Service: Excellent service, with takeout delivered to your room via robot, which was quick. The hotel's amenities were particularly well-thought-out, with plenty of drinking water, toiletries, and even a steam eye mask. Environment: Nice. While some amenities are a bit old, and the air conditioner doesn't have automatic temperature control, the hotel has installed newer equipment like an air purifier. Facilities: While I didn't experience the hotel's other services during my stay, I did check it out and felt the prices were reasonable and the facilities were quite comprehensive. Based on the price, I recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

The little beauty is very serious and attentive to her work. My good friend was a little uncomfortable during the trip, and Wang Zhiyuan was always concerned about her and gave her a fever patch, helped to get the medicine and sent it upstairs. Upon entering the lobby, staff immediately greeted me with a smile, proactively took my luggage, handling it gently yet securely—every detail showcasing their professionalism and thoughtfulness. During check-in, the front desk agent was incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and convenient without any waiting. She even thoughtfully offered a warm cup of longan, red date, and goji berry tea, a warmth that spread from my fingertips to my heart. What was even more surprising was her proactive upgrade of my room—this unexpected gesture of care really touched me! My upgraded room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The layout was wide and comfortable, and every corner was spotlessly clean and well-organized, instantly making me forget the fatigue of my journey. Shortly after checking in, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered fresh fruit, a rich variety that was juicy and fresh. This meticulous attention to detail truly made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, with service details meticulously handled and full of sincerity! This is definitely a five-star service hotel worth revisiting countless times, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who seeks quality in their travels.

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

A very satisfying stay! Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the environment was good, and the room was clean and satisfactory. Especially Anaia at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took the initiative to add her on WeChat when I checked in so I could contact her if I had any questions. Her service attitude was very good. I give it a thumbs up. Parking and access are very convenient. There is a shopping mall nearby. The gym in the hotel is also OK, as well as the swimming pool and breakfast. Overall, it is very comfortable. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities and excellent service. I will choose this Hilton again next time I come for a business trip.
