Lovely relaxing place opposite the Nadi Airport. Free Shuttle from and to Airport. 24hr reception and they can arrange Tours. Bed great, plenty of hot water for shower. Friendly staff. Lovely manicured grounds. Restaurant Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have a variety. Restaurant over looks pool and Bar area. There is a Seperate Coffee shop. All in Fiji dollars. Cash or card accepted. Great child play area. Waterslide into pool. On site shop. Buses (open air, or Aircon mini buses out the front take you to Nadi, $3 Fiji $, Lautoka and Denarau. We had a lovely holiday, will be returning. Great rates, Hotel rooms or Villas some with ajoining rooms.
Perfect location for the airport, literally walking distance across the road (and yet didn’t really hear planes!). Lovely grounds & pools. Good restaurant, although dinner portions very small. We had the cheapest room type, and it was disappointingly close to the kitchen noise & walls were very thin - we could hear our neighbours coughing through the night. We would use again for the airport, but try a more expensive room option.
Hotel has made changes since our last trip which were not to our liking. Breakfast did not have many options, dinner very basic choices. No internet in rooms, no TV either. Hotel does not have first aid, could not give me a bandaid.
I don’t think I will return
Each room is clean
There is also a private pool
However, the chef of the private restaurant is terrible. (He is a young Indian, and his skills are not very good.)
The owner is unfriendly, but the staff is friendly.
If possible, use the 2nd floor room. (It is cleaner,,)
Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is 10 Fijian dollars
If you take a taxi, it is 30 Fijian dollars per hour (The beach resort <Yatule> resort & spa, which takes 1.5 hours by taxi, is so-so~~.
(However, as of April 2025, the access road is under construction) - Vehicles are allowed to pass)
We had such a wonderful stay at The Pearl South Pacific Resort! My boys had an amazing time – from the pool to the beach and all the little activities, there was never a dull moment. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere made it so easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.
Everything about our stay was great, except for the internet connection, which could definitely be improved. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and we’d love to come back again!” 🌴☀️💦
PROS: Budget friendly. Located right next to a MacDonald's and multiple shopping spots from Supermarkets, boutiques & restaurants. Walking distance to Bus Stops, and 14 mins drive to Port Denarau. Parking & Gym is complementary. The gym is quite small. Friendly staff and don't forget the roof top bar & pool, spectacular view.
CONS: We had a room with a broken shower, water leaked through the bottom tap while the shower head was in use. One of the bath towels provided was not properly washed. WiFi was utterly useless. Mobile Network only worked near the balcony so cannot use your 4G/5G network anywhere else in the room.
NOTE! Do not leave your parking spot during events at the hotel, parking was not prioritized for in-house guests, first come first serve basis.
The hotel is a bit aged but well maintained. The fire show on Monday night is impressive and entertaining. Kids club is a bit small and doesn’t have much to do inside. Outside playground is nice and new.
Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends
Some of the most pleasant memories from my trip to Fiji will remain about this resort! Quite by accident (I made a mistake with the name in the hotel when booking) I got into this hotel! But how wonderful everything was during my vacation, you have no idea!
The hotel is in a secluded place, only the roadway is nearby and that’s it! For a peaceful, relaxing holiday - definitely the best choice!
The beach is excellent - coral, but there are several sandy entrances! There are fish, crabs and starfish in the water! Snorkeling is great! By the way, the hotel provides a free kayak. Palm trees hanging over the shore - indescribable nature!
The staff deserves a special word - they are very grateful to them, to these kind people who were wonderful to me and to all the other guests! These are rainbow people who love their job! I will remember you guys!
I recommend staying at this hotel! I hope my experience and resume will help you!
Really loved our stay at this hotel. I’m not sure how it is a 2-star hotel - the room, cleanliness and amenities looked like a 4+ star hotel. It includes everything we needed fo our stay. Only thing missing was the gym, and the pool could be better as it looks like just a water stream under the walking bridge. Overall we really liked our stay.

ZZhangzuxun1. It is relatively close to the airport, about 3 kilometers, and a taxi is about 20 Fijian dollars.
2. The internal environment of the hotel is good, and the guest rooms are equivalent to single-story townhouses.
3. There is a large outdoor swimming pool, but there was no water and it was not open during this check-in.
4. There is no restaurant. Meals need to be eaten at the coffee bar outside. There are no other restaurants nearby.
5. There is no drinking water or shampoo or shower gel in the room.
In short, it feels like it’s just a place to sleep.
GGuest UserNext door people had very loud music, despite complaints made at reception, nothing good came about,w we were disturbed till 2am...we had to catch early morning flight, my 3yr old was very uncomfortable, and this led to our disappointment

GGuest UserLoved our stay at the Hilton, service staff super friendly, food and cocktails were delicious and the pools did t disappoint. Nice Long sandy Beach to walk along each day (1.5km), 3 restaurants and some small shops for snacks. Great for families with kids, loads of daily activities and perfect for adults getting a break from the kids. Definitely coming back!!!
GGuest UserThe staff were faultless!!
However there were far too many mosquitoes to enjoy our stay- we had stayed in Nadi prior to this for the same amount of time and had 0 problems, same in one of the islands- no bites… here however we had over 20 between two of us from one night. Perhaps they could have repelling candles on the outdoor seating areas, and fly catchers elsewhere, but something needs to be done in this season!
I found it overpriced for the experience, the food was average and not worth the cost, there was a cockroach and lizard in our room- I would say the roofs need looking at/ re sealing.
The interconnecting rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear everything from next door. We asked to move and were so with 0 hassle- again the staff were ALL absolutely amazing!!!
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a great location, a comfortable distance from the city center. The breakfast spread was exceptionally plentiful and catered wonderfully to Chinese palates. Dinner was also extensive, and the ambiance was excellent, with music playing throughout. It's truly ideal for a trip.
GGuest UserThis is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years.
Negatives
- had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this
- had a leak above our shower in both tooms
- fridge was broken in both rooms
- lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained.
- lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either
- aircon in rooms is very loud
- internet access drops out constantly
- we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads
- food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart
Positives
- most of the staff is really friendly
- adults only pool is calm and quiet
- good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel
- staff is mostly helpful when you need things
We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.
DDeLCaiEnjoyable stay with standout staff… just a few areas to improve
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The resort atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the team truly made us feel welcome.
A few things could be improved: room service options were limited, so if you wanted something better you had to leave your room and go to the restaurants rather than having it delivered. Also, housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as it should be. There was hair in the bathroom, and the grout plus corners/crevices needed more attention. We also dealt with a constant flickering light in our room.
That said, the staff were kind, friendly, and responsive, and they didn’t hesitate to fix issues once we brought them to their attention, which I really appreciated. Special shoutout to Temo at La Bottega Italian Restaurant, Esa and Kelly who made our nights at the Urban Sugar Beach Club an absolute blast, and Esava and Jo from concierge made sure we were well taken care of! The resort also had amazing activities planned during the Christmas holiday for all ages!
Despite the few issues, I’d still recommend staying here, especially for the great service and lively resort vibe.
GGuest UserI like cleanness of this hotel large room, and gargen pool.
I feel resort and enjoy stars in the sky.
The location is easy to use kinds of tours and many stores are near this hotel.
