This is my second time here, I love it! The staff is attentive, the rooms are spacious with a magnificent view, and I was kindly upgraded. The bedding is very comfortable. If I could, I would stay here for my entire vacation, especially since the hotel is close to the center of Algiers. 👌👌

I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. The room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

I'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.

What's more worth mentioning is that the window of the room has an excellent view, which can see the bustling scene of the city. There are busy cars during the day and bright lights at night, which makes people can't help but take a few more glances. The hotel's restaurant is also a highlight. The breakfast is rich and varied, with both traditional Chinese dim sum and Western bread, milk, coffee, etc., to meet the needs of different tastes. Each dish is carefully made, with good color, fragrance and taste, which makes people's appetite. The lunch and dinner dishes are also rich in choices. Whether it is local specialties or international cuisine, you can taste them here, and the price is reasonable, with a high cost performance. The hotel's gym is well-equipped and the environment is clean, so I can keep the habit of exercising even when traveling. In addition, the hotel also provides free parking services, which is really convenient for guests who travel by car. What impressed me most was the service attitude of the hotel. Every employee was smiling, warm and thoughtful. Whether it was the timely cleaning of the room service staff or the rapid repair of the facility problems by the engineering staff, I felt the hotel's respect and care for the guests. Once, I accidentally stained my clothes in the room and called the room service for help. They immediately sent laundry detergent and iron, and helped contact the laundry service. This kind of thoughtful service touched me deeply. In short, it was a perfect accommodation experience, both the hardware facilities and the software services were impeccable. Next time I have the opportunity to come to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again, and I also strongly recommend it to my friends around me. Everything was fine. They didn't clean the room on one of the days, but we just stayed two nights. The location is very great, lot of restaurants in this area. Recommended.
