PPitchayaMFantastic stay! We will be back for 5 days next year.
We stayed for 1 night and 1 day, and everything was much better than we expected. The resort is beautiful and very clean.
What we loved:
The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view.
The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions.
Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect.
Our Plan:
One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees.
Bottom Line: Highly recommended for families and international travelers. Thank you!

AAizat tamiziThe stay was overall excellent and very satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families.
The service was good—staff were friendly and helpful, although there is still slight room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow at times. In addition, the pick-up and drop-off process was a bit slow and could be improved for better efficiency.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially for family trips.

CCJCSEven though I arrived early in the morning on short notice and only stayed for a few hours, they kindly accommodated me, and I was able to get some comfortable rest! Thank you so much! It's about a 15-minute ride from the airport by Yandex Go, so I highly recommend it if you want to rest quickly. It said breakfast was included, but it wasn't provided on either of my two nights.
