Might have over expectation for this hotel. Check in late that night after late dinner. Bathroom water heater was not working, maintenance team came over spent an hour and didn’t fixed. Was told to leave the shower tap and basin tap open for 30-40mins, still warm/hot water are not available for shower. Didn’t manage to get to change my room due to hotel was full that day. Room 16-46 So end up that night, shower with cold water. Toilet seat was dirty too. 🥲 Overall clean, but some hidden areas are dirty.

We enjoyed to eat durian near to R&F Mall. View Singapore is superbbb.. We enjoyed the facities at Level 8. Sauna, outdoor gym with nice view. The homestay we checked in have an excellent assist from Ms Jia En (Fuju Customer Service Team) *Highly recommended to stay at R&F Princess by Fuju*

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly and respectful staffs, comfy, and they are quick response. Free guest specialized parking inside the gate. Recommended for those who want great hotel experience without breaking the bank. Although towel is new therefore not absorbing enough, it is only small matter compared to overall experience. Definitely I will repeat booking in the future. Thank you and keep up the good job.

Rarely give subpar reviews but unfortunately this has to be one of it. St Giles will most probably reply “Do kindly treat this as a one-off aberration on our part and not a mark of the hospitality that we are known for.” and having check the reviews, there are apparently many one-offs. Booked the hotel more than a month with trip.com earlier with specific requests under the comments section and personally emailed the address that was provided on the same website to enquire a birthday decoration in the room. A return emailed was promptly replied and stated that all will be done which I was grateful for. However, when I check in at the front desk and shown them the email, they replied that the email I sent was to the KL outlet (the emailed replied didn’t ask me to email the jb side or they didn't communicate with each other) and the most that they can do was to give a complimentary slice of cake which I am grateful for too. This happened when I registered at about 2:30pm for the check-in as apparently they say the room is not ready and can only check-in at 3pm. For anyone planning to arrange birthday decorations, I wouldn’t recommend relying on the remarks section or email alone. It’s best to call the hotel directly, confirm you’re speaking to the correct outlet, and double-check your request. When I entered the room at 3:00 p.m., the cake still hadn’t arrived. I contacted the hotel through their live chat and received a reply about 40 minutes later, saying the cake could be delivered in the evening. Luckily, the hotel is located right above Southkey Mall, so I was able to get the items and cake from the mall. After returning to the lobby (live chat replied just as I returned to the hotel), I explained the situation to a front desk staff member (I didn’t catch his name), and he was kind enough to bring me to the Level 6 Causeway Café to collect the cake immediately - (Cake in the picture, candles not included with the Cake) . I appreciated his help and understanding. Room was okay - not sure if the bathrobes were washed before as there have some stains on it, shavers need to be requested. Hair dryer apparently blows out only cold to warm air. Breakfast was at level 6 causeway cafe. Wide variety of food but the taste were average to poor, Dim Sum were really dry and the pastries such as the croissant lacks the buttery taste. Some of the cafe staff seemed to need more training. A fork was given when a spoon was requested and the utensils were given in drip by drip (First a Fork than a Knife followed by a Spoon) - Thinks that cafe lacks utensils or that the washing of them were done too slowly. I also picked up two cups in a row that were not properly cleaned and still had food stains. Although the café was busy, a hotel of this standard should be able to manage peak crowds better. One positive highlight was the security guard on duty for the midnight shift., who kindly helped to open the door for us when we returned. His gesture was genuinely appreciated. Overall, this stay did not live up to the expectations of a five-star hotel and did not feel worth the price paid—unless being directly connected to Southkey Mall is your main priority.

Stayed at Z hotel for 2 nights during Christmas. The hotel was walking distance from JB Sentral and right beside a police station. The room was big, toilet design could be better but all in all alright. Room was mostly clean except some mold on the top of the bathroom ceiling and the hangers. Had a cute little surprise from the hotel team for Christmas, a little plushie. Appreciate the cute gesture.

Hotel was conveniently located nearby KSL Shopping Mall, which meant plenty of foods nearby. However, the room was not soundproof as you can hear the people along the corridor and the next door neighbour. Moreover, the room had a few ants on the table. Lastly, this hotel does not have a moveable showerhead in the toilet, but only a rain shower. However, service provided by staff was good.

Price was considered good for a suite (bedroom with living room). There is a Causeway Link bus that comes to this hotel. The day we checked in, there was a night market just outside the hotel, along the promenade and you could see boats parked at the marina.

This serviced apartment hotel is excellent. Both the facilities and the service are top-notch. The room is spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of Singapore. The breakfast is abundant, and there's a swimming pool.

This was a return trip for us to Sunway Big Box Hotel. We booked the family suite for three guests and requested a large bed in a quiet room, as some rooms face the side with the live band at night. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Since we arrived very early, we left our luggage with the concierge. The hotel later sent us a WhatsApp message to inform us that our room was ready. Collecting the keys was quick and easy—just showed the message and we were good to go. The family suite was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring two restrooms and a separate bar area with a coffee machine and microwave. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunway Big Box and will definitely return again soon!

This place is really comfortable and convenient. I'll definitely come back next time, especially because of the customer service here. Their service attitude is top-notch and very professional. I hope they're just as welcoming to us next time we visit. It's really great value for the price!
