The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of choices. There's also a cafe perfect for enjoying coffee and conversation. Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat ATMs are conveniently located near the hotel. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport.

Hotel is centrally located in city centre and conveniently connected to surrounding attractions and eateries by foot or by transport. Services by Hotel staffs and crews are good and warm. Rooms are proportionately large and comfy & well maintained. TV reception is hopeless though. Breakfast spread is not satisfactory. Not much choices and taste is bland. I would suggest not to purchase rooms with breakfast package and use this savings to purchase tastier and more cost effective breakfast from any eateries from shops near the hotel... You're welcome. Parking is also a headache during peak periods... Not only is the fact that the parking is uncovered, whatever parking spaces that is available is very limited. Other than that, overall, this hotel provides good value for money accommodation and services. Oh yes, the main lobby is soo spacious and soothing place.

I recently stayed at Cinta Sayang Resort and overall had a pleasant experience, but there are a few things worth noting. Upon arrival, there was no clear signage indicating where to check in, which made the first impression a bit confusing. It took some asking around before I found the reception area. The room I stayed in looked quite old in terms of design and furniture, but it was well maintained and clean, which made it comfortable for my stay. The security guards around the premises were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions or information. Breakfast was a highlight — the food served was delicious, with a good variety to start the day right. With some improvements to the signage for easier navigation, the resort could offer an even better guest experience.

First impression- menarik and betul menarik. Menarik bersesuaian dgn harga but i think terlebih berbaloi. Yg syoknya very spacious. •TV besor(tv LG)- ada SMART TV •ada iron board (even it is mini, but still usefull and iron provided - extra point sebab nowadays hotel semua buat bilik iron dkt luar) •mini sejadah •aircond hadap katil •banyak socket (total 5) •peti ais mini (baru, bersih n sejuk) •free dental kit •toilet -luas, bersih, cantik, nampak premium, water heater well functioned, extra point sbb ada pili air, senang utk ambil wudhu. Lurve toilet dia sbb ada 3 punca air boleh guna (paip near to toilet bowl, pili air under water heater and paip water heater) Semuaaaaa best dri service, layanan staff, bilik and so on. Cumanya takda kemudahan berdekatan(kedai makan/kedai runcit), just ada nearby lotus (as for solo traveller with no transport, boleh ja jalan kaki) and jauh sikitttt dri pusat bandar. Overall 9/10

The location is absolutely excellent, surrounded by various eateries, convenience stores, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and even a Maybank. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The children's pool is safely designed even for toddlers as young as two. The adult pool is 4 feet deep, providing a safe and appropriate depth for Malaysian adults. If you ever feel bored, there's a gym available. The food options are consistently delicious too. Overall, it's truly superb! 👍

Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!

Not as per expectation and a bit disappointed with the room for the money paid. Basically The room is average. The toilet sitting plastic is smaller than toilet bowl and make me feel uncomfortable for using it. The hotel is near to Parkson shopping mall and some convenience store opposite.

impressed with the toilet design, with wood and bamboo can see that hotel paid heart in decoration. and to my surprise, tv has this channel😍😍 location is very strategic as well! and next door is japanese food haha

We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Langkawi! The view of the marina and sea was beautiful, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Just a small feedback — the door lock in our room wasn’t functioning properly, so it would be great if the hotel could look into that. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d be happy to come back again! 🌴🌅

Makanan semua sedap, senang parking, staff friendly, cuma perabot agak outdated version, and ada bunyi dari syiling tekanan air ke, dia kejap2 bunyi. Nice place for me to stay one night here.
