Из плюсов: отель отлично расположен, в самом центре Будвы, 8 минут хоть бы до пляжа, рядом несколько больших магазинов, продуктовый рынок и много кафешек. В номере есть все необходимое, холодильник морозит, как зверь. В дополнение есть большой и удобный балкон, на котором приятно посидеть в любое время.
Приветливый персонал, по нашей просьбе нас заселили на пару часов раньше, что было очень кстати.
Из минусов: отель очень старый, как минимум ресепшен обновлен и свежий, но наш номер очень давно не видел ремонта. На балконе мебель развалилась полностью, на диване хоть как то можно сидеть только из за матраса (на фото это будет видно), некоторые элементы в номере отваливаются. Не знаю, как можно в таком состоянии сдавать комнату для проживания… Уборка номера очень посредственная, посуду в раковине не мыли.

The hotel environment is good, the view of the sea view room is great, and entertainment is available, the front desk service is very good, and a two-hour late check-out is also given, and the sauna and swimming pool facilities are also very good. The location is a bit out of the city center, but you can walk through a beautiful park to stefan island. The breakfast is self-service, and the taste is okay. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, but it is a pity that it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Ctrip marked that there is no private bathroom is wrong. The jacuzzi and shower are separate. The hotel can change the mark to avoid people misunderstanding because of this. I almost canceled because of this, but I believed the picture.

Regarding this hotel:
1. No front desk, very hard to find, poor soundproofing.
2. The room is very small and does not match the pictures on Ctrip. I booked a 20-square-meter room with a balcony, but the actual room was only 10 square meters, and the bathroom and balcony were also 10 square meters (this is the first time I've seen a hotel calculate square meters like this).
3. There were no blankets in the room, only thin towels.
4. The owner's attitude was terrible.
In short, I do not recommend choosing this apartment.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment. Close to the waterfront. Located in a shopping center.
There's a large supermarket nearby. Fair prices and a wide selection.
There's a large construction site nearby on the waterfront. Like almost the entire area.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. There's parking downstairs for €15/day. Very convenient. Upon check-in, you'll receive a card that allows unlimited entry and exit throughout the day.
The apartment itself has a small kitchen and a drying rack on the balcony.
The only thing missing is a small dining table or a bar counter (there's plenty of space) and a lid for the frying pan. 🙂
The hosts are pleasant people; they tell you everything, greet you, and even go out of their way to accommodate you in some situations 👍🏻.

Very clean and beautiful, the facilities are also very perfect. The location is relatively convenient, it only takes ten minutes to walk to the bus station. A la carte breakfast is served in the morning. I chose English breakfast. Although it is not authentic, the quality is still online.

Hotel Villa Garcia exceeded our expectations. It is a family-run hotel, located in a nice place in Budva. It is minimalist in design, comes with balcony with nice city / mountain view’s. The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains. There is free parking.
I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items. The cook was so nice to prepare a takeaway bag for us as on our last day, we had to check out early to go to the airport. Overall exceptional 5* service at this beautiful hotel, so choose this place if you plan to visit Budva, just 25 min drive from Tivat airport.

There are shops and cafes nearby, excellent clean beaches and a bus station are not far away. The owner is very hospitable, towels in the room are changed every day, very simple, but clean. I lived for 10 days, there were never any difficulties with anything.

ייThis place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest.
Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap.
The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night!
To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer.
I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused.
When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course.

In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

IIrina8272337I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

AAlexander M.Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building.
On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).

WWangwangwangwangajiaI saw a lot of people recommending this hotel on 🍠. I didn't have high expectations when I saw the price at first, but I was amazed when I checked in. The hotel is very new and the decoration is a bit Instagram-style? Anyway, it's very high-end. You can take pictures anywhere, especially at the swimming pool. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. It is worth mentioning that the spa in the hotel is very good. It feels like the most comfortable experience I have ever had. Recommended! The dishes in the hotel restaurant are economical, the quantity is large, and the taste is good. It's a bit unexpected. The hotel is in a good location too. It's very close to Budva, but it feels more suitable for self-driving along the way.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located away from the center, but literally 10 minutes walk and you are in Marina. 5 minutes and you are in the shopping center. Right opposite the hotel there is a minimarket where you can buy water, snacks and wine (open until 00:00)
The hotel has clean, cozy, but small rooms. 2 sets of pillows and a fairly comfortable mattress are offered. Breakfast is delicious

SSereen Teoh Good location, just in front of sea front with nice view. Very lively and happening with plenty of eating place and nightlife around. Close to a mall. Basic room but stay with comfort. Con side is got to climb staircase to 1st floor with luggage. No lift. Parking was expensive with EUR40 per day, open carpark next to Merit 5 star hotel. Quite a bit of walk to the hotel.
