This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

This time I came during the start of the seafood season, but it wasn't peak season yet, so there were far fewer people. The lower floors were cheaper, while the higher-floor sea view rooms were more expensive. Standard rooms were affordable, but those with family-friendly tents or designs cost more. Currently, the first and second canteens are not open, but they will be during peak season. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the beach. Inside the resort, there are individually-owned electric vehicles available for one, two, three, or four people, with different models. The price is a bit high at 69 yuan per hour. However, these are not affiliated with the hotel, so if there are any issues or disputes, the hotel will not intervene. The hotel's front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional; they immediately provided room service even when called late at night. Many thanks!

The experience at Ximei Wuzhou Hotel was fantastic! The lobby is grand and elegant, and the room is clean and comfortable with soft, sleep-inducing bedding. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious with plenty of Chinese and Western options. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a swimming pool. The location is convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This trip to Aranya, I chose the Noark Far & Near, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's truly an ideal choice for a relaxing and therapeutic getaway. The hotel is located in the serene, Phase 10 area, away from the hustle and bustle of the South Shore. The hotel's shuttle service is on-call, and the park shuttle runs regularly, making it convenient to get to the Chapel, Library, and commercial districts. It perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility. As a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the deep sleep amenities truly live up to their reputation – full blackout curtains and high-end bedding ensured an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The rooms are equipped with a BOSE speaker and a smart toilet, and the minibar drinks and snacks are complimentary. Every detail exudes quality. The public areas are designed with a strong artistic flair, and the lobby scent is luxurious. The outdoor pool, gym, and meditation space are all well-appointed, so even if you don't want to go out, you can still have a very comfortable stay within the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The service was gentle yet discreet. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the shuttle drivers were very thoughtful. Throughout my stay, there was no feeling of awkwardness from excessive service. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again on my next visit to Aranya.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

He was available 24/7, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, and he did so with genuine warmth and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure our celebration was perfect. We were deeply touched by the thoughtful gifts prepared for our anniversary and for our daughter’s birthday. Those small but meaningful gestures made our stay even more special and memorable. On top of that, the complimentary room upgrade for our daughter was such a generous surprise — it truly made her birthday magical. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The service was flawless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional and heartfelt hospitality experience.

I booked this guesthouse with a 'let's see' attitude. It was pouring rain on the way there, and I almost turned back, but when I arrived, I was incredibly impressed! I brought my own stove to barbecue in the yard, and the guesthouse owner (brother) was super patient, helping us prepare everything, even starting the fire and teaching us some tricks. He was also mindful not to disturb us, leaving after he showed us what to do – truly enthusiastic and nice! Also, the guesthouse owner (sister) was fantastic. The next morning, she made us a huge breakfast spread. There was so much food that the two of us were stuffed, only managing to finish two plates. The timing of our visit was perfect. There were very few people in the courtyard, almost like having the whole place to ourselves, which made for an amazing experience! The weather was also very comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold, and walking along the path was incredibly refreshing. I'm planning to go back next time with friends and my dog, and also try the whole roasted lamb that was featured on CCTV2! 😍

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the environment is as quiet and beautiful as ever. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast offers a rich and delicious variety. The staff are also incredibly warm and attentive. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, and you can even spot many cute little animals. I'll most likely be back to stay again~!

Excellent service! We stayed with our child and they were incredibly accommodating. We were given a room with the best sea and beach view. The hotel has an excellent, clean pool with fantastic service. The breakfast is delicious, and on weekends they have a magnificent dinner buffet with steaks, kebabs, lamb, wine, beer, and much more! Before check-out, during breakfast, they even gave us a container to pack some food for our train journey. The staff deserves 100 points! Highly recommend!

This stay exceeded all my expectations! The room was exceptionally spacious with a thoughtful layout. There was a separate small office room just outside the bedroom, and the bathroom was very well-equipped with dual sinks and a separate vanity. The highlight was definitely the huge balcony. Sitting out there in the evening, enjoying the breeze and relaxing, was absolutely perfect. The hotel also boasts excellent outdoor facilities. The grounds are expansive, with activities like fruit picking, a petting zoo, and a water park, making it ideal for families with children. Highly recommended!
