A perfect experience for a family trip.
The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment
The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end
The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out
There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing!
Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again
I climbed Mount Hua alone and chose this guesthouse at the foot of the mountain based on reviews! They offer free shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and the tourist center, so I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. After descending the mountain, they took me directly to the high-speed rail station, which perfectly connected with my next journey. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the underfloor heating kept it very warm! The bathroom was odor-free with plenty of hot water. I will definitely stay here again next time!

I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

The buffet breakfast at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a perfect experience! The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!
This stay was truly exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable overall. The bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful rest. The bathtub was clean and tidy, perfect for a super relaxing soak, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The Westin Xi'an boasts an excellent location, directly facing the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and within walking distance of the Grand Tang Everbright City. The Tang Dynasty-inspired design is elegant, and the hotel even has its own museum with free admission. The Heavenly Bed ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast offers a delightful mix of Chinese, Western, and local Shaanxi specialties. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the soundproofing is excellent, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city – making it a top choice for travelers. Nico was incredibly helpful and arranged a complimentary late check-out! During my stay, I also received two free tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum's 'Picasso and Majiayao Painted Pottery Exhibition' and dining discount vouchers.

I brought my little one to Xi'an for a trip. We visited the Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers, Xi'an City Wall, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, among other places. We stayed at this hotel for all five days. The hotel's location in the old city is excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. There are also many Xi'an specialty snack shops nearby, so dining out was easy. As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service were top-notch. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the heated pool was lovely!
Xiangye Ersheng (Shangluo Zhangyugou) is located in the Zhangyugou Scenic Area of Shangzhou District, on the southern slope of the eastern section of the Qinling Mountains. Nestled among green mountains and clear waters, it is next to the Danjiang River, offering an exclusive pristine mountain retreat. The design blends the rustic texture of southern Shaanxi with modern minimalism, keeping the nostalgic countryside feel while providing comfortable quality. The guest rooms are built along the mountains, where opening the window brings views of green peaks and flowing streams. The hotel also offers mountain leisure spaces and a specially designed children’s play area, equipped with safe and thoughtful facilities, allowing kids to run freely and connect with nature. Away from the city’s hustle and bustle, adults can enjoy a slow mountain getaway while children play freely, making it the perfect mountain retreat for family trips, parent-child vacations, and peaceful recovery.

Our stay at Wyndham was excellent. The room was very spacious, featuring a large bedroom, a generous bathroom, a small dressing area, and a very comfortable bed. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with friendly, professional, and helpful staff who made us feel welcome.
The location was also very convenient, situated close to the main attractions of Xi'an. Although the hotel is located toward the end of Datang Everbright City, it still provides easy access to the area's highlights while offering a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

The service here is exceptional, and the atmosphere is incredibly comfortable! This street is lined with bars, perfect for an evening drink. They even have a balcony, a terrace, and especially a lovely backyard with a small pool – it would be fantastic to visit in the summer! Plus, there's an adorable little cat named Mika. The rooms are beautiful, exactly as pictured, with 24-hour hot water and powerful air conditioning. Although there's no dedicated heating, the central air conditioning keeps the room wonderfully warm!

GGuest UserThis hotel is said to be the only one of its kind in Xi'an, and one of only two in Asia. I decided to give it a try for one night, and overall, I had a good experience. First, the environment: it's located in the former People's Mansion, within its own large courtyard, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city. There's even a fountain downstairs. The hotel's designer is Chinese, but it boasts a French style. It was originally built during the Soviet aid era to host Soviet experts, so it likely incorporates elements from Chinese, French, and Russian cultures. About 90% of the guests are foreigners, possibly French, though I couldn't really tell. The room decor is quite elegant, not modern. The facilities and amenities are good, but some furniture and the floor show obvious signs of wear. The staff are all young and provide excellent, smiling service. Breakfast was just so-so; it seems more geared towards foreigners. For Chinese guests, the variety is quite limited, and it pales in comparison to the breakfasts at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and especially the Ritz-Carlton. But then again, each hotel has its own unique characteristics. All in all, it's a hotel worth staying at!
GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money in the heart of the Bell Tower area. The MEILIE hotel boasts sophisticated and attractive decor, and the rooms are clean with great soundproofing. Our butler, 🍞, was always available when we needed him, and the hotel provided afternoon tea, a complimentary photoshoot, and intangible cultural heritage souvenirs. It's a one-stop shop for exploring and dining, making our trip completely worry-free.
GGuest UserThe quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are all new, the bed's firmness is just right, and the shower water pressure is perfect. The soundproofing is also quite good, and the air conditioning temperature is comfortable. This InterContinental is probably the best InterContinental I've stayed at in terms of service within the IHG Rewards Club in recent years. From the moment I arrived, the doorman immediately helped me with my luggage from the car to the front desk. When I encountered an issue, manager Skery was very helpful and pleasant in resolving it. Knowing I have rhinitis, she thoughtfully arranged a humidifier for me, which led me to extend my stay for another night. The lobby manager greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, and when I checked out, the doorman once again helped carry my luggage to the car. These are all small details, but they make you feel truly taken care of. I hope other InterContinental hotels can reach this level of service too.
GGuest UserRoom Type: The furniture is a bit old, but the room is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious.
Location: It's super convenient – just a two-minute walk downstairs to Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. There's also a shopping mall and a food street right across the street.
Service: On the first night, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that was temporarily fixed, and then fully resolved the next day. You can really feel the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up!
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite.
Food: This is my second time in Xi'an, and this hotel has the best breakfast I've had. The bread is delicious, and the Chinese dishes are authentic.
Overall, the hotel is excellent. The location is convenient, and the service quality is great. Definitely worth coming back to.
GGuest UserXi'an, as a tourist city, has truly excellent infrastructure, and the local hotel services are top-notch. This hotel, from its service to its facilities, is very good. Although it's not brand new, it doesn't affect its quality. It's very satisfactory. The hotel even offered two complimentary photo shoots, and the photography was professional – a nice keepsake for the kids. The sour soup noodles were delicious. It's not super close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, about 1.7 kilometers away.
One thing to note is that the hotel's swimming pool water quality was quite poor, and I saw a child cut their foot, so that's something to be aware of.
GGuest UserThis stay was truly exceptional.
DDagezuoThe Jinjiang Hotel brand truly lives up to its reputation; the entire hotel is well-equipped with excellent facilities. All amenities in the room are top-notch, from the quality toilet paper and slippers to the ample supply of premium bottled water. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a great mix of Chinese, Western, and local dishes, all prepared with great attention to detail. The staff are attentive and professional in all aspects, tracking everything efficiently and providing warm, courteous service. This hotel is definitely worth staying at again and recommending.
GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is top-notch – no strange smells or dust anywhere. The toiletries were comprehensive, hot water was plentiful, and the internet speed was great. The staff were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and polite. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious too. Overall, the value for money is amazing. Highly recommended!

LLanjingyuanlinThis stay was truly amazing, five stars for sure! The public areas are elegantly decorated and perfect for photos, with no clutter or strange odors. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned, making everything feel fresh and comfortable. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, operating smoothly and reliably, making them convenient and reassuring to use. YOYO, one of the staff members, explained the packages in detail (no hard selling at all) and had a gentle, patient attitude. The cleaning staff were meticulous and dedicated, always keeping the environment neat and orderly. From hygiene details and facility upkeep to the service experience, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. You can feel the careful attention to detail everywhere – high standards of cleanliness, complete and undamaged facilities, and warm, thoughtful service. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth choosing again. Highly recommended!
