My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints. Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

I really like this hotel. The staff are very competent and friendly. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. There's also a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle service to the hotel. Great atmosphere! The carpeted elevator was a particularly surprising touch. The room was clean and had everything I needed. There's even a pool in the courtyard! Thanks for the hospitality!

Casablanca beer wad really nice. And I meet a kind lady and hers daughter. We had a friendly talking and trip together!

The stay at the apartment was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, being so close to the shopping areas, cafés, and everything you could need. Despite being so conveniently located, the area was quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

This hotel is a gem! The value for money is excellent. It's very clean, and the room smells lovely. A special thank you for the room choice – the ocean view is breathtaking. The location is convenient too: it's a stone's throw from the beach and close to shops/cafes.

Some receptionists were super unhelpful and others were relatively helpful. Doormen were stellar and always help with your luggage’s etc. Curtains had some stains and there was a roach in the room.

The front desk staff includes Mandarin-speaking personnel, which made communication smooth, and currency exchange was conveniently available, making it especially friendly for Chinese tourists. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese dishes and local specialties, catering well to Chinese tastes. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. It's a perfect base for exploring and an excellent choice for anyone staying in Casablanca.

The Hotel offers a solid, comfortable stay with great value for the price. I especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The breakfast selection was good, though it could use a bit more variety. Staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive. A few minor details, like slightly slow check-in, kept it from being perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Polar Bear Hotel in Casablanca. The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She cooked delicious homemade food and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. She even kindly offered airport transfers and was always available to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, I was scammed by a local taxi driver who falsely claimed he was sent by the hotel. As a solo traveler, this was quite stressful. However, the owner was genuinely concerned about my situation and did everything she could to assist and support me. Her care and kindness made a huge difference. When you travel alone, meeting people who genuinely look after you is priceless. The hospitality here felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. Thank you for your kindness and for making my stay in Casablanca such a positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and caring host.
