The stay far exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was warm and attentive, always responsive to requests, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. While it didn't have any unnecessary amenities, it perfectly met my core accommodation needs. I came solely for the service and the room, and I wasn't disappointed at all. I highly recommend it to anyone who values ​​a high-quality stay!

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

The overall experience is definitely positive but I feel the hotel could improve its service that matches its hardware, the property itself.  This hotel is on par with some other hotels we stayed recently but its service does have a lot room for desire. After I showed my reservation and it clearly indicates the room is for two, I was still asked if it was for three, just because there were two people walked in with me together? Then went to the non-smoking room that smells conspicuously otherwise. The front desk instead offers to “treat” the room before offering a different room. The replacement is much better but I saw an ashtray in the room and the staff then replied it’s part of standard room amenities 🥴. The next morning around 7:30am, I was about to go to front desk and asks for more toilet paper but happens to see a staff, she used a walkie talkie and asks someone to deliver the toilet paper for me. She was so loud that I was afraid some guests might come out their rooms and scold her.  But the hotel’s carpet looks gorgeous and feels great too, and the corridors are much broader than norms. Also the toilet paper was delivered by the robot as shown in the pic, which was kind of cool.

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is top-notch – no strange smells or dust anywhere. The toiletries were comprehensive, hot water was plentiful, and the internet speed was great. The staff were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and polite. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious too. Overall, the value for money is amazing. Highly recommended! They even upgraded my breakfast!

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

This hotel offers an amazing experience! Monica from guest relations arranged everything beforehand and even shared some great local restaurants in Xi'an, all of which were delicious. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and cozy, with complete and brand-new facilities, including a 24-hour gym, and meticulous attention to detail. All the staff were friendly, thoughtful, and responsive. My room was on a high floor with a fantastic view, making my stay comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I'm sensitive to the cold, and they thoughtfully moved me to a room on a higher floor, which I really appreciated! The room itself was unique, with a cave-style *kang* (heated bed) that was a full three meters long. Our balcony overlooked Red Street, and at night, we could watch the illuminated Ferris wheel 🎡. I'll definitely stay here again next summer! 👍👍👍

This stay at the hotel completely refreshed my understanding of high-end hotels! From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the attention to detail - the fragrance is elegant and pleasant, the lady at the front desk proactively hands you a warm welcome drink, and during check-in she kindly reminds you that the surrounding food street is only a 3-minute walk away. We chose the Executive King Room, which has a 45㎡ space with a modern and simple design. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city's night view. The biggest surprise is that it is equipped with a smart toilet and a tropical rainforest shower. The bedding is just the right softness and hardness, and I feel full of energy after a good night's sleep. The drinks in the mini bar are refilled free of charge, and they also thoughtfully prepare steam eye masks and earplugs. Even the makeup mirror has a fill light function. Detail-conscious people will be delighted! Breakfast is served in the landscape restaurant on the first floor, which offers more than 50 Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly fried Benedict eggs and Cantonese-style shrimp dumplings are special. When I checked out, I found that I had left my charger behind. The front desk immediately contacted the housekeeping department to retrieve it and took the initiative to help me express it home. This kind of service is really impeccable. The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and there are supermarkets and cinemas nearby. It is especially suitable for business trips or family trips. I have recommended it to all my friends and will choose this place next time I come to Huayin City!

This is a garden-style hotel with an elegant and quiet environment, despite being in a bustling area. The soundproofing on the windows is excellent; you can barely hear any outside traffic noise. On the day we checked in, Baoji was extremely hot, around 30 degrees Celsius. Our twin room on the second floor with a mountain view was very stuffy, and the air conditioner displayed 29 degrees even after running for half an hour. We were told that the hotel's central air conditioning hadn't been switched to cool mode yet, as it was April. When we reported the issue to the front desk, the staff member was very helpful and empathetic. They immediately found us a room on the ground floor, far from the elevator, where the room temperature was only 24 degrees. We felt much more comfortable after changing rooms, and we're very grateful to that staff member. The hotel's breakfast was very rich and delicious, and we had a pleasant stay for the rest of our trip. The only downside: there was some trash on the lawn on the mountain-facing side, and we didn't see anyone cleaning it during our stay. I hope this can be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!
