The hotel's location on Ctrip's map is incorrect. It's not directly on Nevsky Prospekt, but rather on a wider side street off Nevsky Prospekt, with cobblestone roads on either side and a broad pedestrian walkway in the middle (the entrance is about 100m from Nevsky Prospekt). Despite this, the location is excellent, as it's close to attractions like Kazan Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and the Winter Palace. The hotel's exterior is currently undergoing renovations (and it's not just this hotel; the entire area has scaffolding for facade work). Because of this, room windows cannot be opened, and there's no air conditioning, though fans are provided. We stayed for 4 nights. On the first night, we were in a room on the right side of the corridor. With the outdoor temperature at 10 degrees Celsius, the indoor temperature felt at least 25 degrees or more, and the bathroom was even hotter. We had the fan on all night, but it was really uncomfortable. On the second day, we informed the front desk that the room was too hot and asked for a solution. The hotel agreed to switch our room. Since the new room they offered was slightly larger and on the opposite side (the left side of the corridor), they asked us to pay an additional 800 rubles per night. As staying in the original room was unbearable, we had no choice but to agree. The subsequent 3 nights were much more comfortable, and we didn't even need the fan, but that was when the outdoor temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius. Due to the ongoing renovations, the hotel breakfast currently offers a choice of 1 out of 3 set meals, along with coffee, bread, and fruit.

The service was excellent. Although there are steps at the entrance, the bellhops can help with luggage. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the hotel, and it will be in your room when you return in the evening. For checkout, the bellhops also take your luggage downstairs. There's an elevator inside the hotel, but you still have to walk up half a flight of stairs 😂. The environment is fine, and the front desk staff speak good English; they can help with things like calling a taxi. Breakfast was just okay, typical Western breakfast.

There's a supermarket and a park downstairs, and several large shopping malls nearby. The hotel also has a kitchen, making it super convenient for daily life and leisure. It's clean, hygienic, and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel, the best we've stayed at in Russia! The entrance was a little tricky to find at first, but the location is incredibly convenient. It's right opposite the train station to Moscow and a short walk to the metro. There's also a mini-mart and a bakery nearby. The rooms are compact and cozy, and a big plus for Thai guests, the bathroom comes with a bidet shower. The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service; they're cheerful and friendly, which is quite rare to find in Russia. Breakfast is delicious, with a special menu item daily, and there's complimentary 24-hour access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, and cheese. The only downside is having to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. If you have very large suitcases, it might be a bit challenging, but the staff were very helpful. If I ever return, I would definitely stay here again. It's truly excellent!

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sapasan, it has a very convenient location and no noise from Nevsky Prospekt thanks to good soundproof windows. The rooms are spacious, and there's a minibar with reasonable prices. A bathrobe, slippers, and all disposable amenities are provided. If anything is missing, the reception can promptly assist. The entrance area and staircase are very pleasant to the eye. I constantly want to return to this hotel.

We've been wanting to stay in the Petrogradsky District for a while now, so we could explore it thoroughly! I spent about two weeks researching different options on various websites. But every time, I'm convinced that the best accommodations are listed on Trip.com! The result of my careful selection was Trauberg! It hit the spot – from the proximity to the metro, the quiet courtyard location, to the modern renovation and furniture (we booked the Family Room)! I highly recommend it! We'll be back next year ourselves. Thank you for the comfort!

Excellent Apartments We stayed for 1 night and managed to book the apartment with a huge discount at a very attractive price – it didn't disappoint! It's a new complex with modern renovations and a reception. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for free in the morning before check-in and until the evening after check-out, which is a definite plus. The studio has everything you could need: a stove, dishes, cutlery, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, blackout curtains, etc. A hypermarket (Lenta) is within walking distance, and there's a small seating area with sofas and a children's playground in the courtyard. A few minor points: breakfast is only available from 9 AM. We checked out earlier, so unfortunately, we didn't get to try it. The location is not bad, but it's quite far from the metro, more than a 20-minute walk. There's a bus stop about 10 minutes away, but it was easier for us to take a taxi.

Great location, very close to the train and bus stations. There are also many restaurants and large shopping malls within a one-kilometer radius. The front desk lady was very nice, proactively asking about my room preferences and arranging everything. The only drawback is that the room facilities are a bit old, but overall it's very good and the room is quiet.

Convenient location, a leisurely 15-minute walk from the subway. Very clean. Everything is well thought out. There's a place to store belongings. Excellent new furniture and plumbing. Hot water always has great pressure. Plenty of elevators, no queues. Convenient check-in, with the option of a buffet breakfast. Pet-friendly.

I chose this place because of the location, but the location was actually just okay; everything else was great. The room was so cold that they gave me an extra blanket. The only downside was that the temperature couldn't be controlled, but everything else was truly the best! The free use of the washing machine was also a plus!
