I was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice 18m room. If the shower jet could be stronger it would be nicer. It's under renovation and it's quite noisy though from 8am.

Great place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.

In my personal opinion, this is currently the most luxurious hotel in Lubuk Linggau. The front desk service is incredibly friendly and pleasant. They offer a wide variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel in Lubuk Linggau.

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.
