Excellent service was provided by the hotel reception and service staff. They responded to our requests promptly and efficiently. WeChat was an excellent means of communication.  Room was cleaned thoroughly each day with all the supplies provided. It was great that there was a washing machine, kitchenette and huge fridge that made our 2 weeks stay like home.  Location was perfect as there were a supermarket, shopping mall and subway train right below the building. There were also a wide range of food available along the side streets in all directions of the building.  Overall, it was an excellent experience staying in this hotel. The service staff made all the difference.

There are two shopping malls nearby, where you can eat, drink and have fun. There are direct buses from Zhengzhou Station and East Station. There is Jinshui District General Hospital to the north of the hotel. It can be said that the location is okay. However, there are multiple switches in the room, and the number is unimaginable. I was worried about being filmed by someone installing a camera, so I blocked it with something. The hygiene under the bed is too dirty. The rest is okay.

This was my first stay here and it was excellent! The area is very lively and close to the subway, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. The front desk staff were fantastic – they even helped me pick up my takeout and were incredibly friendly and welcoming with smiles and warm greetings. My room was spotless, clean, and meticulously tidy, with everything perfectly organized. All the in-room amenities were complete and fully equipped. My check-in experience was great, and overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!!! 👍👍

First choice for business trips, located in a bustling commercial area, very convenient for shopping and eating, good hygiene, I like it very much, I have stayed here three or four times, very good, I will come back to visit next time I have the opportunity to go on a business trip

Great location! Great place! Just book it. It is spotless!You won’t regret it. All amenities are available. I took advantage of washer. They provide detergent which was awesome! They provide great service! I needed help with ******* and they helped. They also do the late check out if you need it. It is also conveniently located to subway and the railway station. Everything you need within walking distance.

The stay experience is very good We live with three people, two adults and one child. Children sleep comfortably. The front desk is two very beautiful young ladies, very kind and very good service. We didn't drive this time, and the young lady also took the initiative to ask if there was a car! The environment is very good, disposable supplies are also praised, facilities Oak When I went in, I felt refreshed and good health! There are also a lot of delicious food downstairs, and there are snacks at night. Also ordered takeaway, takeaway is delicious! The hotel has a pick-up station service, so it is convenient to be at the East Station. Breakfast is not in a building but it is not far away. Overall praise! ! Undoubtedly!

The room's cleanliness was acceptable, and dining options nearby were convenient. I tried the specialty dishes at A Wu Yellow River Carp, which was very close. The only minor issue was the elevator, which was quite busy, so you needed patience while waiting. The breakfast was acceptable given the room rate. The hotel's pick-up/drop-off service was excellent, and the front desk staff were also very good.

The room is large and clean. The super large movie screen, the child likes it very much. It’s cool to watch movies. The facilities are very complete, with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, drying rack, sofa, coffee table. Everything is available ～ Very recommended accommodation!

Very close to the scenic area, the room is huge with a large projector, a massage chair, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. The room is very smart and offers incredible value for money. I never expected to get such a big room and a great hotel for just over a hundred (yuan).

The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and I have a good night's sleep. The sanitary conditions have not been selected, and the details are in place.
