A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

The hotel was very near with the airport and the free shuttle bus was very accomodating. For budget traveller it is good, but do not expect too much. The bus provided was very old van with no aircondition, but as long as you can reach the airport on time then it is acceptable. The hotel provide very basic amenities as for transit hotel. However, at night you can hear the noise like plate/spoon or pipe clattering and people's chatting.im not sure if it was sound from kitchen or the other room beside us. And the room got mosquitos. Overall the room okay.

The room was clean and tidy, perfectly spacious for two people. The front desk staff were friendly, and the location is incredibly convenient – the exhibition center is right across the street, just a short walk away. There's also a large Aeon supermarket nearby, about a 15-minute walk, which is very handy.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The restaurant is right outside a large plaza, offering many convenient dining options, and the environment is quite good. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. For breakfast, I personally feel it's more geared towards locals; I usually go for rice noodles, toast, vegetables, and some fried items. It gets extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Very nice room and spacious, breakfast spread was great too and cooked very good sunny side up eggs. Forgotten to return my hotel card but I will be back next month again and stay at same hotel and also return the room key.

1. Stayed with my colleagues. Reserved a king size room with two single beds. Called them in order to make sure there are two single beds for myself and my colleague. Was disappointed since no arrangement was made. In shower room, should have water tab. Only hand and overhead shower was available.

First, the downsides: I expected the garden-view room to have a strong musty smell, but surprisingly, the lake-view room had it too. I highly recommend the hotel address this musty odor; it really detracts from the stay. Secondly, the airport shuttle only runs on the hour, not on the half-hour. Given its proximity to the airport, I suggest increasing the shuttle frequency, at least by adding half-hourly services. On the positive side: it's close to the airport.

Nearby have small local Indonesian food and Indomaret. Hotel provide shuttle start at 3 AM breakfast at 3.30 AM if i am not wrong
