Everything was very good. We stayed one night; for more, a little more storage space would have been nice. We drove around a bit to get there; the GPS didn't give us directions to the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very well served.

In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean. Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility. Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming. P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.

The first day, breakfast was terrible. We couldn't eat because of the number of extra people they brought in without a reservation, so we didn't want to try any more breakfast there. The cleaning was very average.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 12-minute walk of the old town. Vietnamese and Thai restaurants are also nearby. Paid parking is also available. However, if you have large luggage, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as the rooms are quite small.

We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price.
