No return to Japan in three years! The most anticipated trip this trip is Li's Zhuquanzhuang Hot Spring Hotel will stay for 2 nights! On that day 2022-10-21 My wife and I were driving to the King of Tibet at 11 am in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The most ideal time for default is four and a half hours! At 6 pm, I arrived first! As soon as I arrived, the staff of Zhuquanzhuang used super kind attitude to condolences! After explaining, they dry the room without saying anything! Check-in at the extreme speed! After finishing, we will have a beautiful dinner for us! Fear that I will starve to death! After eating, soak up a hot spring and all the troubles are drying! On the second day! My wife and I are going to the nearby attractions to scare down the cable car to scare the maple leaves! About the hotel 6:30 meal! I know that the car is slower than before! Another half hour later, return to the hotel first! They again use their kind attitude to condolences! So they have used a kind of attitude to care about the guests for two consecutive days! Prove that the quality of the hotel service is not vegetarian! I really feel that they are waiting for their family to come back to eat! No matter the restaurant, open air style and room privacy is extremely high! Their service attitude is better than I thought! Looking forward to coming back next time ⋯! I am not a god of food so I did not write food review! To the hotel tips: the first time to be Boding outdoor wind Lu!

I heard this was the best hotel in Sendai when I booked it, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The rooms are spacious, the views are great, the service is excellent, and the restaurant offers both delicious food and stunning scenery! The location is superb, just a ten-minute walk from Sendai Station. You can easily walk to places like Tohoku University (the former site of Sendai Medical College) and Zuihoden Temple.

The hotel here has spacious rooms with Japanese futons to sleep on. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff provides good explanations. The onsen here is very large and has many pools. The lounge provides clean services twice a day. In the evening, there is unlimited wine, beer, and snacks. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection and delicious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again. I would like to recommend this hotel

We booked a room on the 15th floor with a fantastic view. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The only thing to note is that you need to distinguish between the Main Building and the East Building. Although they belong to the same group, they are two separate hotels. We initially made a mistake and went to the Main Building. If you're planning to take the Shinkansen, this hotel would be the best choice.

Highly recommended. High-rise sea view rooms in the off-season are about 2000 RMB. The rooms are large and the view is very good. Daguanzhuang is located on the mountain, which not only ensures the view but also ensures that the price is not particularly outrageous. Then there is a hotel bus to go around Songdao. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very good. I really want to secretly ask which product the crab steamed buns are made of. They are very delicious.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

The room was quiet, clean, and looked very new. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The building's earthquake resistance is outstanding – early this morning, there was an M5.7 earthquake in Miyagi Prefecture (intensity 3), and I felt both the bed and the entire building shaking (O_O)! Despite that, it felt very secure! You can stay here with complete peace of mind! Complimentary toiletries are available on the 1st floor, along with tea and coffee sachets. On the 2nd floor, you'll find washing machines, dryers, a water dispenser, vending machines, and an ice maker. The room was quite spacious. Both the hairdryer and showerhead were high-end Refa brand, which was a pleasant and novel touch. Daily complimentary bottled water is also provided. No deposit was required, check-in was quick and convenient, and check-out was incredibly fast! Highly recommended!

First of all, I need to correct the hotel location given by Ctrip. It is called Kamakaki Onsen in Japanese. It may be the result of the automatic translation software. It is called Kamadao Destination Onsen on Ctrip. It is very funny. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good. After all, the price is there. It is relatively economical for Japanese hot spring hotels. You can't ask for too much. In terms of hardware, the room I booked has to use the public toilet not far from the same floor. Of course, it is very hygienic, but it will be inconvenient if you get up at night. The hot spring is divided into men's pool and women's pool. It is worth mentioning that according to the hotel, the hot spring water is from the source and is not recycled, so the hot spring water quality is very good. Dinner and breakfast are OK. The surrounding environment is very quiet, and a good sleep relieves fatigue. The staff is warm and thoughtful.

