"Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit."

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "Not our usual kinda place but we wanted to experience the history this place has to offer. Loved all the information around the hotel, as well as how spacious everywhere felt. Beds were a little on the small side (we had 2 queens), but room amenities were decent. Breakfast was good. The hot brown is worth trying!!"

"Lovely modern hotel. Clean and best of all pet friendly. Close to the center of down town Lexington and close to the airport and horse park. Our room had a great view of an historic horse barn. If you love horses it would definitely be a treat to see that view. There was no shampoo in the rooms and one member of staff was openly rude about a customer they were dealing with on the phone. Unprofessional from this particular staff member, but all other members of staff were polite and profession in manner. Over all, a lovely stay, and would be happy to stay again."
