IIuliia999Overall, the hotel is good. It's centrally located, convenient, and the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view. I'm deducting a point for the service; it's really weird that you can't pay in cash or anything. They only ask for a card. For the restaurant and any extras, that's really weird. There's also no water cooler. The complimentary water is okay as a basic service, but then there are no other options except the minibar, which you can't pay for in cash unless you get some kind of receipt and an explanation that there are no other options. So, they let you pay in cash, but I don't understand the point of all this hassle.

EEkaterina ZagvazdinaOh... this is the most amazing hotel in recent years. Travel and change hotels often. I love shower places. I was struck by the neat repair with attention to detail, everything super neatly, in the room a stunning solution with textile and a bunch of windows around the circle. It looks incrediblely stylish. Very green yard , you can have dinner in a restaurant and there just huge portions and incredible prices.
+ was super pleasant service.
Breakfast is neat and pleasant fresh .
We took an economic room, there was very little room in the bathroom, the leak in the shower is not an eye , but all these shortcomings didn't even want to see, all the rest overlaid with the lichwa. Next time we just take the room more.
On the photo the hotel is worse than it is actually! It is boutique!!!!!!!!! And the style is not instagram-cold, but a pleasant cosy.
We are just with her husband in delight!!!!!!! He even on Google cards he marked himself to remember him.
I love hotels and carefully select them, but to be so pleased ..... For a long time, very long ago, have not experienced such joy, more than a year, in travels on 3-4 month in the year

KKonstantin82A little bit remote part of Telavi, but cosy and silent stay. The restaurant has rather good breakfast, for supper is also ok with the prices a little bit higher than the middle in Telavi, but only a little bit. Very romantic view on the opposite side of Alazan valley (be sure you booked the room to this side, the opposite one is nothing special).
No local public transport, taxi drivers are coming quick usually.
Good location to start the trip Gremi - Alaverdi - Shuamta and return back. Any taxi drivers are ready to do it, 60-70 lari (local currency, 1/3 of euro approximately).
Two swimming Pools, one was useless (too cold in January), the other is mostly for couples with baby's, small and with high water temperature, too hot to swim.
Reception staff speaks also russian and english, rather focused on your comfortable stay, no problem to communicate.

AAgil AsgarovThe hotel was clean and fresh, with a quite large rooms that had balcony and common terrace with breathtaking view. The kitchen is also available 7/24 with free tea and coffee. The staff are people with golden heart, very very kind and and they helped a lot with the transport. Their dog was such a playful cutie pie. Recommending this hotel to everyone wanting to a relaxed stay at an awesome place.

XXikajintiandiudongxilemaThe room was beautiful, overlooking a small estate. All the in-room amenities were complete. The remote control's batteries were dead, and the TV's welcome video kept playing non-stop when we entered the room. We had to call the front desk to get replacement batteries for the remote. The lady at the front desk was quite unhelpful. We arrived in the afternoon and couldn't book any wine tours or tastings, and the front desk couldn't offer any useful assistance. In the end, we went to the nearby Shumi Winery, where we could walk in for a guided tour and tasting, which was a much better experience.

PPentVGOur opening in Georgia. Two times on May holidays. Live in different rooms. Two-room room with mountain view impressed especially. Rarely write positive reviews but it is one of the best hotel parks I have visited. The only minus is part of young staff, especially guys from the checkpoint at the entrance (in addition to bad manners, very weak English and lack of knowledge of Russian).
