KKu JieI stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night.
The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying.
The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

GGuest UserThis is a decent hotel for Palembang. The cleanliness is acceptable, although the sink didn't drain properly. Housekeeping entered the room without taking off their shoes. There's an Alfa Mart and Indomart downstairs, and it's also very convenient to get a Grab.

MMerayapJeGreat service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel is good. However, the parking situation for cars is a bit disappointing. If it's busy, be prepared that you might not get a spot inside and have to park on the side of the road. Even though there's a security guard, it's still a bit worrying. The hotel breakfast is delicious and quite comprehensive. The check-in and check-out service took a bit of time, as per their SOP.

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

PPerikanA very clean hotel located near the airport. I stayed here to escape the hustle and bustle of Palembang, and it was great! The breakfast was delicious, mainly Indonesian food. I also had dinner, and everything was tasty! Most importantly, they had beer, which was a huge plus! The hotel had a lot of families, so I wasn't really able to relax by the pool. The room was very spacious!
