The glamping tents are perfect for visiting the Charyn Canyon (Valley of Castles). They're right by the visitor centre at the entrance gate, 10km down the road from the turn off the highway. Guides there also offered us an exclusive canyon hike. Tent itself was great for two of us - two beds, heater, light, and the view is amazing. It was occasionally a little noisy when the wind got really high. The tent doesn't have a bathroom - you have to walk a few minutes to the visitor centre. Regardless, it's one of the best places to stay to visit the Canyon.

The room rate is quite high compared to the service. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of choices. **For check-in, if you have large luggage, you need to contact the hotel via WhatsApp to be picked up at the parking area. You can't drive in yourself, the entrance is very difficult. We waited about 30 minutes for the pick-up and then it was another 30-minute ride to the hotel. However, you can actually walk up to the hotel from the viewpoint if you don't have a lot of luggage.

Fantastic stay! We will be back for 5 days next year. We stayed for 1 night and 1 day, and everything was much better than we expected. The resort is beautiful and very clean. What we loved: The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view. The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions. Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect. Our Plan: One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees. Bottom Line: Highly recommended for families and international travelers. Thank you!

Decent. The room was spacious and the linen clean. It's a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Buses to the city center are available right outside the hotel. On the downside, we had to let the water run for a long time to get hot water, and the cleanliness of the windows and hard-to-reach areas in the room left much to be desired. For breakfast, there was rice porridge, biscuits, bread, and sausages, but we might have arrived late and missed some items. The reception desk was often unattended, but you could call someone from the backroom downstairs. They didn't speak English at reception, and only a little Russian, but we managed to communicate. Overall, it's not a bad option for an overnight stay between flights.

The hotel offers airport pick-up. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic, helped with luggage, greeted us warmly, and offered water. After check-in, he also helped deliver our luggage to the room and politely said goodbye! The hotel owner is an immigrant from Tacheng, Xinjiang. He helped us exchange money at a better rate than the airport and enthusiastically assisted with taxi arrangements and other matters. The hotel is very new, and the bedding is also good. The hotel is close to the airport but a bit far from the city center, costing 4000-4200 tenge by taxi to get to the city.
