I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool didn't work. I had to buy washing powder, washing liquid and trash bags. No trash container near the building, with trash it is necessary to walk a little down the street to the nearest container. A few minutes walk to the sea, but you have to cross the highway with large traffic and rail. There are several shops around, but there are no cafes and facilities where to eat. There is one beer bar, several vegetable/fruit traders. We have been in the road improvement (for Moscow is a common business), but the experience of rest does not add, especially when at midnight a tractor comes and starts to drill a pit(( To the Botanical Garden walk 30 minutes, but not on the beach, there will have to jump and cross 3 rivers, and on the track, then small streets. You can get by bus. On the bus you can get to Batumi, about 20 minutes. In short, a good place, but around no infrastructure, you can stop for a few nights. Service is pleasant, but the guards of the complex are dark and harsh guys. Girls on the respiratory are always ready to help and speak good Russian. I really liked the hotel! Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere. -high-quality materials, competent construction There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there. There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

The hotel as a whole we liked it very much. Being in the old Batumi , beautiful streets , next to the pedestrian accessibility , all the sights. The only thing we were first settled in room 421 , there was very noisy at night and the air conditioner was very strong , asked to change the room to a quieter , we changed at once . Overall noise isolation at 3 , the room was heard as the water merged on the floor above. Very delicious breakfasts, there are fish and cheeses, hamon. You can ask to make scrambles or eyelashes . The pool is large, warm and clean, and the view is beautiful . Ask for a tugging and a slab of smoothness , brought to the room .Hotel definitely recommend.

The place is great as well as the environment. Please note that in winter you will need special transportation to get to the hotel. There was too much chlorine in the pool.
