For the price paid the service was very good. The reception staff were very professional and accommodating. I arrived early and was permitted to leave my luggage in their office and upon my return I was given an earlier check-in. The room was generally good with an iron, ironing board, spacious bathroom, all the complimentary fittings, and a stocked mini-bar and smart TV. Unfortunately the WiFi was very bad and the AC/heating wasn't working, though the breakfast was exceptional and made up for this. I would return again.
The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years.
We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini.
Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.
Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the end of September (2019) and this hotel was lovely. Big room with a veranda which over looked the swimming pool and some of the pretty gardens. The self catering equipment provided in the room was very good and included a Microwave, Toaster & Kettle. The shower facilities are typically Greek and tend to flood the floor, even with the curtain pulled around, but a bath mat type towel is supplied to mop this up afterwards. The onsite restaurant is brilliant and has a varied menu and cooks your food to your tastes. They also hold quiz and bingo events and live entertainment on various nights. The pool area is good and it has a bar which shuts at 6pm. If you want to order cooked food , it is then brought up from the restaurant for you. It is about a 15 minute stroll to the beach, which is fairly big (Fig Tree Bay) and the coastline is quite rocky, but is beautiful. There are a few shops and bars out on the main road, but further up the main strip there are a lot more. The ”Donkey” supermarket just up the road stocks most things. If you want to visit the main town, Nicosia, it is about an hour and a half drive. Car hire is simple and there are car rental places just up the road from the hotel. We were Thomas Cook customers and although we had to be repatriated, the hotel staff were wonderful and only requested a copy of our ATOL certificate and were helpful in arranging a new transfer back to Larnaca Airport, as the one through Thomas Cook had obviously been cancelled. We had to pay 10 euros each for the rearranged transfer, but it was better than paying 60+ Euros back to the airport in a taxi!!!! Overall, lovely accommodation, lovely staff & great location in Cyprus and I would definitely spend my money to go and stay there again.
We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great, will be trying it on our next stay.
The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite, the staff are great.
Breakfast was great,a good choice.
All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after.
Will be going back in June.

DDenise KSTMe and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted.
Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby.
The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed.
They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip.
It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids.
Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better.
The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel.
Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it.
Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers.
I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel.
Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.
GGuest UserEverything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.
GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise
We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more.
The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the ***** which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely
Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out:
• Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy.
• Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence.
• Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco.
• Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced.
• Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything.
The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.
IIkuo MMy Best Hotel Experience!
Here are the things I loved:
* The room was clean.
* The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere.
* I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants.
* The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe.
* The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere.
A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
AAnči K.I give high recommendation to Milea hotel! The location is just perfect, down the street is beautiful long and wide Pantachou beach, bus stops and supermarkets are also within 100m, rooms are clean, simple and modern, with just everything you need. Beds are comfortable, balconies (specially with inland view) are also super chill, calm and not noisy during night, eventhough it's in the center of Ayia Napa. Breakfast is amazing, with varieties of food, drinks, coffees, fruits... Stuff was always trying to be as helpful as they could, and dear receptionist Antonia on the day of our arrival managed to change our original room to the higher floor, despite the hotel was fully booked. Also, hotel's lobby is so well air-conditioned with modern and cool ambient where you can always chill and rest for a while. One very pleasant experience.

GGuest UserWhere our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the ***** every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! I personally didn’t like the sun beds being on the grass, get messy feet and sun beds. Because of people going in and out of the pool, you start getting muddy patches. The sun shades are not movable and the sun beds are quite packed in so not much room to move your sun bed into the shade. Food was great. Bar staff very friendly. Lifts are far too small for such a big hotel so you are waiting ages for a lift. We ended up on the beach most days, nice clean beach. Cheap to get sun beds for the day.
