Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

Room was clean but water pressure was very bad. Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering… Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time

This is my second time staying at the Conrad. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The staff at the reception especially Akshay and Namit were so friendly and helpful. The staff at the lounge had all smiles all the time (to name a few Tao and Pratike and a few that I have forgotten) were a pleasure to chat with. My always friendly doorman Lokraj was always helpful. A great place to stay and will always be my hotel to stay in Bangalore. Thank you for a comfortable stay throughout my week.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

Super hospitality, great level of details touched... like the hot chocolate to relax in the evening.. had a good sleep. Bananas are usual, but the soaked almonds were extra special. Used the fitness centre.. decently equipped it is. The breakfast was outstanding.

We had a comfortable stay in a nice, clean, and stylish room. The hotel staff were also kind, and the restaurant on the top floor is highly rated on Google Maps and is delicious! They serve alcohol too. However, it is located on a busy street and ***** the metro line, so it is quite noisy. I recommend this hotel to those who think that is also one of the charms of India. There is also a supermarket within walking distance.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Its good to stay hotel. Good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom. The room equipment like tv, kettle are not great but its doesn’t matter much to me for overnight stay. Breakfast was good.
