Hotels With Parking in Aceh, Indonesia

I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section. The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.  Please have your manager contact me regarding this matter. Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Lokasi sangat strategis…dekat kemana2 apalagi bersebelahan dengan mini market dan pam bensin serta di sekitarnya ada pertokoan jadi kalau mau beli sesuatu tinggal jalan kaki saja. Kulineran pun bisa dengan jalan kaki…

A very nice hotel with real value for money. Plenty of eateries nearby and not very far from town center. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Xiao Li at the front desk was enthusiastic and sent hot milk at night. The sound insulation is slightly weaker, but cost-effective. I will choose here next time I travel, recommended!

The balcony room facing the street will be noisy, but I reported that the front desk immediately changed to other rooms, and Ramadan will send breakfast for free. The hotel price is very affordable, and the decoration is very new, the overall experience is great
