The hotel is a true 5 stars. The manager of the hotel will look at you down if you are not your typical white traveler, other than that the rest of the hotel staff is amazing.

The hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

Very good location to explore the Colonial area. Close to the park, entrance of the Conde. Safe, not fancy but good. All the essentials are there . A bit dated, but maintained. Roof top pool and roof top breakfast are very nice. Personnel helpful and nice. I'm been here few times and is always my first choice when I need to go in Town.

Parqueo accesible, buena ubicación con lugares cerca de recreación El desayuno estuvo bien; la vista de la habitación espectacular 🧡 El único inconveniente fue que el agua caliente no funcionó y solicite cambio de habitación y en la otra habitación tampoco funcionó el agua caliente! Nice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.
