I had a wonderful stay at the Diana hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is some of the best. Extremely value, and a memorable stay. I’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the square, and the breakfast is very good. There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel, please note. When I made a reservation on Ctrip, I saw that the payment method was credit card. In the end, the front desk said that I could only pay in cash, so I contacted Ctrip. Throughout the process, Ctrip customer service said that the agent would contact the hotel. No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk, so I sat at the front desk the whole time. I asked for the hotel phone number and sent it to Ctrip. Ctrip said that the agent would Shang said no one answered, and the front desk clerk was scrolling through Tik Tok the entire time. I negotiated with the hotel and checked in the next day before paying. During this period, I contacted Ctrip but the agent was still unable to contact the hotel. Later, I communicated with the hotel man by myself and took me to another hotel on a motorcycle, swiped my card and paid the room fee. I reported to Ctrip, and Ctrip said that I would be refunded 150 yuan. The above situation is true. I'm just stating the facts. The hotel is good, recommended to stay.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.

The hotel is located near Thamel Street, across from the Dream Gardens and next to King's Road. The location is excellent. The hotel is quite upscale, and aside from the somewhat long check-in wait, everything else was excellent. The breakfast was also exceptionally rich!

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

I must first say that the service staff there were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The hotel staff were also very polite and kind and helped take photos. But I think the hotel rooms are not as beautiful as in the photos, and the outdoor balcony is actually very small and you can't see any scenery, which is very different from the pictures. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool and hot spring pool, so if you come here for the facilities, it's okay. There are many facilities here, but basically you have to pay, even the sauna and steam room need to be reserved and paid. The hotel itself is independent and it takes at least 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot to get to the more populated village. At this time of year, it will rain in the afternoon, and there are a lot of clouds and basically no mountains can be seen, so try to avoid this time. Their staff said that it is best to come from December to January! Breakfast was average

Superb service from this hotel! They offer free pick up service so I have no worries to travel from airport to hotel around midnight. Their breakfast is fantastic, their staffs are very helpful, one of the staffs even came and asked if I need any bacon and he cooked on the spot for me. I booked a deluxe single room but I get a twin bedroom which is much more spacious. Lovely atmosphere, great location in the city, the street is quiet even though nearby the busy Thamel street. The hotel manager, Mega, is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. 5 out of 5. The staff are polite and friendly. Everything in the room is new and clean. It's only a 10-minute drive to the airport. The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, but there were still options to choose from. There are cafes, small shops, and pharmacies nearby. I recommend it!

GGuest UserWe had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel for a total of 6 nights, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed an authentic and warm hospitality that made us feel truly at home. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with every request went above and beyond our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment, allowing us to relax and unwind in utmost comfort. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay. In summary, our time at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of attentive staff, immaculate rooms, delectable cuisine, and the added touch of free yoga and meditation sessions make this hotel a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable stay near Boudha Stupa. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers looking for an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay truly remarkable – we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return! Tip: Indulge in delightful puri & curry breakfast, relish al fresco dining, rejuvenate with free daily yoga. A tranquil oasis near Boudha Stupa.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so historic that it is a living museum. The experience is great, from furniture and supplies, architectural stone carvings and wood carvings to photos and pictures of history, there is a sense of time travel and fulfillment, as if talking with time and space. Stayed in the hotel for a day, the spa was great, the Indian food was also good, and the service was especially good. The handsome front desk guy Anish lakhe took us to visit the hotel, exchanged coins, introduced food and beverage, and helped call a car to see us off. It is worth recommending.

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.

RRay kosasihPleasant stay with great location, but bathroom needs improvement We stayed here for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very good location, just a short walk to the Thamel area, so it was easy to explore without needing taxis. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet had complete selections, with some dishes rotating daily. However, we did encounter an issue with the bathroom floor. The tiles in the bathroom were the same as those in the bedroom area, and as a result, the floor became extremely slippery when wet. My wife even slipped once while taking a shower. It would be much safer if the hotel installed proper bathroom flooring. The toilet spray was also positioned awkwardly on the left side, and the toilet seat felt loose, which affected comfort. Our original king room wasn’t ready at the 2 PM check-in time, but the staff offered us the option to check in immediately with a twin room, which we accepted. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful. When my wife requested help to switch the air-conditioner to heater mode, they sent someone right away and even provided an extra portable heater, which we really appreciated. We were granted a late check-out until 2 PM, and because our flight was late at night, we extended the stay until 6:30 PM for an additional USD 30+. This was convenient for us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great staff and location. The only major area that needs attention is the bathroom design and safety, which should be improved for better comfort.

AAnalin PhoutsavathWe stayed only 1 night hoping to see sunrise but unluckily the cloud/pollution level were a lot even at the mountain where the resort is located. We had a great time there with beer and play games until late night. 1 disappointed thing is we were informed that the pool is heated pool but it is not heated at all, so we didn’t get to do swimming there. The hotel also have a taxi service for us from hotel to airport in a convenient truck with AC! Overall are good

XXUENANOn the way from Kadu to Chitwan, we have been contacting the hotel through Ctrip customer service to pick us up when we arrived, but the customer service has not been contacted by the hotel. I did not expect that as soon as the bus arrived, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting. It is fixed, it should be that the hotel will take the initiative to go to the station to pick up and drop off according to the occupancy and bus time. The hotel is relatively good in the local area. There are beautiful gardens and detached villas. The rooms are also decorated with special features. They are clean and hygienic. The staff are very enthusiastic. They will try their best to help you if you have any problems. Personally, I think the price of various activities offered by the hotel in Chitwan is reasonable, so it is possible and convenient to book at the hotel. There are some villagers around the hotel, not far from the river. You can visit or take a walk in your spare time. There is a bustling market about three kilometers from the hotel. You can take a taxi to eat. . If you eat at the hotel, the price is not cheap, but the taste is really amazing!

GGuest UserThe Magnificent Hotel is a hidden gem, an oasis of tranquility about a minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Thamel. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable with the complimentary breakfast being excellent. However, it's the staff that make this hotel such a great place to stay. Not only are they friendly, helpful and efficient but they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

YYASUYOSHIRegarding the room, I requested a sunny room in advance, but the superior single room was not sunny, the view from the window was only the back of the building, it was cold, there was no air conditioning, and no hot water. I was very tired on the first day of arrival, so I had a hard night. The next day, I was changed to a large room on the 4th floor facing the square. It was a good room with good sunlight, air conditioning, and a good view. I can't recommend the superior single, but I would give a 5-star rating to a room on the square side. The staff at the inn were also kind and friendly.
