the admin朱先生 is a very awesome guy. he welcomed us at the hotel personally. helped us with our luggage’s On checking in, he served us chinese tea n pastries. we were given links on great dining recommendations and highlights of lijiang. we felt very welcome and totally at home . lijiang ancient city is just a short walk away the hotel was cosy and rooms were clean and spacious best of all , he recommended us to watch lijiang romantic show, gave us instructions on the route and tickets most of all , i m grateful to him for arranging to send my duffel bag to me at the train station when i realised it was left behind at the hotel if you want a home away from home in lijiang, this hotel meets all expectations . 朱先生 is a great host, willing to go beyond to make you feel at home i hope to b able to come here again in the near future

Escaping the city for my child's spring break, I headed to Shangri-La, an altitude of 3294 meters. After exploring Dukezong Ancient Town, I checked into this B&B that I had booked in advance. Though the weather was still a bit chilly, the room was quite comfortable. From the third floor, I had an immediate view of distant mountains, clouds, grasslands, and yaks. My heart was instantly touched by the magnificent landscape and the slow movement of the herd of yaks! The complimentary afternoon tea on the rooftop was absolutely delightful and chic! The view was expansive, and the afternoon sun warmed my back as I enjoyed desserts, fruits, coffee, and black tea. The complimentary ******* costume photoshoot was also an excellent experience. The wood-burning stove in the evening brought instant warmth. We sat around with other guests who had just checked in, and those who enjoy chatting could easily make new friends. The B&B owner personally brought us butter tea, which was a bit salty for my taste, so she made us a cocktail instead. We chatted until 10:30 PM. For someone like me who loves to learn about local culture and connect with interesting people, striking up a conversation with the owner was an essential part of the experience. This trip was incredibly rewarding. I even got to try the fermented flatbread made by a 'Big Northeast Mama', which they call 'butter粑粑' (butter cake) here!

This courtyard guesthouse is super close to the South Gate of Dali Ancient City, easily reachable in about five or six minutes on foot. It's really convenient for getting to Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. If you're not driving, besides taxis, there's also public transportation available. There's a direct shuttle bus to Cangshan, and you can take the C2 bus to Erhai. Dining options are plentiful and very convenient, right across from the main gate of the ancient city. The owner couple are very warm and provide excellent service. We're a family of three and chose the triple room, which was very spacious and we were extremely satisfied. Definitely worth choosing!

This hotel is great! The room looks exactly like the pictures online. The location is super convenient for getting around. They even rent out electric scooters on-site, and the staff are really helpful with directions. As someone from Malaysia who isn't familiar with the area, renting a scooter and following their explanations and maps was no problem at all 😂. They also offer a shuttle service to Lijiang, which is really cost-effective and convenient. They pick you up right at the entrance. The environment is absolutely stunning! You can see Erhai Lake right from your room, which was breathtaking. I highly recommend the rooms on the fifth floor; they have hammocks where you can directly enjoy the ocean view. It was a fantastic experience!

Booked this guesthouse blindly and it turned out to be a gem! The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent, even providing disposable towels. It's conveniently located, and the overall design of the hotel is beautiful. But the best part was the service – even though they didn't offer station drop-offs, a staff member still took us to the station late at night. The front desk lady also prepared a bunch of snacks and water for us. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit! Big shout-out again to the shuttle driver and the front desk lady. This is a genuine review and I highly recommend this place!

My absolute favorite part was the 300-square-meter rooftop terrace! The view was absolutely stunning. During the day, you could see the Golden Pagoda gleaming in the distance, and at dusk, the silhouette of the Peacock Tower was breathtaking in the sunset. At night, the breeze and the lights of the night market made every photo a potential social media sensation. The receptionist even proactively reminded me of the best times for taking pictures – such thoughtful service! The details were also excellent; there was a rest area on the terrace with complimentary tea. I spent every day on the terrace during my stay and never wanted to leave. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishuangbanna!

Booked the family suite, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The smart home system throughout the entire place was super convenient. It was my first time staying here, and it was such an unexpected surprise! The owner was exceptionally warm and hospitable. This is truly the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. The environment is lovely, parking is easy, and getting around is convenient. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Even better than what you'd find at outside restaurants. Next time I'm in Yunnan, I'm definitely staying here again. Highly recommend!!!

Facilities: Very complete, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, plus a lovely small tea station! They even provide two types of slippers, which is such a thoughtful touch. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The room even had a pleasant scent, no strange odors at all. Environment: Excellent! Very beautiful. It's also very close to the ancient town, and getting a taxi is super convenient. Service: Fantastic! Very warm and welcoming! When I had to rush for my bus in the morning and couldn't eat breakfast, they even packed some for me. I really liked the taste of the barley cake. Self-service ******* afternoon tea: Very good, and the portions were generous!
