Service nettoyages des chambres à revoir , parut déjeuner très limité , vite en rupture de jus d'orange , de fruits , il faut sans cesse redemander de reacharger! Les tables ne sont pas débarrasser pour permettre au autres personnes qui descende de trouver des tables propre ! Manque flagrants de personnel!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Suisse à Alger. L’accueil a été remarquable dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste Célia, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse font toute la différence. Toujours souriante, attentive et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et bienveillance. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti immédiatement à l’aise et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé, mais c’est vraiment la qualité de l’accueil, en particulier celui de Célia, qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Generally speaking, it's OK. It seems that the hotels here are not very good. The rooms facing north are on the road, which is quite noisy. The single bed is very small, and there is no way to dry the clothes. Friendly reminder: The hotel has no toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. The WIFI is super bad. It is basically unavailable in the room. It is recommended to buy a mobile phone card locally. The advantage of this hotel is that it can be picked up at the airport. You can call when you arrive. It is recommended to wait for them at the gate 4 of the airport. It may be more convenient. The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, and there are more desserts. Another advantage is that you can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The taste is not bad. I ordered lamb chops, grilled chicken, steak, etc., see the picture. There are many service staff in the hotel, and they work in shifts. When you order food, there will be a fat waiter in the restaurant occasionally. He may be a small leader. His attitude is very average. I feel a little unhappy, but he doesn't go to work every day. It depends on luck. There is only one person. The others are very friendly.

Très beau séjour en famille dans cet hôtel ! Il est très bien situé, la nourriture est très bonne , petit déjeuner varié ! Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel que ce soit: les réceptionnistes de jour et de nuit , les dames qui s’occupent de l’entretien , leila qui nous accueille tous les jours avec le sourire pour le petit déjeuner . Vous êtes tous formidables , professionnels , tres respectueux et à l’écoute . Très belle hospitalité Algérienne.

Nettes und hilfsbereite Personal. Jedoch war es für meinen Geschmack sehr laut, das Kopfkissen hat nach Schweiß gestunken, die Ausstattung hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist ausschließlich süß, das Internet ist sehr gut jedoch hatte ich wegen dem 5G Tower auf dem Dach, konstant Kopfschmerzen🤯
Ich hatte ein Taubennest am WC Fenster, weswegen ich täglich schon um 4 Uhr Morgens geweckt wurde. Es hieß es wird woanders platziert...jedoch wurde das Versprechen nicht eingehalten. Wer Geräuschempfindlich ist und auch auf Strahlung reagiert, sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ansonsten war's für diesen Preis sehr gut.

We asked the waiter to give us some sauce and took two This time it was very thin soup, I don't know what it is made of, anyway, it is completely different from what we ate before. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe overall facilities of the hotel are old, with three elevators, but they are very slow, and it takes 5 minutes to wait for the elevator during peak hours.
I felt a strange smell on the first day of check-in, and my colleagues also reported the same problem.
Advantages: There is a regular airport bus to pick up and drop off,
There is a shopping mall next to it, and there are many food on the third floor,
There are restaurants on the street in front of the door, local barbecue, and 4 Chinese restaurants within 1km (this is a good comment)

AALPHA3HHad a wonderful day in this hotel very convenient for first time travelers as it has everything you need from taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. Good Internet connection, clean rooms and quiet. All amenities are available. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is on top. I will definitely stay again in this hotel if I come back to Algeria.

GGuest UserI had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.
