Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. This particular stretch of beach is less crowded and very clean, and the wooden boardwalk and pavilions are perfect for photos. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy a walk along the shore in the evening. The room had an excellent view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues I had. Dining options nearby were also plentiful. The value for money was outstanding! I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Qinhuangdao for a vacation!

My stay at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fortune Centre was excellent overall. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the amenities were comprehensive. I'd especially like to thank Lillian, one of the staff members. She handled communications very professionally, proactively addressed my billing concerns, and meticulously helped me check the room both before and after my stay. Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, smart toilets, and a special tea-making area. The bed is very wide, and the room is spacious with high ceilings. It's also conveniently located near attractions and close to Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, Lawson convenience store, Sitiao Baozi, and Taizi Hot Pot. The staff provides excellent and welcoming service.

An absolutely fantastic experience! Not only was the service excellent, but the room was also spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a relaxing hot bath in the in-room bathtub. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so there was plenty to choose from. The executive lounge on the 53rd floor was also great, with attentive service. The evening food selection there exceeded my expectations – I didn't even need to go elsewhere for dinner. The red wine I had was also very good, smooth and not at all astringent.

Facilities: A touch of elegance with a European flair. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. The staff even disinfected and rinsed the glass walls on both sides of the showers downstairs. It would be perfect if the room carpets were cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Service: The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly lovely 🤩, patiently greeting us and answering all our questions 🙋‍♀️. I spent the whole day there with my child, and it was absolutely nice. My child played in the kids' area while I relaxed and scrolled on my phone in the steam room 📱. There were plenty of fruits and snacks 👍. The snacks in the steam room were great, especially the fermented glutinous rice balls, tofu soup, KFC-style chicken nuggets, and the super delicious fried red bean paste pastries 😋. ………… A relaxing and pleasant day ~ I completely forgot about the疲れ of daily life here 😊

A truly excellent hotel, located right in the city center. **Facilities:** This is a very high-end hotel with brand-new facilities. The thick carpets in the hallways feel wonderfully soft underfoot. **Cleanliness:** The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are spotless, and the hallways, elevators, and even the parking garage are all very clean. **Environment:** The surrounding area is lively, as it's a central location. But the absolute standout is the service. We had gone to the arts center for a performance and it ended quite late. Driving back to Beijing would have been too tiring, so we made a last-minute decision to stay overnight. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after dinner. The staff on the ground floor were still incredibly energetic and professional, polite and attentive without being overly enthusiastic. They were a great help in resolving several issues. They truly deserve special commendation. My only slight reservation is that while the room itself isn't small, the bathroom and shower take up about half the space, making the sleeping area feel a bit cramped.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was super convenient to access Nanhu Park directly from the Pullman's back entrance using my room key. Monica at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and provided excellent service, always greeting us with a smile. We accidentally left something behind when checking out, and she promptly noticed it, contacted us, and even mailed it back to me – I'm truly grateful! The hotel's castle-like architecture looks really upscale, and its proximity to Tangshan Yan makes getting around very easy. I'd definitely choose Pullman again if I visit Tangshan in the future.

180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.
