I had an amazing stay at The Marison Hotel. Everything was great, from the clean and comfortable room to the friendly and accommodating staff.
My favorite part was definitely the food. The breakfast buffet was so delicious, with plenty of choices, and I really enjoyed every meal. It made my stay even more memorable.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend The Marison Hotel and would love to stay here again on my next visit.

Guest UserI booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

travel_svetaThe hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

Adonis BaguioWe had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids.
The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car.
Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again.

Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it.
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

loganywayI enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming.
The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night.
Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel.

Guest UserGreat experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

The staff is very attentive, for example They prepare a vegan lunch even if it is not on the menu (they put meat everywhere in the Philippines)
