GGuest UserThe hotel is on the mountain, with a good location where you can see the mountain. It is very close to the tourist goods street, which is very convenient for shopping after dinner. The hotel staff are very service-minded, polite and thoughtful, making customers feel very warm. The room is large and clean, the milk tea for breakfast is delicious, and it can accommodate Chinese people. It is a good stay experience! Thank them for their service.

MMalikDxbMy recent trip to PC Malam Jabba was perfect from start to finish. The Ramadan experience was seamless, with both Sehri and Iftar being outstanding in quality and variety.

NNuzulul QadarGenerally, it was a decent hotel compared to other available hotels near Swat. Location was good too. However, given the price that we paid, we dont think it was a 4-star hotel. At best, it should be rated between mid tier to upper tier 3-star hotel. While the rooms were clean, it took some time for hot water to be available. Basic amenities were not available in the room and had to be requested, though the staffs were friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe view and the location is really nice. The room was spaciaous and cozy, loved the view from the room in the morning. The only thing I wouldn't recommend while staying here would be the room service food. It's not on par with the rest of the services provided at the hotel.

PPannarineeThe hotel is in a very good location, clean, new, the breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. Especially the scrambled egg menu. All employees are polite and service-minded, ready to help at all times when needed. Sometimes the staff always asks if I need any help. From the hotel you can walk to Murree mall and Murree hill.
