This hotel has its own hot spring, which is great, and the breakfast is also good. The front desk staff were excellent during check-in and with later communications. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and even gave us free rafting tickets. The interior design is warm and inviting. For Changbai Mountain, this hotel offers really good value for money. The 'Heart-Picked Shop' (Xin Xuan Xiao Pu) inside the hotel is also very convenient! Highly recommended. They even thoughtfully provided two apples with our packed breakfast in the morning – truly attentive service. Thumbs up.

This was my second stay at a Wanda property. Because hotel prices were much higher than usual at Wanda during Chinese New Year, I opted for the Sheraton instead, even though two nights still cost nearly 7,000 RMB. But to my surprise, I was disappointed in every aspect… Firstly, on February 16th, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw guests arguing with hotel staff. I wasn't sure about the specific reason, but I already had a bad feeling. Secondly, February 16th was Chinese New Year's Eve. My family of three was watching the Spring Festival Gala in the room, and when we tried to pull down the shower curtain, it was broken. After reporting it, we found that even when the curtain was down, it was still see-through… I nearly fainted! This might be okay for couples, but if you're traveling with friends or family with kids, wouldn't that be incredibly awkward? Then, when we were ready to sleep that night, we discovered an issue with the toilet – there was a constant dripping sound, which was driving me crazy. It was Chinese New Year and the middle of the night, so I decided to deal with it the next day. I communicated with the hotel concierge in the morning but never heard back about a resolution. After breakfast, I had to speak to the front desk myself to get a room change… It was a huge hassle, moving from one end of the hotel to the other (a very long walk, dragging suitcases for 10 minutes, and taking two different elevators). The most ridiculous part was that this concierge, after we checked in, enthusiastically recommended various paid activities to us, and we even booked some through him… Ha! During Chinese New Year, I didn't want to ruin our trip or make things difficult for the staff who were still working. So, I tried to keep my negative emotions to myself. However, an old, established hotel, even if it's been open for a long time, isn't excused from all problems. Proper equipment maintenance and staff quality training are just basic operational necessities, aren't they? If they only think about making money from customers' pockets without any sincerity, how far can they really go?

Interior: Excellent value for money, clean and tidy rooms with private bathrooms (air conditioning is available). The surroundings are incredibly quiet, with no noise from people making noise, and no motorcycles blasting music. The soundproofing is also excellent, so you can't hear anything from your neighbor. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful, proactively helping you with any questions, even those with social anxieties. The cleaning lady is also very helpful and tidy, proactively helping with the cleanup. There are two very well-behaved and adorable dogs at the front desk. They're pettable and bite-resistant, so if you have nothing else to do, you can spend the whole day playing with them. (Pictures of the dogs included)

I really want to give this place a big shout-out. It's just a three-minute walk from the resort, and there's plenty of parking downstairs. The rooms feel like a boutique hotel or guesthouse, with front and back balconies that both offer great mountain views – truly lovely! The breakfast, while not as varied as a big hotel's, is clearly made with a lot of care and thought. During our stay, my child got hurt and we couldn't drive that evening. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately helped us call a taxi. When I came downstairs with my child, I saw the owner frantically on the phone. I was so anxious at the time that I didn't express my gratitude, so I sincerely thank the owner here 🙏 Songhua Lake was great, and Yunlu was great too. We'll definitely be back next year!

I made a last-minute decision to visit Jilin with friends, primarily aiming for the sunrise at the top of Songhua Lake. We basically booked this hotel blindly, thinking it was close but worried we wouldn't find the way up. The experience exceeded our expectations! The service was very friendly and the check-in process was very clear. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The location is truly great, and the complimentary service was excellent too! I have to mention something very important here! Since we're both clumsy, we couldn't find the entrance to the mountain even after setting off in the early morning. We had no choice but to return to the hotel to ask. I have to give a huge shout-out to Yu Changsheng and Zhang Jin! They thoughtfully escorted us to the entrance! They were truly angelic! Finally, I also want to give a shout-out to Li Honglei, the front desk clerk, who was also very considerate when I checked out today! All in all, if you're going to choose this hotel, go for it! (I hope I didn't mention the wrong name of the guide; I forgot to ask.)

This is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the amusement park, offers free parking, and free luggage storage, saving us the hassle of rushing with a child. The room was spacious, the bed height was suitable for children, and the cleanliness was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the baby touching things. All the staff were incredibly patient and gentle with children, making the entire stay stress-free. I'll bring my parents here next time! **For Business Travelers:** I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel for my business trip! It's in the heart of the city center, close to my work location, and within walking distance. The room's soundproofing was superb, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The only drawbacks were: 1. The shower water pressure was weak and couldn't be turned up high. 2. There was loud entertainment noise from the street around 9 or 10 pm. 3. The soundproofing wasn't great; you could hear a child crying next door. Wearing earplugs would solve the problem.
