This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

My stay at Holike Hotel Changbai Mountain was incredibly satisfying! The hotel is located in the heart of the Huamei Shengdi Resort, with the commercial street just a short walk away, making dining and shopping very convenient. Excellent environment and service: The hotel boasts a Swiss-style design, with an elegant environment and fresh air. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, always quick to resolve any issues. Comfortable room experience: The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and relatively new. The bedding was high-standard and comfortable, and thoughtful amenities like a washing machine and humidifier were provided. During winter, the underfloor heating kept the room warm and cozy. Rich activities and dining: The included activities were fantastic, such as hot springs, UTV rides, and archery. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, all of which tasted great. Overall, this was an excellent value-for-money vacation experience, especially suitable for families and travelers seeking convenience and comfort.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with wall art that perfectly complements the overall design, clearly showing meticulous planning and execution. My room featured two very comfortable 1.2-meter beds. The bathroom, though compact, was spotless. The room also came equipped with an induction cooktop and a counter space, and the sofa in the living area was incredibly comfortable. From the balcony, you could enjoy the view, and the screened windows kept out any mosquitoes or bugs. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service with unlimited rides. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – truly the most abundant I've ever experienced at a hotel. Just a few steps from the hotel, you'll find Qingshan Restaurant, along with small convenience stores and a pharmacy. The scenic area is also conveniently located, just a 6-7 minute walk away. First time skiing in Changbai Mountain! This is truly the perfect ski resort for a family vacation with kids! We have two children and two adults, and the Jin Hua Suite was absolutely ideal. The large living room was perfect for storing ski equipment and all our luggage and miscellaneous items. Plus, there's a simple kitchen, which was super convenient for boiling water for tea or instant noodles (skiing can be exhausting, and sometimes you're just too lazy to go to a restaurant). Our customer service agent, Qiqi, seemed to be online 24/7. We could ask her anything at any time, and she even helped our kids print their homework! 😂😂😂 From Building 1 of the Jin Hua Suite Hotel, you're right at the ski town. From Building 2, it's only about 30 meters. Surprisingly, every room in the hotel has a humidifier, so it doesn't get dry! They even provide A.C.C.A. Kappa shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap! Amazing! I've always loved this brand's toiletries! The breakfast spread is also quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options. There's a row of restaurants and a convenience store right outside the hotel, which is super handy. It's also very close to Hannashan Hot Springs and the Water Park! Skiing during the day, hot springs at night – it's an absolutely heavenly vacation!

The hotel's environment is beautiful and its design is unique, making people feel relaxed and happy. The hotel staff were very attentive, and our requests were met in a timely manner, especially Song Ge and Zhang Yue at the front desk. Their high-quality service left a deep impression on us, as well as the hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment. , the breakfast quality is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The children's playroom on the third floor is very clean, and the garbage in the trash can is collected in a timely manner. We stayed for more than an hour, and the staff even changed the garbage bags for us once, and gave them to the children. The children like to go there very much. The choice this time also added a lot of fun to our trip. We will choose an Ascott hotel next time. It feels comfortable.

The hotel's exterior design is quite unique, and the rooms are fully equipped. The bathroom is also spacious and bright with a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The service is absolutely top-notch! The hotel staff are all incredibly friendly 🥹. The hotel also offers Yanjie travel photography, and the makeup artist has great taste – not just a generic princess look. Both the hotel and the makeup experience are definitely worth trying.

First of all, the location is great, and the parking lot is right next to the Public Security Bureau, so it's very safe. It's also a short drive from the zoo and shopping mall we were going to. The staff was very welcoming, understanding my accommodation needs and providing slippers and toothbrushes for our child. The housekeeper even helped us move the bed and get a bed guard (many hotels don't have them, so this was a great touch). The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with delicious millet porridge and good dishes.

I always choose this hotel for business trips. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is good, and the overall environment is clean and tidy! There are also many restaurants and restaurants to choose from nearby. I will come again next time!

An unforgettable stay, warm hospitality and perfect location! Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! As two foreign girls traveling on our own, I was initially a bit nervous that things might be difficult or uncomfortable but everything exceeded our expectations. We visited at the end of March for a weekend getaway, mainly to see the lake and explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived by train, the hotel staff went above and beyond meeting us at the station after we coordinated smoothly with them via WeChat. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease from the start. They were always attentive to our needs and even assisted us in booking tickets for the nearby natural park, which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t familiar with the system. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room, which was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the heating worked perfectly, important since it was still a bit chilly during our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also quite close to the entrance of the natural park and the reindeer park. On our first day, we walked to the reindeer park in about 30 minutes, and the walk itself was beautiful, passing by a lake with wildlife. On our second day, we headed out early to visit the natural park, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi for us since it was so early in the morning. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough,it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for treating us with such warmth and care. I would absolutely return in the future!
