I was a bit worried about the low number of reviews, but I was really happy with my stay. First off, it was incredibly clean, not something you'd always expect from a hotel in Egypt, and the room was a good size. There was even a washing machine in the room, which would be great for longer stays.
Our honeymoon at your hotel was truly unforgettable. The scenery was breathtaking, and we had a wonderful evening at the revolving restaurant, which boasted not only magnificent views but also a delightful atmosphere.
However, what impressed us most was the incredible honesty and integrity of your hotel team. My wallet was lost, and the hotel staff went to great lengths to find and return it to me; their kindness truly saved our trip. We sincerely thank Mohamed and his colleagues for helping my husband recover his wallet, and also thank Alaa Ahmed at the front desk for her warm and professional service, as well as many other friendly staff members. Their kindness made our honeymoon even more perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to all guests seeking excellent service and a wonderful holiday experience!
A beautiful, stylish hotel right in the city center, making it easy to get to all the attractions.
It's clean, the rooms are beautifully styled, and there's even a terrace! What's important is that you can't hear any traffic noise. Plus, the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions – a big thank you to them! 💕
Very nice hotel located by the airport. Very quiet from both aircraft and road noise. Extensive grounds, lovely to stroll around and places to rest. Good sized, well equipped rooms. Efficient lifts and plenty of eateries to choose from. Friendly efficient staff. Nice size swimming pool and separate children's area. Highly recommend.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Liberation Square, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and the red chili peppers 🌶️ were wonderfully spicy. The room was just right for two people and two large suitcases. You can see the swimming pool from outside the room.
About 100 meters from the hotel, there's a wide main road. Cross the road, and you'll find the Old Egyptian Museum. Walking in the opposite direction leads you to Liberation Square, where there's an obelisk. I believe there's a metro station nearby, but taxis are so cheap in Cairo that we didn't bother looking for it.
This is my second stay here, and it's super convenient for visiting my clients; an Uber ride is always under 230 EGP. Every time I come back, the front desk staff helps me order food, and they are always incredibly patient and friendly. The room is very comfortable, with the window directly overlooking the pool on the ground floor. It's a shame I didn't have time to sunbathe by the pool since I was here for a business trip. I'm planning to come back and stay again in April!
Located in New Cairo, there really isn't much to explore nearby. Plus, returning to the hotel usually means a U-turn at an intersection, which can cause about a half-hour delay due to traffic... Other than that, everything else is quite good. Breakfast is nice, and there's live piano music in the mornings. Service is decent, and you can tell it's a new hotel; the front desk staff isn't quite up to speed with check-in procedures yet. And when checking out, no one offered to help with luggage.
Great hotel room, restaurants, pool, gym, bar, cafe
All staff polite & friendly & very helpful especially guest relations Demiana. Great to take advantage of membership & get 25% of food & drink in all restaurants, bar & cafe throughout the hotel. Good saving. Would book here again !
The location is within the alley but not very clear, the place is quiet and the staff are very helpful.

Very Good
RRamyFirst room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.
GGuest UserGreat for families, everything is close by and it's very quiet – no car horns or anything. You'll need a car though. There's a supermarket and a laundry service nearby. If you order by phone, they'll deliver right to the hotel, which is convenient. The only thing missing is a small rug or carpet in the room, as it's all tiled.
SShiv KamleshkumarMy stay at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City was nothing short of amazing. I always, always felt well taken care of by the staff here, and, in particular, I must highlight the staff at the breakfast buffet as I always found them to be so genuinely kind and considerate. The rooms were also quite spacious and the architecture of the hotel reminded me of Paris which I loved. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly helpful as I don't think Cairo Airport is the easiest for tourists to get out of with all the people haggling you for a ride.
GGuest UserWe would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need
And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day.
They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality
Tteachutube1Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free.
The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied; this stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport. The front desk staff were warm and professional, check-in was quick, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the water pressure and temperature were very stable. I especially want to commend the breakfast; it was varied, a fusion of Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was fantastic. In short, every step from check-in to check-out was comfortable and satisfying, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!
GGuest UserThis is a friendly and clean hotel. I requested early check-in, and they responded promptly. I had a very comfortable stay and returned.
However, the hotel entrance is quite far away, and taxis often have trouble finding the entrance, so I often end up canceling and returning.
