I stayed at Anemon Mardin Hotel for one night during a bus transit in Mardin. My travel plans were unexpectedly affected when flights were suspended due to the Iran–US conflict, so I continued my journey by bus and chose this hotel for an overnight stay. The property provided a reliable and comfortable stopover. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were courteous and professional. My room was clean, quiet, and well-prepared, which allowed me to rest properly after a long journey. Although my stay was brief, I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and the overall quality of service. For travelers passing through Mardin, Anemon Mardin Hotel offers a dependable option for rest and comfort.

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

I liked the hotel and its facilities. I lost my phone in Mardin and the reception helped me find it technically. I have only one complaint. I bought this hotel through Trip.com. But the reception kept telling me that a reservation was made and payment was not received. They claimed that I did not pay even though I showed them my credit card statement and the screenshot I took from the trip application as PAID. There is obviously a systemic non-contact situation that has nothing to do with me. The receptionist tried to charge a credit card registered on the internet without my permission and when she could not receive payment, she said that my credit card was not valid. I made the payment through the application once and did not allow it to be recorded. I did not make a reservation as a prepayment, I paid in full, why would I record my credit card in the system and connect it. We encountered this problem when we entered the hotel, they did not solve it and when we left, they came again with the same statement and insisted that we did not pay even though we tried to say that we would catch the plane. The only thing that overshadowed my hotel stay was this lack of communication. If you make a payment from this hotel through another intermediary and purchase a service, be sure to keep the statements and screen recordings showing that you made the payment, you will not be able to justify yourself later.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

The road to the hotel just went higher and higher, but once we arrived, the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious, but the terrace is the main attraction here. Since Mardin is 1000+ m above sea level, you feel that it's quite windy, which goes so well with the hot weather. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is, seriously underrated. Have recommended friends and family.

The people working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location is just walking distance to everywhere in Eski Mardin (Old Mardin). I enjoyed staying at Tuğhan Hotel.

Отель нам понравился за сервис спустила баллы только из за того что это все таки не отель а больше на апартаменты похоже, в Коротком нет даже завтраков, а написано чт 3-х разовое питание, хозяин сказал что ошибка приложения. Отель для любителей уединится и что б ни кто за ними не бдил, нам очень понравился хозяин очень добродушный отзывчивый и заботливый ю, мы двое девушек, попросили показать окрестности так как приехали поздно ночью и утром у нас уже был выезд, он был любезен и мы были довольны ночной экскурсией, мы были в декабре, в норе чисто и тепло( обогреватель и кондиционер) а вот туалет в тамбуре или предбанник как назвать не знаю)), там прохладно и принимать душ немного не комфортно Если хотите ощутить все прелести Мардина, то вам сюда Вид при выходе с отеля шикарный что ночью что днем все на ладони Я б вернулась в этот отель цена качество 👍🏻 но в этот раз с супругом ))) На фото вход в номер но внутри прям 🙌🏻 круто фото хозяина соответствуют реальности

Afternoon, a sound starts at morning 5-6 comes to the afternoon. 8. I can't think of the remaining on the 7th floor in one of the restaurant department in the floor. The sound is also on the street because the corners continue to car sounds until morning. I never recommend to my small family and baby friends if we come to the rooms. No baby's room for bed, nor you have done a shower toilet, it's a shame. The parking is okay because it's okay. Unfortunately, we never regret this money. We recommend not the only positive direction is the good intention and the laughter of the workers. They also want 900 per person for breakfast, if not everything. 0 points.
