Hyatt Regency Casablanca

Nice hotel with nice stuff. Very close to major sight seeings.

I prepaid the fees via Trip and the a female staff at front desk told me that they couldn’t find my payment info and therefore she doubted I paid it even though I presented her my payment receipt from Trip. I spent quite some time with Trip customer service back and forth to clarify the situation but the hotel said their reservation department was off work… When I checked out the next morning, the front desk dramatically said she could see my payment information. I am still checking after a long international trip. Disappointed and frustrated! The hotel staff at the gate was friendly though and he helped me with taxi. The hotel itself is quite outdated and the room needs renovation. Because my room is facing a main road and the Old Madina, it is quite noisy and the sound proof is not sufficient. I was awaken from time to time at night due to the noises.

The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Nice stay I recommend the hotel good location and nice staff very helpful and cooperative team.

Room generally clean, although noticed what look like a bed bug on the bathroom towels.

Good service, good location & good breakfast. However, hotel room was a bit old, furniture was not in good condition and the room didn’t smell good, a bit disappointing…..

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that
