The room is well-equipped, but the power outlets are European standard, so you'll need an adapter. The hotel provides a kettle and various tea bags. Note: Disposable toiletries are not provided. The room only has hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Hairnets (and disposable slippers, which were only replaced every two days – there weren't any when I first arrived, and I didn't ask why, and no toothpaste!) are also not provided. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since I had an early departure, I asked them to prepare breakfast and arrange a taxi the night before. In the morning, the breakfast was already packed in a bag and quite substantial, and the taxi was waiting at the door.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is luxurious and grand. The room's amenities are good, but the decor's dark colors don't create a cozy atmosphere. The old bedding combined with dim lighting gives an unclean impression. However, the front desk and in-room bar service were both very good! Breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service. I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral. A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day. For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter. All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!

Me quedé solo una noche y fue una buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, a 3 minutos caminando de la estación Brno Grandhotel donde llegan y salen buses desde y hacia otras ciudades, como Viena y Praga. Habitación limpia y espaciosa, baños y duchas limpias, con agua caliente disponible siempre. Pequeña area con hervidor de agua, microondas, lavaplatos y un set de platos y cubiertos. Habitaciones con caja fuerte, casillero, y pequeño lavamanos.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the ”Rebook” button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! This is a resting point between Prague and Budapest. The facilities were nice and the breakfast was plentiful and good, but it was disappointing that they asked me to calculate the parking fee separately.

The front desk was very friendly, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast menu was very good and delicious. The location was good, as I could walk to the sights from the hotel. It is located up a hill, and it is difficult to walk up the cobblestoned slope with a suitcase, so I recommend taking a taxi from the station.

The rooms are modernly decorated, fully equipped, comfortable beds, and the softness of the beds is moderate, ensuring a good quality of sleep.
