This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

This hotel is an excellent choice for travellers arriving late. The clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location make for a smooth stopover. They kindly provided a pick-up service from Terminal 5 and drove us to the hotel, which is connected to Terminal 3 via a sky bridge—making it incredibly convenient to simply walk across in the morning for breakfast.

The hotel is very good, the ceiling is very high, I haven't had a good sleep for a long time, it's very quiet, the scenery outside is super good, the hotel is a big building, and the swimming pool is also very good! Everything is good, but it is recommended that the hotel can write a small description of the hotel facilities and restaurants and various services in a more obvious place in the room, such as the breakfast time, the swimming pool location opening hours, so that we don't have to call the front desk all the time.

The hotel service is warm and friendly, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the rooms are cozy and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very kind. The front desk ladies are very enthusiastic, and the room prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money! I've had more than just comfortable and pleasant stays here; it's also given me a taste of local life, which is my overall impression of this hotel. However, I do have two small suggestions: 1. There's really only one power outlet and one USB port by the bed, which isn't very convenient for phone users. 2. The air conditioning's heating effect isn't particularly good. I tried all three fan speeds, and it still wasn't very effective (it's also possible my friend and I just didn't know how to operate it, and by then it was too late to call staff to check).

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

Service: The front desk service was professional yet friendly, and the staff were very polite. Environment: The hotel's internal environment was very clean. Cleanliness: The bathroom was very new, with marble decor, clean, and no unpleasant odors. Facilities: The elevator was clean and convenient. Transportation: It's right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Line 2, which is incredibly convenient. Across the street, there's the Qinfeng shuttle bus that connects to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, costing 30 RMB per person, including a guide – very convenient. Summary: The hotel is right outside Longshouyuan subway station, making it very easy to get to popular attractions like the Bell Tower and Xi'an City Wall. The room design is also clever, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, which is convenient for multiple people getting ready. The breakfast includes many local specialties, such as Biangbiang noodles and Saqqara noodles, allowing guests from out of town to better understand the city. It was a great experience! This newly opened hotel has a great location, just a few minutes' walk from Xi'an Railway Station, making it easy to move around with your luggage without any hassle. It's perfect for catching early morning high-speed trains or arriving late at night. The hotel is newly renovated with brand-new facilities. The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, and check-in is efficient.

This was our first time visiting Xi'an, and we chose this homestay. Our entire family was absolutely delighted. Traveling with children, our top priorities are hygiene and quietness, and this place was not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully peaceful. The owner was exceptional – easygoing yet thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable about traditional culture, and genuinely kind-hearted. The local recommendations they gave us were perfect for the authentic Xi'an experience we were hoping for. When we bought some local pastries for our friends, the owner was so considerate, kindly helping us store them in the kitchen fridge. In the evenings when we returned, they invited us for tea, chats, storytelling, and even introduced us to the art of incense (xiangdao). In just a few short days, we became good friends. Our child didn't want to leave and strongly insisted on staying a few more days! It was a truly happy and relaxing trip to Xi'an, offering a wonderfully carefree experience. Xi'an, we will definitely be back! And we'll absolutely stay at Guan'erjie again!

Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and convenient dining. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, which is very good. The hotel service staff and front desk staff are warm, generous and thoughtful. A very satisfying hotel experience.
