This Hilton is just like all the other Hiltons— clean, comfy, and tidy all around. Friendly staff made everything smooth, and the location was nice, right near all the main sights, shops, and more. We grabbed burgers at the downstairs restaurant— it was really tasty and with good service! I recommend for a hassle-free stay.

Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

It took quite a while to walk to the supermarket. Also, there was construction going on during the day. There was a toilet that didn't lock. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.

The overall stay experience was not bad, give it 80 points. The location of the hotel is quite convenient and the surrounding facilities are relatively complete. The cleanliness of the room is average and the sanitary conditions need to be improved. The bed comfort is medium and the quality of sleep is OK. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK, but there is room for improvement.
