Art'Otel London Hoxton

It is a beautiful hotel, new and elegant. We are family of 3, our daughter is 10 and the sofa bed works very well👍🏻. Have to say give a great thanks to the hotel manager Mr Silvio (I probably spell it wrong🫣), he is such an amazing person and helpful with great service attitude. Definitely a plus for the Art’otel to have him in the management. Fully recommended if your itinerary is in east part of London.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic location, staff were amazing also. We used the pool which was great. We would love to come back!

I I had another wonderful stay at art’otel Hoxton, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore London. What made this stay especially memorable was that I was travelling with my mum, who was visiting the UK for the first time. The team went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay, and that meant so much to us. I would like to give a special thank you to Ishrat, the Guest Experience Manager. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. She listened to our needs, checked in on us during our stay, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Her exceptional hospitality turned what was already a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, professional and eager to help. I truly appreciate the care and attention we received, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful memories my mum and I made during our stay. I highly recommend art’otel Hoxton to anyone visiting London and will definitely be returning. Thank you again to Ishrat and the entire team for making our stay so special.

We went to Art’otel Hoxton for our 23rd anniversary. Our experience was stellar. From the service, to the spa, to the accommodation, to the views, artwork, and the restaurant (Solaya) - the experience was unique and amazing. Every person working there was conscientious, warm, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special - from front of house to housekeeping. They added little touches -notes, a complimentary treat at dinner and to our room. Juliet, Vanessa and the rest of the Art’otel team, thank you - you made our anniversary memorable. The location is great, too! We will definitely be back!

was such a beautiful hotel. every moment was so peaceful. having a spa, winning pool and sauna was so special especially the gym making it fun!! they had everything close to them: Old Street Station, Liverpool Street and some close shops around. we had dinner at The Brush and the service there was so amazing. overall everyone was sweet, helpful and friendly. we’re booking again soon!!

Great stay good location loved the amenities. Room service was quick and tasty , room had a great view. Only thing I’d say is around the pool area was clean but actual pool could do with being a bit cleaner

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great, easy to travel with both bus and metro.

Best stay ever. The Hotel is new (1.5 yo) modern and contemporary design and furniture. Beautiful view with floor to ceiling glass windows. Everything operates with touch panel controllers. Nice bath tab and generous shower space. If wifi was more secure with password it would have been better. Only downside was that those huge TVs were not smart TV. With the discount from Trip.com and the generous upgrade to a suit by the hotel, we had the best deal and experience. Will deff come back and deff recommend!!

It was an amazing experience we went for my girlfriends birthday the atmosphere was amazing and the views were incredible and the buffet for breakfast was spot on i definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking to stay here. The workers was really polite and helpful to find out where everything is aswell.
