La habitación disponía de todo tipo de servicios como secador, plancha y tabla, gel, peine, cepillo dientes, jabones, etc..Dormimos muy bien, me encanto la calidad de las sábanas. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaron estupendamente."

Anonymous UserEXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

The hotel is located in the absolute center of the city. Although driving to the hotel has to turn around in a winding street for a long time, Google Maps can be trusted. There are two parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel that can temporarily park and put luggage. The nearest commercial parking lot is 500 meters away, but it has to be turned around when it comes back. The room was very large and the front desk brother was great.

Guest UserEasy access with parking. From the hotel, you can explore the entire historic center on foot. There are many places to eat, have a drink, or go shopping within a 1km radius.
It has a spa, which, while not exceptional, you can enjoy privately with your group by booking in advance. The service is friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but it's preferable to explore the city center and find other places to eat or have tapas; there are many. On the downside, there was sometimes a sewage smell in the room, though not always. We left happy with our stay and our visit to the historic center of Cáceres. Recommended.

Llegamos un poco tarde pero con el código que nos habían dado pudimos entrar sin problemas. La habitación disponía de todo tipo de servicios como secador, plancha y tabla, gel, peine, cepillo dientes, jabones, etc..Dormimos muy bien, me encanto la calidad de las sábanas. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaron estupendamente.

Guest UserWe were very disappointed by a miscommunication between our booking and the information that the hotel had. After more than an hour of discussion we were finally admitted to the spa. The hotel was still OK.
