I stay in with my eldery mom, its my second stay before is my aunt who book now i book myself. Its clean nice view very near to mall of mid valley just going down and you got the mall easy to grab car. Friendly staff and when i book i got lucky can extend time check out until 12.30pm so morning i just grab the breakfast buffet its litteraly complete delicious. My mom always take and take she like the bread section and i want omlete but the section always long que so i not take it but for noodle section i love it , i love dumpling section. After breakfast we check the last storey is swimming pool, i'm not swin just check out to take pic of my mom. After that we down to our room and sleep again , day before we go hari raya kampung thats why so tireeed. And its near to go lakirn to take taxi go back SG. Thanks again st giles

Second time staying at Space Residency. Location is ideal for the KSL area. The lift access card is not sensitive enough, and took a few attempts to activate the lift. Encountered this issue with our previous unit too. Unit #4410 is newly and nicely renovated but with some minor flaws (see pictures). As development is very new,  we had to put up with noise from renovations from other units. Access to street level is on level 2, a bit confusing initially. Air-conditioning in the room is in need of servicing. Toothbrush not given, but towels are fluffy.

This is my 2nd time staying in this resort, last time was probably 10yrs ago. Good location with food varieties nearby. Good: - Hotel able to accommodate my request for high floor with good view, quiet area and early check in - able to catch some fireworks nearby with unblocked view - alright buffet spread Bad: - foam hand wash has only foam but no soap at all, super diluted - bathroom with bathtub, after 1 shower whole bathroom floor is wet despite with the shower screen curtain pulled. Position of the rainshower head is right above the tap, during shower water will hit near head of the bathtub and water literally flow down from edge of bathtub to the floor - aircon not able to adjust, sound of the fan damn loud when increase fan mode, auto mode literally can't feel the aircon - tink got bed bugs.. got bitten on my inner thigh n tummy area when I woke up this morning

We traveled as a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 older kids), and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Jiaen from the FUJU Customer Service Team Offer upgrade room The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful and added a special touch to our experience. The location is excellent, especially for those planning to visit Singapore, as it is very close to the checkpoint. The living space and kitchen made it perfect for a family stay, offering both comfort and convenience. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. We were very impressed and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

This tine, we booked 3D2N staycation at Holiday Villa. This was my amazing staycation at Holiday Villa. Connecting room in high floor and facing the same direction as the main road to the hotel lobby. We got to watch fireworks released by Malaysian residents celebrating Hari Raya on the eve. Nice fireworks from good view. Breakfast was good too. Rooms were kept clean . The only 2 improvements are firstly, the queen size bed with bath tub, taking a shower is challenging as the water leak from the side of the bath tub to the floor causing the toilet floor to be wet. I have to clean the floor after my shower. The second improvement is Friday soya bean drink was served hot , unfortunately today (Saturday) the soya bean drink is served cold. Counter staff can be more presentable and professional to serve customers in line than doing own things.

First time bringing my family to this apartment. They love it! The check in was seamless and efficient with Samuel being the main operator. He is friendly and proactive and constantly checked on us, providing vital information via WhatsApp. Queries and issues were resolved efficiently and quickly. The location is bubbling with many local delights and is close to our favourite cafes, which we frequent every time we are there. After a whole day of shopping, it's really nice to go back to a clean place for rest, the 12th floor swimming pool and gym are new. Children can easily immerse themselves in the pool and playground. Surely a place where I can bring my family to stay again. Kudos to Samuel and team! Keep up the good work.

First time staying at this hotel, and even though it was just for one night, I really enjoyed it. The room was a bit small but clean, the pillows were comfy, and the air-cond was adjustable. We had a small issue with the TV, but the front desk sorted it out super fast — kudos! All the staff, from the security guard to the front desk and even those we met in the lift, were friendly and made us feel very welcome. And the best part is that the breakfast was really delicious with lots of choices.

Was able to check in early as room was available when I arrived. Staff is very pleasant and professional in handling enquiries. There are 2 reception counters, one is at ground level whereas the other one is at level 7. They also provide express check out and online check out. I was given a room at level 14. The twin room was very spacious and beds was very comfortable. The only downside was both the room and toilet door are faulty. They cannot be locked. The door ledge screw was also loose. It took about 20mins drive from CIQ to the hotel. The hotel is connected to Paradigm mall and many shops/eateries are available. Overall experience was good and I wouldnt mind returning to the hotel.

Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. On the downside, parking can be a bit limited, and the lobby area is relatively small, which may feel crowded during peak hours. Overall, Z Hotel Johor is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located stay in Johor Bahru. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

This is my second time here, good for short stay, clean room. The only matter is the parking lot was difficult to get, the hotel don't have customer reserved parking lots. If you come during weekdays, you have to pay for your parking lot.
