I have been staying here on and off since 1995.... Always loved it, even when it was a ”rustic/vintage” motel. Now....WOW! So beautifully remodeled and completely spotless clean! It is aesthetically modern but still feels beachy and comfortable. As always, the staff are helpful and friendly, really lovely folks! The only thing I would suggest is a ”Swiffer” type dry/damp mop in the room for beach sandy floor touch-ups in the evenings, or for those who prefer to just exchange towels during their stay, rather than have the room made up daily. It's a 10 minute drive or short shuttle trip to all the best Provincetown has to offer, while being in a quiet relaxed setting. I can't wait to come back with my dogs and family!! So pleased with my stay!!

Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.

The receptionist was very helpful and the car park was great as there was ample parking - which meant you can often park your car right up to your door. One thing I’m upset about is that this was advertised as having breakfast included… but I was told on check in that hasn’t been the case since the pandemic. I did book this as it had advertised breakfast as I’ve been in Hyannis unexpectedly… so this was a shame that wasn’t correct

Average hotel. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful to recommend nearby restaurants. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was clean but the air conditioning unit had a mind of its own. There were no additional security locks on the door other than a deadbolt. One was completely unlocked and another one would not open with a key card. The free breakfast was below average avoid if possible.

The location of the hotel is very good! The price is too expensive! The room is very comfortable, it is the walk around the room.

The property overall is very high priced. On a 90 degree day, the air conditioner took hours to ramp up. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. No breakfast or in room coffee. While property is old, the rooms have been updated and were comfortable. The location is close to downtown museums and Berkshire Atheneaum.

For a typical route 6A older roadside motel, it’s a step up. I like the luxury vinyl planking instead of the usual musty carpets. Bathroom fixtures were fairly new. Very good prices after Labor Day. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Nice location to Natick Mall; however, there were barely anything provided. There was no hair dryers or soap or toothbrushes nor toothpaste. Good thing there was a 24 hours convenience store located within walking distance.

Just on the side of the road, very close to the school, the location is very good. The breakfast was very good and the service was in place. Although the room given to us is a relatively new room, the overall facilities are relatively old, relatively simple, and the health condition is also general.
