The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I slept soundly all night, completely relieving my travel fatigue.
The smart room design was incredibly thoughtful; being able to control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning with my voice was a godsend for a lazy person like me, making my stay effortless and pleasant.
The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure, making for a wonderfully comfortable hot shower. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also impeccable.
**Service Attitude and Details**
The front desk staff was warm and attentive, proactively upgrading our room. They even thoughtfully helped with our luggage when we checked out. The attention to detail in their service was perfect.
The housekeeping auntie was incredibly kind; she noticed my clothes hanging in the bathroom and neatly hung them up for me. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The hotel staff was incredibly responsive to any request, resolving any issues immediately, which made my stay feel very secure and worry-free.
This is my second visit, having visited 4-5 years ago.
The sofas are spacious and the tables are long, so it's difficult to eat face-to-face, but it's nice to have a place to spread out your food and eat.
The TV isn't huge, but I was able to connect a separate device to watch Netflix and YouTube, in addition to Tving.
The breakfast here is so good value that I don't have to buy anything out, and I enjoy a comfortable meal here.
Oh, and the staff are always friendly.
I enjoyed my stay at the property. Front desk was really approachable and attentive to details such as pillow option selected / sharing with me about the shuttle service. The property is connected to the mall and the Soft Tofu Stew restaurant was particularly good. It was packed with people.
Hotel was very near to Goyang Sports Complex, which was important for us to attend the BTS concerts. Room was cosy and clean, and staff were very polite and always responded instantly if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return again if there was another event at Goyang! 💖
Super easy check in and check out process. Loved not being issued a physical door key and instead having access to the room via Kakao. No more fumbling to find your room key or have the chance of losing it. Having access to the room via your mobile phone was clutch.
The room was nice and clean. No frills, just everything you need in a basic standard room. The water pressure in the shower was very nice. The location was great for this trip being close to the train and subway station and the other places I intended to visit. Lots of food options in the area too!
Would definitely come back again and would also highly recommend to other travelers and visitors coming to the Godeok area.
Hotel Square Ansan is a fantastic place to stay in Korea. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is convenient, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers comfortable accommodations. Overall, it provides a wonderful experience for guests.
Nice new hotel, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, good blankets and pillows. But hard to sleep because the room was way too hot! Why is the room temperature +27-30 degrees? You couldn't adjust the heat yourself. It's a waste of energy to have to keep the window open at -5 degrees to make the temperature bearable. The hotel doesn't respect green values, but wastes energy on uncomfortable heating.
Location: 5/5 stars; This hotel is excellent for anyone attending shows, games, or conferences at KINTEX. Apart from the hotel inside KINTEX itself, this is the closest one. You exit the GTX line, walk through a small commercial area, and the hotel is right there. It takes about five to six minutes to walk from the hotel to KINTEX if you know the way, but if it's your first time, finding your way might take over ten minutes.
Facilities: 5/5 stars; The hotel is divided into East and West wings and has all the necessary facilities and services. Right next to it is a small commercial street with restaurants and three or four convenience stores. Not far away are other commercial areas and a shopping center with an Olive Young and an entire floor of fast-food restaurants. On the back side of the KINTEX convention center, there are also various restaurants popular with locals. Overall, it's very convenient.
Room: 4/5 stars; The room is very spacious, definitely living up to 5-star hotel standards, and the hygiene is good. The mini-bar in the room is complimentary, and it's quiet at night. The downsides are that the single bed is really small, and the room looks quite dated, giving off a 1990s vibe.
The location is great. It's very close to a bustling street. Also, the space is quite large, which is nice. Furthermore, the facilities are relatively new and don't look old. I think it's a good hotel with good value for money.
In June, my parents and three generations stayed at the coffee tree. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Weekend breakfast is 28,000 (but spread is very limited) weekday breakfast is 23,000 (sandwich coffee), which is a bad value for money. It is a good place to take pictures and heal while taking a slow walk around. However, the distance from the hotel lobby restaurant to the hostel is very inclined, so it seems to have been very helpful for exercise. Inconvenient for walking You can move after applying for a cart

Very Good
WWangxinWe stayed here for a business trip. It's very close to the Seoul outlets, which makes shopping super convenient. The only downside is that the dining options nearby aren't great. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, and the only place still open was the fried chicken restaurant run by the hotel on the first floor. Everyone there was Chinese, too.

CChewYSIt was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.
GGuest User1. The cleanliness was excellent; housekeeping was prompt and thorough, leaving every corner neat and tidy.
2. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including a well-equipped restaurant and gym, and the staff provides meticulous service, making guests feel very comfortable.
3. This hotel really stands out within a few kilometers of its surroundings. Its elevated position offers exceptionally broad views.
AAKI_ApichhI stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.
AAnonymous UserIt's pretty good and very convenient. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor, and I went there almost every night to buy a bunch of snacks. It's really friendly for business travelers; it's super easy to grab something to eat and drink after finishing work!
TThomas SuzhouThe hotel is convenient located in Dongtan, adjacent to an area with many small shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception is friendly and they can speak English. In the same building, with an entrance to the reception area on the first floor, is a coffee shop (Coffee Beans) with very good coffee, tea, donuts and cakes and very friendly staff. So you don't need to pay for breakfast at the hotel.
I did not like the large bright screen fixed to the wall in the room to control air conditioning (that additionally can be controlled by a small operation panel), lighting and 100 more options, all not accessible, because the language can not be changed to English (or that option is so deeply hidden in the Korean menu that I did not find it).
I did not find how to switch this panel off at night, and it was so bright that it was really disturbing.
Summary: I have been in that hotel before, will go there again, but I hope they can do something about this large and bright touch panel. 😁
GGuest UserWell located hotel, with big rooms that comes with a bathtub. Personally, I don’t prefer hotels with carpets so they lost one star as a result.
Otherwise, well located in the city hall area.
6670TRAVELFor a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.
