Hoteli ve imkanlarını beğendim telefonumu kaybettim eski Mardin’de ve resepsiyon telefonumu bulabilmemde teknik anlamda yardımcı oldu. Yalnız bir şikayetim olacak.Ben bu hoteli Trip.com üzerinden satın aldım.Ama resepsiyon bana ısrarla rezerve yapıldığını ödeme alınmadığını söyleyip durdu.Kredi kartı eksremi ve trip uygulamasından ÖDENDİ şeklinde ekran resmi aldığım çıktıyı göstermeme rağmen ödemediğimi iddia ettiler.Benimle alakalı olmayan sistemsel bir temassızlık durumu var belli ki .Resepsiyon görevlisi internette kayıtlı olan bir kredi kartından benim iznim olmadan çekim yapmaya çalıştı ödeme alamayınca benim kredi kartımın geçerli olmadığını söyledi.Ben bir kere uygulamadan ödemeyi yaptım ve kredi kartımı kaydetmeye izin vermedim.Ön ödeme şeklinde rezerve yapmadım ki tamamını ödedim niye kredi kartımı sisteme kayıt edip bağlayım.Hotele girişte bu sorunla karşılaştık çözmemişler çıkışta da aynı söylemle yeniden geldiler uçağa yetişeceğimizi söylemeye çalıştığımız halde ödeme yapmadığımız konusunda ısrar ettiler.Hotel konaklamamı tek gölgeleyen bu iletişimsizlik oldu.Siz siz olun başka bir aracı üzerinden bu hotelden ödeme yapıp hizmet satın alırsanız ödeme yaptığınıza dair ekstreler ve ekran kayıtlarını muhakkak muhafaza edin sonra kendinizi haklı çıkaramazsınız.

Отель нам понравился за сервис спустила баллы только из за того что это все таки не отель а больше на апартаменты похоже, в Коротком нет даже завтраков, а написано чт 3-х разовое питание, хозяин сказал что ошибка приложения. Отель для любителей уединится и что б ни кто за ними не бдил, нам очень понравился хозяин очень добродушный отзывчивый и заботливый ю, мы двое девушек, попросили показать окрестности так как приехали поздно ночью и утром у нас уже был выезд, он был любезен и мы были довольны ночной экскурсией, мы были в декабре, в норе чисто и тепло( обогреватель и кондиционер) а вот туалет в тамбуре или предбанник как назвать не знаю)), там прохладно и принимать душ немного не комфортно Если хотите ощутить все прелести Мардина, то вам сюда Вид при выходе с отеля шикарный что ночью что днем все на ладони Я б вернулась в этот отель цена качество 👍🏻 но в этот раз с супругом ))) На фото вход в номер но внутри прям 🙌🏻 круто фото хозяина соответствуют реальности

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is outside the old town and very quiet. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich and colorful, and the scenery outside the restaurant is even more pleasant.

非常不錯的機場賓館，距離機場僅有800米，走路十分鐘，賓館環境設施和服務都很好，性價比超高，強力推薦，由此轉機回國最佳住處，需要提前預訂。

I chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.

This is one of the most satisfying hotels I have been to travel around the world for 440 days. The hotel is located on the top of the old city of Malding and cannot be driven, but the hotel will send someone to carry the luggage up. I booked for two days and decided to stay for two more days. The hotel front desk actually took the initiative to give a 20% discount. The hotel is clean, beautiful and tasteful. For me to be delicious, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the restaurant. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is more refined and will make you eat until you are satisfied. In addition to the hotel's homemade food that can't be called by name, I also learned my preference from my driver and cooked lettuce for me to eat. The laundry at the hotel is free and very good. Maldine is a real ancient city, the most distinctive Turkish city except Istanbul. The ancient and exquisite carvings on the stone of the old city building are tireless. Standing in the hotel, you can see the Mesopotamia Plain as a dream. History is recorded in the Maldingy car in the streets and lanes, as if it really returned to the millennium.

I stayed for two days and there was no inconvenience. Minibuses often run to the old city center, so I used it often. The staff are friendly everywhere, so I didn't feel the need to talk about it.