I stayed at this hotel due to a foot injury. I originally thought I could eat all three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – at the hotel since they have three restaurants. Breakfast was abundant, and the semi-buffet lunch was reasonably priced. However, I was a bit disappointed that for dinner, the only option was some food at the 14th-floor bar. When checking out, the front desk helped me call a taxi to the airport for 6000 JPY, but the meter showed 6800 JPY upon arrival at the airport, so I saved 800 JPY. Thumbs up for that!

GGuest UserWe went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

MM262711****The hotel is super close to Sendai Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also near Tohoku University, Sendai Asaichi (morning market), observation decks, and 7-Eleven. The hotel service is excellent; check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with water and toiletries provided. When leaving, I noticed in the reception area that the hotel has won many awards. The breakfast buffet isn't huge, but the variety is decent, typically Japanese. They even have Sendai's famous Zunda Shake, so no need to go all the way to the station to buy one! Whether for leisure or business, it's a solid, comfortable stay without any real drawbacks. On the day before I left Japan, there was a tsunami and earthquake. I was in such a panic late at night that I ran down to the lobby in my room slippers to consult with the manager. I apologize for that; please forgive me. I later realized that the staff on duty in the lobby were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful in their replies, and they all remained very calm.

ZZhutoudabaobao✅ **Pros:** 1. It's brand new, having just reopened last month (June), and that freshness truly makes a difference! 2. Excellent value at just over 500 per night, especially for a room with a 1.8m king-size bed! This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids! We sadly didn't find another king bed of this size for the rest of our trip. 😂 3. They have a lovely public bath (onsen style) ♨️, and soaking there was my absolute favorite way to unwind. It was my first time seeing a 'Shampoo Bar' where you can pick your preferred shampoo and conditioner. 4. The service was excellent. They even gave little gifts to my child – toys on both of our two stays, which made my child incredibly happy! 😊 They provide a comprehensive range of skincare amenities. Plus, there's a free coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby, perfect for a few late-night drinks. ❌ **Only Downside:** It's not extremely close to Sendai JR Station, roughly a 15-minute walk. However, you can reach it by walking through Hirose-dori pedestrian street, which is bustling with various restaurants, cafes, drugstores, Don Quijote, and other shops.

GGuest UserThe location is fanastic. It is close to Sendai JR Station, Sendai Morning Market and shopping streets. It is especially important given we have 2 ninety-year-old ladies in our group. Breakfast was great. The dining hall was of Art Deco design. It had a mixture of western and Japanese dishes. The amount was plentiful and quality was good. The onsen was free. There were jacuzzi and old water bath. It is pity that there was no open air bath. We would consider a return if we happen to come back to Sendai.

OOliveycWe came to Akiu mainly to see Lu Xun's former residence, but the hotel itself was also great. Although there wasn't much of a view outside the window, Akiu Great Falls is just a short drive away. The front desk gave me a room on the top floor. The food, especially, deserves a special mention. My boyfriend ate 6 plates of the freshly grilled beef tongue, but he was still outdone by the Japanese gentleman next to us – I counted, he had 7 plates! I won't post other pictures as I see everyone else has posted plenty; I'll just share one of the massage chair. You can enjoy the view while getting a massage. It's very quiet during the day, and you can use it as much as you like without needing coins, which is much more generous than many other hotels. The parking lot is also spacious, so there's no need to worry about not finding a spot if you return late.

SSunshinaIt’s definitely a 5 star hotel experience, the staffs at the reception is very helpful and professional. There’s a petite yet posh boutique located at the lobby, traditional Japanese restaurant, western cuisine and Chinese restaurant with standard, yet the price is reasonable. Although the double bed room is a little bit small, but mattress is comfortable, toilet amenities are with “full Japanese standard” ;) The location is great, with family-mart, 7-11 and some little restaurants surrounding around. There’s even a local wet market around the corner, local shopping malls with affordable price. As it’s nearby the Sendai station, it’s convenient to go Tokyo or other prefecture, this city center is amazing and filled up with all branded name chain stores.
