Guest UserA very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good.
Thanks for hosting me

Guest UserAmazing hotel with great service. All the amenities provided are top notch, and perhaps being a business hotel, it comes with everything imaginable in your room. Fridge, water kettle, pajamas, notepad and pen, alarm clock (yes, analog Casio), USB C-A converter because the bed still has USB A socket, takubin (luggage delivery) forms, trouser press, shoe brush, etc, etc. I think their motto is don't wait until the guest ask for it, just make sure it's available. They really anticipated everything. Starbucks and 711 on the 1st floor. Wanted to try the restaurant on the 13th floor, but because I had no reservation, and there were already many people there, sadly they turned me away.

Guest UserJust a few minutes' walk from Hirose-dori subway station, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, surrounded by numerous dining options. Having a convenience store on the ground floor is also a reassuring plus.
We stayed in a moderate non-smoking room for two. While the queen-sized bed was comfortable, it felt a bit cramped for two, though it would likely feel quite spacious for a solo traveler. The mattress firmness was just right, and the air purifier was a welcome amenity.
The bath area was nicely separated from the toilet, preventing any concerns about water splashing out, and the rain shower was a pleasant feature.
The front desk staff were friendly and left a positive impression.
One minor point is that the air conditioning throughout the hotel, including the lobby and hallways, felt a bit too strong. The complimentary coffee service in the lobby was a nice touch, but it was a shame that it couldn't be taken back to the room.
Overall, it's a clean hotel with excellent service, and we left feeling very satisfied.

The room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.

YikehuacongI loved this hotel and wished I could have stayed longer! This time, I came from Tokyo on the Shinkansen and stayed in Sendai for three nights. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right above the Shinkansen exit. You step off the train and check in almost instantly. After breakfast, it's a quick 5-minute walk to the platform for trains heading north to Aomori and Ninohe on the third floor. It's incredibly convenient and perfect for anyone with a JR Pass traveling north. Plus, it's very quiet.
The room, by Japanese standards, was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a separate shower and toilet, and the massage showerhead was a real treat. They provided a full range of samples: facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner/lotion, and hair oil – everything you could need, making it super convenient.
There's a dedicated smoking room on the third floor for guests, accessible with your room key. While there's a gym, it only has cardio equipment. On the fourth floor, there's a lounge with views and drinks, which I didn't get to experience due to my tight schedule.
Laundry facilities are on the 7th and 11th floors. Just bring 100-yen coins. However, there's only one top-loader washing machine and one dryer, so you might have to wait.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was Western-style but also included local specialties like beef tongue and fish cake, which were pretty good. There was a wide variety of vegetables, and I made sure to load up before heading out to fuel my day.
There are major department stores nearby for easy shopping. And don't miss the zunda shake (edamame milkshake) inside the JR station – it's delicious.
I love Sendai and will definitely be back!

HuisikaodemaoI booked a non-smoking single room, and smoking was allowed in the downstairs parking lot. The environment was great for a solo stay. For breakfast, you might have to queue depending on the number of diners and the time, but the mapo tofu is truly excellent and a must-have in the morning. It's very close to Sendai Station, with plenty of dining options nearby and many convenience stores.

Compared to the Mitsui hotels I've stayed at before, the room here is a bit smaller, but I was happy with the king-sized bed, it's quite large for this type of hotel. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic, especially Yuka Takeishi, who had a wonderful smile and excellent English communication skills. I'm very satisfied.

Doudou333333The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hot spring was excellent, even with ice cream available. It's also close to the station, and Nishikicho Park and Tohoku University are just a 15-minute walk away. There are many dining options nearby.

Spike~378The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned.
All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient.
Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.
