I specifically chose this hotel near the airport because I had an early flight the next day. The service was excellent, and the complimentary airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall design has a very traditional Chinese style, with many Chinese character signs throughout.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym. Only negative is that there aren't many nice places to eat or have coffee on the streets close to the hotel. Coffee and restaurants in the hotel are nice but expensive compared to outside.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya was truly an impressive experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly and professional. One of its main advantages is the strategic location, directly connected to Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for a leisurely stroll, dining, or shopping without having to leave the area. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and suitable for families, including those with children. Overall, the stay here felt practical, comfortable, and enjoyable—a perfect choice for a staycation or a short trip.

Great strategic location, close to the mall. The atmosphere feels like you're not even in the city, with Bali-like vibes. Every room has a bathtub, which is great for families with small children. The sports club also has many facilities. The only downside is the number of mosquitoes outdoors.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

I've been staying at Zest Hotel for four years, always close to the airport and my office. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the breakfast is delicious.
