Hotels With parking in Johor, Malaysia

Fantastic location, courteous staff and comfortable bed. Room is clean generally and I like that there’s rain shower with good water pressure, hot water works but takes time. Big mirrors and good sized room. Room has seen better days, with uneven floor and stains in bathtub and sink. Basic amenities in room: toothbrush kit, shower caps. No slippers and bathrobes. Cups had stain (not washed) when we checked in. Reception can’t be contacted by in-room phone, in fact the phone doesn’t seem to function. Sauna always under maintenance and staff don’t really know about it. Swimming pool is not appealing. Appreciate we can leave the luggage there while walking about. Close to alot of places we want to check out.

We arrived at 3pm then proceed to check-in take us 45min ….. end up room not ready yet, then we plan to leave our luggage to hotel and go shopping at Midvalley but we have to line up again for 45min just to pass the luggage 😡😡 So, the whole process checkin, leave luggage to hotel ….5 pm we only get the key and walk in the room😮💨. Although we waited 2hr for checkin but I have to give thumbs up for the reception worker👍🏻, they are very polite , patient to explain the whole situation . I hope management will look in to this situation and don’t blame for holidays …many visitors … all these nonsense excuses

The apartment is big and nice with living room, cooking area, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very worth for money as the cost is less than a standard hotel room. The facilities are good with nice swimming pool and gym. The security is also high. The link to the R&F mall is great though many shops in R&F still not open. However there are nice cafes and restaurants there. The tv is also good with Netflix and YouTube easily accessible One problem encountered is the air con which seemed to stop after operating for a while.

This place is not easy to find for a 1st time ppl like us, you need to go up to level 2 and took a lift to level 4 reception counter, the pkace is hot with out aircon, they only allow yoy to check in at 3pm, but if you are early you can still do a registion first, they were collect $150/- from you as a deposit, need to keep the receipt, check out time is 11am.I got a free upgrade to a 2+1 single room at 60 floor towel b, at 3pm we check in given 1 lift card +1 key card,the room is spacious and clear, with living room , kitchen ware provided,the nightmare came after check in 1 hrs later it start to rain heavily, and we discover that the master room is fooder with water coming from outside, and the living room too, I quicky took a video and go down to report, the staff actual aware this defect, it been happen bf, they said will send the housekeeping ppl up to clear up, yes about 10mins later a staff came to do the clearing then left.But another five mins someone knock my door and just open without said, 2 staffs came to do the clearing i told them already done then they left again. I don't find it safe for the way they handle this issue, the door don't have a hole for us to view the person outside, there's no phone inside the room also, some more the lift is slow...there's no umbrella at the reception counter when we want to borrow due to raining, the staff there is ok, and 1 more issues is from the instance heater shower head tube is leak while bathing also...the price is reasonable, the location is good for foodie and near KSL 5 mins walking distance , but why the pool is under maintain till 12/06 never listed at the trip.com ,i thought i can swim, now only the gym is available, even I ask about the ktv also fully booked, i will come back again only if i can see some improvement in future.

excellent location with many food options downstairs! room was spacious and clean, but bed was rock hard (2 single beds combined to make 1 king bed)

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Pros: Love the location. Within walking distance from Lepak Corner (24 hours) eating place. Just across Komtar JBCC and also within walking distance from Pasar Karat (10 - 15mins walk). Free Reserved parking available (if i drive in) which is right infront of the hotel. Cons: as a family with 5 young children, even though the Family room was still available when we checked in, it was sold out via Trip app. Hotel do not have connecting rooms. The best is to be side by side

New residence, a lot better than KSL apartments. Altho abit smaller, it’s clean, well equipped and cosy/comfortable. Dining table could be bigger for meals, though we didn’t need it. Instructions were clear on the wall, and I liked the room slippers provided. Water pressure is good and warm. Lift wait can be long during peak period, but it’s better as there are 6 lifts and only serves half the number of floors unlike KSL which goes every floor. Lift is also more spacious.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Wide spread of breakfast to choose from. There is free shuttle service to Mid Valley Southkey Shopping Mall so we don’t have to walk that far. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

We had a pleasant stay during our first experience at the IHG Holiday Inn. The hotel's location is very convenient, being situated directly above Komtar JBCC and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions nearby. Our stay included breakfast, and we appreciated that children aged 12 and below could dine for free. While the breakfast area was well-organized, clean, and comfortable, we felt that the quality and variety of the food selection could be improved. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and we would consider returning in the future. .
