After all, it's a four-star hotel, so overall it's pretty good! The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and very good!

Located close to the Beidahu ski resort and provides a free drop-off service to and from the resort at request. Breakfast is a decent spread and not bad. Room is spacious and clean.

We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

Highly recommend this fantastic pet-friendly hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming towards my pet, with no extra hassle at all. The room was spacious, clean, and completely odor-free, with thoughtful details throughout. All the staff were gentle and friendly, always greeting my pet warmly, making the service feel very attentive and kind. The location is convenient for getting around, making travel with a pet completely stress-free. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, allowing both people and pets to relax, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for future trips with my furry friend, truly recommending it to all pet-owning families.

The hotel service was excellent, with a dedicated butler assigned to us. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and they even offered breakfast for two adults and two children for one room, along with a complimentary afternoon tea. We had a slight delay checking in on the first day, only getting our room after 3 PM because it wasn't ready. However, the butler proactively upgraded our room the next day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

I am very pleased for my stay at Semeeset Changchun. The counter staffs are friendly and helpful particularly Miss Moliy Zhou who are attentive. friendly and very helpful and able to provide us details information for first time traveller to Changchun

I stayed for 2 nights during the Spring Festival, and my overall experience was great. I booked a king suite, which was very spacious and new, and even had two balconies. The hotel also offered many perks, including airport transfers, skiing, hot springs, and rafting. The service attitude was excellent.

From Changbaishan Station, it takes ten minutes to drive to this beautiful hotel with panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass of this single-family triangular steeple. Qingshan stops the clouds ☁️, idle to see the flowers, the owner knows the style and elegance, so he has a nice name ~ Qingstop Hotel Surrounded by Hongfeng Bay, there are large swaths of rich rice fields and lush water and grass. The industrial buildings and white clouds flow away in the distance. The combination of nature and humanities is just right, so that the mood can also be relaxed. The front desk lobby is very artistic and design, especially at night, especially beautiful, outdoors with four cute alpacas 🦙 come to the lobby in the morning to eat, in addition to the regular buffet can also book the package in advance, the nutrition is very rich, there is freshly squeezed carrot juice 🥕 The single-family courtyard where I stayed is very transparent. The side walls are made of hollow log piles, and the roof is laid with wooden tiles. The natural original ecological atmosphere is strong. It is more like a hidden village under Changbai Mountain.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good, and the hotel staff also provided local food tips, which was very considerate! The photo of the room was taken casually when checking out. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, it is very good and I will come again next time!

The hotel's services and facilities are excellent, especially the incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Our butler, Benjamin, was particularly considerate and responsive to all our needs. Since we were traveling with elderly family and children, he took our situation into account and made fantastic arrangements. When it rained heavily, the hotel even arranged a shuttle to take us to the pick-up point. The children and seniors all had a wonderful time! Jin Hua is truly perfect for a family vacation with young and old. We'll definitely be back to experience Changbai Mountain in winter!
