panel controllers. Nice bath tab and generous shower space. If wifi was more secure with password it would have been better. Only downside was that those huge TVs were not smart TV. With the discount from Trip.com and the generous upgrade to a suit by the hotel, we had the best deal and experience. Will deff come back and deff recommend!!

The view outside the hotel is really beautiful. Located next to Thames River. Cooling but not too windy. Within 5 minutes walk to subway station, Elizabeth Line. Easily access to tourist attractions in London. Breakfast at level 1 was wonderful. Varieties are good. The dining area is clean, bright and spacious. The service staffs, including the cooks, are really cheerful and gave excellent services. Same goes for the receptionists. The carpets in the hallway next to the hotel rooms needed to be clean. A bit moldy smell.

The breakfast here is very good. It's quite close to attractions like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. To get to the British Museum and Buckingham Palace, you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. I didn't see any supermarkets nearby, though. The air conditioning works well, and you'll need to ask them for a toothbrush. The complimentary bottled water comes in glass bottles. Many Chinese tourists stay here.

The good: location, close to public transport to get to Heathrow airport or into London. Room a good size. The bad: check in was 45 mins, queue wasnt that big but seemed to take ages. After check in, got stuck in the lift for 35 minutes, with no air on and it felt about 40c which was awful. Car park underground was BOILING, got into the car and it was 36c underground! Pool opens at 10 but checkout is 11, would be more convenient to open it earlier so people can use in the morning before checkout. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the room was very dark! Struggled to find the room, the layout was confusing, had to ask a cleaner as not signposted! TV had a different guests details on…

I really can't help but complain about this hotel. It's not cheap, but it's incredibly hard to find. They say it's connected to The O2, but it's very far from the subway station and extremely difficult to locate, with very few signs. Also, the check-in and check-out process was the longest I've ever experienced. On top of that, the mini-bar in the room was ridiculously expensive, and they didn't specify which items were chargeable or provide prices in advance. I only drank two bottles of water and took out a biscuit but didn't touch it, and they deducted £33 from my deposit. If it weren't for the Ariana Grande concert, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel at all. It's definitely the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at in terms of service. However, there were some pleasant surprises. The room facilities and the view were top-notch and worth the price. It's just the service and the location that are hard to overlook.

Pros: Close from Heathrow airport and is very convenient to get ready for the early morning flight. The local bus stop (the 3rd bus stop from Heathrow Central Bus Station) is close from the hotel. Cons: Inside the guest rooms are dark to do desk work. Depends on which room you take, it might need several minutes from main reception to get to the guest room. The hallway is way too long

The location is fantastic, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, truly in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is generally good and convenient. Facilities: The hotel has most of what you'd expect, though the room is a bit small. But that's pretty standard for UK hotels; this king-size room is about 25 square meters. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it didn't really bother me overall. Ambiance: The atmosphere is nice. They have a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you can enjoy night views of St. Paul's, but there's a dress code – no casual wear allowed.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's less than 100 meters from the subway station. From Heathrow, take the Elizabeth Line to Custom House, then transfer to the DLR and go one stop further east. The hotel is right outside the station (Google Maps' route suggests walking 1km without transferring). It takes about half an hour to get to the city center. There might be some payment delays when using Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued by mainland Chinese banks at the hotel.
