The stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff. All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊 Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it. Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious. Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service. Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Bed is not that clean. Got hair and dust on it. There is no clothes racks in the toilet. So we unable to hang towel or clothes so far. Otherwise overall still ok. The facilities at level 7 are great playing for kid. My kids are enjoyed with the swimming pool and playground. I book the studio at RM287 per night.

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

Stayed here for a business trip. It's a standard business hotel – standard facilities, standard service, standard rooms. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. However, the room I stayed in had a really loud AC unit outside, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, which was a letdown. Everything else was just okay.

One of the biggest highlights of the hotel was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for our stay. The room was also sufficiently comfortable for both my wife and me, and we appreciated being able to return to a clean and relaxing space after a long day outside. The location of the hotel was superb and, in my opinion, one of its strongest advantages. It was very convenient for getting around and made it easy for us to access nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and other facilities. This was especially helpful when travelling with an infant, as convenience and accessibility are important when you have additional luggage and baby essentials to carry around. The excellent location saved us considerable time and made our overall trip much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself also provided a comfortable environment for a family stay. The overall experience was pleasant, and the staff were generally helpful and courteous. We appreciated the convenience and the fact that the hotel provided a good base for our trip. Regarding breakfast, I would say that the taste was average. There was a reasonable selection of food, but the overall quality and flavour did not stand out as much as the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and sufficient to start the day, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste, quality, and perhaps the variety of food available. For guests who place a strong emphasis on breakfast, this may be one area where the hotel could improve its overall experience. Overall, I would say that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The clean room and superb location were the main highlights for us, particularly as we were travelling with our infant. Although the breakfast taste was only average, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. For travellers looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel, especially families travelling with young children, this hotel is certainly worth considering. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to consider staying here again in the future, especially because of the excellent location and the cleanliness of the room.

Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

The location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block. After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes. Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats! Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.
