Wonderful hotel at the top of the ancient town. Set around a lovely courtyard in a traditional style building, this is in the heart of beautiful Lijiang but away from the noise and relentless tourist throngs. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are showing their age a little but everything works as it should. The best thing is the wonderful manager, Zhu Haifei, who welcomes you with endless tea and never stops helping with all sorts of advice and support. He booked us a brilliant driver to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge and made our stay very special.

To be honest, the view here is stunning, with expansive vistas directly facing the mountains and a vast pasture – I absolutely loved it! However, I must say, out of the 8 days I spent in Yunnan, this was the hotel with the most subpar service. The breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was very average. The surrounding area is relatively desolate, making shopping inconvenient. The bonfire party I was looking forward to turned into a tea-making gathering around a stove. There was no one to greet me at the entrance, and even when the owner of my previous guesthouse dropped me off and I arrived at the front desk with my luggage, no one attended to me. The room itself was large and had a great view. The staff seemed quite unprofessional; their answers to my questions were inconsistent. For example, when I asked if ******* costumes were provided for the complimentary travel photoshoot, they initially said no, but then later said yes. In one of the bathrooms, the hot and cold water taps were reversed. There were quite a few disappointing aspects. If you don't mind the food and beverage service or the reception, you might still consider this place.

The room is clean and quiet, and it has a nice space to hang out. The cat is so cute and the owner is really sweet. It’s also very close to the Old Town, you can walk there easily in 2 min.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Being on the top floor, I didn't have to worry about drying clothes. The staff were very nice, and the environment was clean and hygienic, absolutely no complaints! ✨ Great value for money. If you're looking for a bonfire party experience during the May Day holiday, this is the place to be.

The location is superb, right opposite Erhai Lake with beautiful scenery. Parking is convenient, and the room facilities are quite good. We had a large group, and the front desk thoughtfully provided extra blankets, which made for a very pleasant experience.

The B&B is really close to the ancient town, which made getting around super convenient! The atmosphere was lovely, the courtyard view was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They even provided disposable towels and bath towels! When we checked in, they upgraded my friend and me to a family room for free. The dairy snacks they provided daily were also delicious! The two little dogs at the front desk were adorable too! The staff were great; they offered shuttle service to and from the station. On our last day, my friend and I had to catch an early high-speed train, and we really appreciate the lady who drove us to the station!

My absolute favorite part was the 300-square-meter rooftop terrace! The view was absolutely stunning. During the day, you could see the Golden Pagoda gleaming in the distance, and at dusk, the silhouette of the Peacock Tower was breathtaking in the sunset. At night, the breeze and the lights of the night market made every photo a potential social media sensation. The receptionist even proactively reminded me of the best times for taking pictures – such thoughtful service! The details were also excellent; there was a rest area on the terrace with complimentary tea. I spent every day on the terrace during my stay and never wanted to leave. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishuangbanna!

Booked the family suite, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The smart home system throughout the entire place was super convenient. It was my first time staying here, and it was such an unexpected surprise! The owner was exceptionally warm and hospitable. This is truly the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. The environment is lovely, parking is easy, and getting around is convenient. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Even better than what you'd find at outside restaurants. Next time I'm in Yunnan, I'm definitely staying here again. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing stay at The Snow Realm Petit Tusi ******* Lodge! The hotel has a beautiful authentic ******* design with a very cozy and warm atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. What impressed me the most was the kindness of the owner and staff—they were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel like family. The location is perfect, close to Dukezong Ancient Town and easy to explore nearby attractions. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for three nights and had a room with one single bed and one king-size bed. The mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days. One small improvement would be to have another mirror in the room, as there is currently only one in the bathroom. The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located, close to Dukezong Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the area. Just a few shops away, there is a large basement shopping center where we could buy instant noodles, which was helpful since we weren’t fully used to the local food. There are also familiar options like KFC, McDonald's, and Pizza nearby, making meals convenient. Breakfast was decent, though not entirely to our taste. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and location. A special mention goes to Lamu, the owner, who is incredibly kind and attentive. She always checked in on us, reminded us to stay hydrated, and even kindly dropped us off at the train station. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our stay memorable, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La.
