The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops. There are a total of three power outlets available. The shower has good water pressure. Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m. The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Poland! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning—plenty of fresh and local options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to public transport and major attractions. The hotel also had a relaxing spa area, which was a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

It is a basic hotel with very simple amenities . Just next to train station and easy access to all train platforms even without going to the main hall . The hotel shower was broken, really very small , even hard to turn inside at the shower place , but the worst are the pillows . Hard to understand from where they bought that and think anyone would enjoy it. If you have a morning train maybe is suitable to stay (at they mention it is a budget hotel ). The front desk is helpful and friendly .

The service was excellent, and they were very helpful in guiding us to nearby attractions and local restaurants. The hotel has its own parking lot, making it convenient for parking without having to park on the street. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the square, which has many delicious restaurants.

Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently. All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard.

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

AAnonymous UserI had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard. Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience. The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed. The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality. I recommend Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’m glad I booked through Trip.com for an effortless experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserExcellent location, comfortable hotel, beautiful room Unfortunately, room 105 is not quiet because the air conditioner is too noisy and to complete the noise of the tram rails located in a short distance continued to feel, Until midnight, and then it took over around six, and even though you weren't very much in the room during the day, the evening and early morning it became intolerable, sometimes it was also trembling the room. Excellent breakfast with little sweet for us Italians By changing the room I would advise him lively

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

SSiraThe Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto instantly impressed me with its beautiful, modern, playful lobby design — highlighted by a replica of Queen Barbara’s dress (wife of King Zygmunt August), complete with a plaque sharing her story. Service was another highlight: the check-in staff were warm and welcoming (one even greeted me in Thai), and homemade snacks were offered at both check-in and check-out. The location is superb, directly opposite Galeria Krakowska, a massive mall with everything from luxury brands to groceries, restaurants, and a food court. It’s also just a short walk from the Market Square, main shopping streets, and the Czartoryski Museum, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine. Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district are a bit farther, but still manageable on foot with comfortable shoes. My room was clean and comfortable, though a little plain, and the bathroom on the small side. Breakfast was the one weak spot — the food selection was modest, and at peak times the dining room felt cramped, sometimes leaving only counter seating (I recommend going later once the rush has passed). Still, these are minor quibbles. With its inviting lobby, warm and attentive service, and unbeatable location, this hotel is an easy one to recommend.

PPolarmermaidWhat an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi. There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months. There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃 The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

GGuest UserWe enjoyed the stay. To start with the staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast selection and choices were very good. The hotel in general and the room in particular were very clean . The location was perfect and close to most tourist attractions in the city. Finally on top of all that their price was reasonable. I will use it again if needed and will recommend it to others.

AAnonymous Userit was a nice hotel to stay overall. the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink. as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming. and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train. besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆 and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁 and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light. thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
