The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, perfect for a layover or rest stop, especially with inconvenient flight times. I originally wanted to book another night on my way back from Bali, but the price had doubled, so I unfortunately had to cancel.

2nd time staying here after 6 months because was very satisfied during my 1st stay. Overall is still very clean, other than I found lots of hair strands on the carpet (that doesn't belong to me). Room cleaning of 3rd night was done around 8pm which is very late. Staff is very polite Many food options nearby if you take a grab Nice cafes down stairs My friend enjoyed the arcade that open until midnight

The location is decent; it's not very touristy here, feeling very local. There's a small shopping center nearby with various Japanese restaurants and Western fast food options. A 10-minute drive takes you to the larger Tang City Mall, which offers more choices. It's about 20-30 minutes from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly, always willing to be flexible and help guests with any issues. The downside is the cleanliness. The bed was okay, but the bathroom felt quite unhygienic due to its age. Overall, the place felt very old and dated.

I had such a pleasant stay at Model J Hotel Jakarta. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful. Everyone at the front office and the housekeeping team greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m really happy to have found this hotel. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would like to sincerely compliment Shinta at the front desk for her exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her genuine smile and positive attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. Shinta was also very helpful throughout my stay. She handled everything efficiently, answered all my questions patiently, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The highlight was the service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and the interior. Very attentive and the controllables are spot on. Soundproofing can be better with hallway noises can be heard early morning and late nights. Similarly, inventory control can be improved too. Checked in around 4pm and was advised that room wasn’t ready. Understood that it’s a fully booked weekend and the system could’ve been improved. However, the hospitality and service more than make it up for the non controllables.

The service was good, and it's super convenient having Aeon right next door. The only downside is that the lower floors can be a bit noisy at night. As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. For a hotel of this brand, you really wouldn't expect that.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding to requests promptly. The location is convenient for transportation and has a wide variety of dining options. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is a new and popular hotel, so it's still quite crowded. The location is downtown. The breakfast spread is very diverse and tastes great. Personally, I found the bed uncomfortable, and at night, I could still hear noisy motorcycles from outside. Perhaps they rushed the construction to open on time, as the towel rack in room 1024 is already about to fall off 😬. There are many facilities, and it's fun with plenty of photo spots for social media 😬. I'd say about 80% of the staff are young, which is a shame because I heard them using slang like ”Anjir” (a crude exclamation) even when guests were right in front of them (I overheard this from a male receptionist). A server in the restaurant used ”Aku” (a more informal 'I') instead of ”Saya” (a more polite 'I') when addressing guests, which felt a bit odd. A server in the dining room sounded curt on the phone when taking an order. During breakfast, many staff members were sweeping and giggling with their colleagues. I hope for improvements because this is a 4-star hotel, and the service should be good, polite, and professional.

The room itself was fine. I had an early flight the next morning, and the shuttle didn't require a reservation; I just needed to let them know the day before, which was convenient. They also had an alarm clock, and the swimming pool and treadmill were fully equipped. The restaurant food was good too!
