The environment is truly exceptional, with breathtaking snowy landscapes. Located within a resort area, there's plenty of good food and entertainment, though the prices are comparable to what I'd find in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region. Service was a bit lacking, and while the room itself was clean enough, the hallways were quite dirty. My overall impression is that this is a place you come to for skiing, and the accommodation is just an added bonus. Skiing is the main event; the hotel simply plays a supporting role.

While there's definitely room for improvement, the price was incredibly good – you get what you pay for, basically. **Pros**: Very close to the commercial street and the ski resort. The room facilities are quite complete, with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. **Cons**: The WiFi signal was incredibly, incredibly bad. I pretty much had to use my own mobile data. The shuttle bus arrangements were also a bit chaotic. I had a high-speed train in the afternoon and booked the shuttle to the station with the front desk two days in advance. However, the driver only contacted me at 8:30 AM on the day of departure to tell me the pick-up time, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with wall art that perfectly complements the overall design, clearly showing meticulous planning and execution. My room featured two very comfortable 1.2-meter beds. The bathroom, though compact, was spotless. The room also came equipped with an induction cooktop and a counter space, and the sofa in the living area was incredibly comfortable. From the balcony, you could enjoy the view, and the screened windows kept out any mosquitoes or bugs. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service with unlimited rides. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – truly the most abundant I've ever experienced at a hotel. Just a few steps from the hotel, you'll find Qingshan Restaurant, along with small convenience stores and a pharmacy. The scenic area is also conveniently located, just a 6-7 minute walk away. First time skiing in Changbai Mountain! This is truly the perfect ski resort for a family vacation with kids! We have two children and two adults, and the Jin Hua Suite was absolutely ideal. The large living room was perfect for storing ski equipment and all our luggage and miscellaneous items. Plus, there's a simple kitchen, which was super convenient for boiling water for tea or instant noodles (skiing can be exhausting, and sometimes you're just too lazy to go to a restaurant). Our customer service agent, Qiqi, seemed to be online 24/7. We could ask her anything at any time, and she even helped our kids print their homework! 😂😂😂 From Building 1 of the Jin Hua Suite Hotel, you're right at the ski town. From Building 2, it's only about 30 meters. Surprisingly, every room in the hotel has a humidifier, so it doesn't get dry! They even provide A.C.C.A. Kappa shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap! Amazing! I've always loved this brand's toiletries! The breakfast spread is also quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options. There's a row of restaurants and a convenience store right outside the hotel, which is super handy. It's also very close to Hannashan Hot Springs and the Water Park! Skiing during the day, hot springs at night – it's an absolutely heavenly vacation!

The hotel staff were very attentive, and our requests were met in a timely manner, especially Song Ge and Zhang Yue at the front desk. Their high-quality service left a deep impression on us, as well as the hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment. , the breakfast quality is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The children's playroom on the third floor is very clean, and the garbage in the trash can is collected in a timely manner. We stayed for more than an hour, and the staff even changed the garbage bags for us once, and gave them to the children. The children like to go there very much. Traveling solo, Yanji was my last stop. I booked this hotel kind of blindly, but from the moment I walked in, the staff, from the helpful young man to the pretty ladies at the front desk, were all incredibly warm and friendly. Seriously, who says northern girls aren't gentle? (Dispelling that myth!) After checking in, I was amazed by the palace-like structure when I opened the door to my room. And the room itself was huge! It was clean, and they paid great attention to detail. The toiletries even smelled like the ones I use at home; I actually checked the brand, and it really was the same! The bed was comfortable too. They didn't ask about extending my stay until 2 PM, unlike other hotels that rush you. This is truly the best hotel at this price point. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my parents next year.

The hotel's location is easy to find, the front desk service is friendly, and the facilities are nice, but the soundproofing is terrible. The neighbor came home around 1 a.m. and was washing up so loudly I could hear it clearly from my room. Then, in the early morning, they called and cursed again, and they kept calling and cursing every hour. It was unbearable!!! They stopped calling and cursing after waking me up, and I'm so thankful!!!! The lack of sleep gave me a headache all day the next day, which was quite frustrating. The breakfast was limited in variety and looked terrible. I had a bowl of porridge and an egg and left immediately. I had originally booked three nights, but one night was enough for me, so I checked out immediately!!! I'm so scared, so scared, I'll never see you again!!! Also, as soon as I entered the room, my landline rang. A male staff member asked about my stay, etc. Please, I had just arrived and hadn't even put my bag down. Half an hour later, someone called my mobile again, asking when I'd check in, and I was already in the room. Anyway, I was speechless.

Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!
