The hotel entrance is quite small, and the hotel itself isn't large, only three floors in total. However, its location is excellent. You can walk to the '20 Wooden Pillars' in just 5 minutes, and all the major attractions like the castle, Four-Column Mosque, and minaret are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and tidy, having just opened last year. The room size isn't too small, but the bed is genuinely tiny, though long! 😂 It's probably only about one meter wide. The service is good; they proactively help with luggage and such. I think it offers pretty good value for money. You can add an extra breakfast for 20 RMB, which includes fried eggs, coffee, bread, and fruit. While there isn't a huge variety, it's enough to fill you up.

I really liked the oriental-style hotel; it's very beautiful, with clean, cozy rooms, polite staff, and a beautifully designed interior. I really liked the owner, Anvar, who helped us exchange money and took us to the center of the old city, suggesting interesting excursions. I definitely recommend this hotel; it has a very luxurious interior. If I ever return to Bukhara, I'll definitely stay here.

I booked a 34 sqm Grand Twin Room, but upon arrival, I was given a standard 20 sqm room by mistake. After inquiring at the front desk, I was upgraded to a 40 sqm suite (as my original reserved room was no longer available). Cons: The soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear the sound of the shower next door and people talking in the hallway. The bathroom drainage was also very bad; the water would start overflowing after just one minute of showering. Pros: The toiletries and toothpaste provided were quite good.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a taxi ride is only about 100 rubles. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. Breakfasts are European style with several tasty options. There's a gym (a suggestion: please add dumbbells lighter than 14 kg) and a sauna and a hammam. The pool is small, about 2x2 meters. Overall, I really liked everything.

I booked a superior single room. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area.

I didn't like it. The room was clean, but the courtyard wasn't. I'd clean the stairs and the chairs on the veranda, where breakfast leaves dirty stains on clothes. Breakfast was average, okay, but nothing special, mostly store-bought food. The shower stall in the room was broken, and the TV didn't work. When I contacted the receptionist, they promised to fix it, but in reality, nothing happened. It was just an oriental fairy tale. Another issue was paying the tourist tax: the website lists the price in soums, but at the hotel it's $5 with the exchange rate the receptionist wanted, plus the VAT paid upon booking. It's all pennies, essentially, but in reality, it's business as usual. And the link says it's incorrectly calculated and the reservation doesn't mean anything, as if in Uzbekistan the tourist tax is paid in dollars.

The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.

The room had a classic, antique charm and was quite quiet. The local staff were very thoughtful; I was catching an early morning flight when I checked out, and they even packed me breakfast in case I was hungry. It's a great place for Chinese people like us to stay.

This is a B&B-style boutique hotel. The family who runs it is super nice and attentive to my needs. They even invited me to have lunch with them when I arrived around lunchtime.. hungry and not wanting to go out because of the heat. The location is just 5-7 minutes walk away from major tourist attractions. The room I was given is by far the best one on my Uzbekistan trip.. and it even comes with a bathtub. Highly recommend this place!

The location is excellent, with a park to the east and only a ten-minute walk from the old town center. It's very clean and soundproof, and the breakfast is plentiful. I stayed two nights, and the lavash at Ser Go Sht, a fast-food restaurant diagonally across the street, was delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied.
