The room was clean, but the bathtub didn't seem to be cleaned properly. And because there was no shower curtain, the bathtub was a sea of water. Also, the shower head and bathtub faucet switch was broken, so I had to shower while getting splashed. It seemed like it was already broken, which was a shame.
Aside from that, everything else was clean and nice. It was a perfect place to stay for one night. I would stay there again if it had a shower room. It was also reasonably priced. I didn't try the breakfast, so I'm not sure, but it was under 20,000 won, which seemed like a good deal.
Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.
The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance to a mini market, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. The male receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the lady at reception was not friendly !We were only provided one bath towel, and when we requested another from her, she refused. I don’t understand why she declined to provide an extra towel.
Had amazing stay for 1 day. Were here before, loved swimming pool - 1.5 hour only but for toddler it was enough.
Clean, neat, comfortable.
Not crowded at all. Good place to rest from busy city life
The hotel's proximity to Everland was incredibly convenient. Since we were traveling with our kids this time, easy access to transportation was our main priority. What's even better is that there's a free shuttle bus stop right across the street from the hotel!
We stayed family twin room for Goyang Marathon.Location was perfect. It was next to Kintex Expo ,Hyundai experience center,Hyundai department store and close to Marathon start point as well.
Check-in/out was extremely fast.
But the room so small especially for the famillies and also bathroom had little problems.( without shower door , no hanger , etc)
Breakfast's variety was enough..
There was no room service but around lots of options for eating.
Nice place. Good location
A little bit complicated to contact for extra amenities. Take time if you want extra towels, for example, communication by the website -there is no phone or front desk like a hotel. Besides this, it's a very nice place
We went there for our family anniversary and it was so great!
The garden was big and there were so many photogenic spots that I got a lot of great shots!ㅋ The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety for the price!
The room condition was also the best!
I was satisfied with everything! Thank you for giving me great memories!
I use it often, but I was satisfied because it was much cleaner and more comfortable than the photos. The bedding was clean and there was no smell at all, so I was able to relax comfortably, and the lighting and interior were cozy, so the atmosphere was good. The bathroom was clean and you could see Net Flicks, so it was perfect for relaxing while watching the video. Above all, it was soundproofed well, so it was good to spend a quiet time without noise around, and the air conditioning was quick and I was able to stay comfortably. The front desk staff was friendly and I used it pleasantly. I will use it often next time

Very Good
WWanghaoyanHonestly, I really love staying at this hotel, and I try to book it every time I visit Korea.
People have heard enough about the pros, so this time I'll just focus on the cons:
1. The room only provides two bottles of water, and there's no public water dispenser. If you're comfortable with the language, you can call the front desk for free refills. However, if there's a language barrier, your only option is to fill and boil water from the bathroom tap.
2. There's a shuttle bus advertisement (provided by the district office) posted on the ground floor, but the front desk doesn't proactively promote it. Remember to take a good look and snap a photo for your reference.
3. I'll write about the next point in my following review.
GGCjintiandaiweijinlemaExcellent! There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a convenience store is conveniently located right downstairs. It's also very close to the bus stop. The room featured large floor-to-ceiling windows, and best of all, the power outlets didn't require an adapter, which was incredibly convenient.
GGuest UserIf I ever go to Dongtan, I'd definitely recommend coming here again. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, so it's a great place for dinner. I'll definitely be back next time.

AAnonymous UserThe service and facilities were fine, but the hotel room was close to the highway, and even with double-paned windows, I could still hear noise.
CChewYSIt was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.
GGuest UserIt was clean, spacious, and we were able to open all four suitcases, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
One thing that bothered me was that there was no light above the sink, which was a bit inconvenient as I couldn't see in the mirror when I wanted to do things.
GGuest UserSince it was a winter trip, I requested heating in advance, but it wasn't heated in advance, so it was a bit cold.
And since there's no floor heating, it doesn't seem like a good idea to use it in the winter.
Other than that, the facilities were clean and the view was good, so it would have been better if I went in the summer.
22025fengshengshuiqiThe location is a bit far from the airport and Myeongdong, but everything else was great. The room was incredibly comfortable with a fantastic design. The service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room. This was the best hotel experience I had during my trip to Korea.
