"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was a bit noisy due to some work going on outside, but the second night was quiet and comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it got quite hot with the windows closed. However, opening the window let in a lot of noise from outside. Overall, the rest of the stay was okay"

"Altus was a well-placed hotel, ideally placed on the edge of the old town, the Christmas markets, and local shops. There’s a Lidl and numerous convenience stores nearby, and you’re a short walk from the interesting sights. It’s also well-placed on a main road for easy Uber access to the airport. The breakfast was very good, if a little samey, but still great for starting the day off with unlimited coffee, juices and a decent variety of foodstuffs. "I stay here every time I come to Poznan on business. I like this hotel in the old town. It is very close to the shopping mall and the Old Town Square, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel service is good, and the front desk is also very enthusiastic. If you need help, they will find a way to help you as long as you ask."

"The service is very good, very nanxin teaches us nearby attractions and local specialty restaurants. There is a parking lot of your own, which is convenient for parking and does not need to park on the street. Newly built hotel, all facilities are also very new and clean."

"Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered."

"Very bad service as I lost my shoe in the morning!Very stange as I go to the wrong room without password.Then I found it and ask guys to solve for me in 10:00am!I I go to reception and they say they will help.Then I go down 2nd time on11:00am and they say they will help. The third time,I go down 2:00pm and still no one handle. Angry thing. They say that is impossible!!!I agree withe them for 15minitues and go up and go down! They say the will go up to try ! Finally I found my shoe on the wrong room 304!!!Terrible Not recommended!!!"

"I was here for the third time now. It has not changed in the years - and that is positive. The rooms are very spacious and clean and breakfast is varied and sufficient. Pass to the rooms only with appropriate chip card. Car parking is sufficiently available. On the evening there are enough opportunities to eat or drink on the ground. 😃👍"

"The business stay at the Royal Hotel is very good. The trip was about visiting the Poznań Fair, which are very close to the hotel - a few minutes walk. The hotel is also close to the ”Old City”. I think I'll want to spend another business trip in this hotel. The only thing I miss is booking a parking space, which was not the problem during my last stay."
