The parking is shared with the mall. If you're lucky, you can park close to the hotel elevator, but if not, you might end up parking quite far away. Check-in was quick, and the room size was decent. The chair had a cigarette burn hole that hadn't been repaired. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast was crowded but had many options, and the food was satisfying and tasty. Check-out was fast and easy. You need to swipe your card at the front desk for free parking.

The hotel room is nice and clean. We requested for connecting room and high floor, and we got what we requested. However the breakfast was really bad. The lontong rice is cold, the varieties were very limited, not so appealing. The breads and cakes also limited. We are group of 4 but assigned us the square table which is very packed, and they need to clear the plates once we finished our meal. The breakfast Cannot compare to Hotel Aston and residence in Batam. No razor was provided but there’s room slippers.

Only send me the check in room details almost 3pm…at 1st evything smooth until reach there just notice that my car slot taken by other car.But they really try their best settle the problem and customer service excellent…reply fast .Other than that all really good

My second stay in the hotel but was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and sanitary standards. The toilet had a bad smell which spread all across the home. Flies were roaming about the place. Een though I booked a premier suite but there was no washing machine included. Compared to the first time stay which was more pleasant, this was much under average.

The service was exceptional, and the rooms were impeccably clean, offering a serene atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Its prime location made getting around incredibly convenient, with easy access to major attractions and transport hubs. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a seamless and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Great stay! The room was quite normal. Clean but nothing aesthetics. Suitable for people who just wants to stay for the need. Not for staycation or for people who loves hotel aesthetics. Breakfast spread was limited. Not a lot of options but the vibe of the restaurant was cool when the sun shines in. Overall it was good, wouldn’t mind to stay again.

First time stayed at this new accommodation apartment. The room are clean and Location was convenient, accessible to eateries, shopping and massage. The check in management staff are friendly and their reply service thru WhatsApp was fast when require assistance. The only downside is the shower area water flow is weak. Overall is a good experience staycation 👍🏻

All good except shower. Only rain shower, no shower Rose. Meaning my hair sure get wet. Not able to shower clean especially we can't hold the shower rose, too high up in ceiling, doesn't make sense. How to shower kids if they come along?

My family and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had an excellent experience overall. Everything was excellent – the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities met all our needs, and check-in was smooth. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
