При бронировании он назывался Adriatic Urban Apartments (скрин брони прилагаю), и геолокация отмечена на другое здание, телефон что указан в ваучере не соответствует. Бродила по улице искала здание по фото, еле нашла но у меня написано Урбан, а на двери Стефан и телефон другой, полдня переписки с поддержкой и двумя телефонами, ресепшен электронный, в отеле персонала нет. Заселение в 14ч, я приехала раньше, хорошо что раньше к обеду только разобрались с ситуацией( а если бы приехала вечером могла бы и ночевать на улице. Всё что я хотела это оставить чемодан и уйти на море, но мне ответили, приходите в 14ч как положено (первый раз такое). За 4 ночи (5 дней) номер не разу не убирали, мусор не приносили, ни полотенце ни постель не меняли, в чате просила туалетную бумагу. Сам номер хороший, но кондиционер работал слабо не регулировался, уже не портила себе нервы по этому поводу. Терраса отличная, это и спасало ситуацию.

This is a three-star hotel in China, its only advantage being its location. Overall, the service is practically nonexistent; all services are shut down at 9 PM. It's especially noteworthy that this is the first time I've seen a hotel of this level in Europe that doesn't offer complimentary bottled water.

Great location, friendly staff. Very clean and cozy. Easy check-in. Just one request: add forks, teaspoons, and an extension cord to easily power the kettle. Otherwise, I had nothing but positive experiences.

Excellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy. A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!

The hotel front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, though the view was somewhat obstructed by the hotel in front. The bathroom was spacious. You could order food by the pool, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a singer performing at 8 p.m. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is good, but the quality of the service is very chrome. The room without a request was not cleaned at all, once every 4 days at about request. Water in the room is not put, justified by the fact that it is not a hotel, but apartments. Breakfast is not very good, although I read in the reviews what is good. You can have a delicious breakfast nearby for much smaller money. No ingredients except soap and shampoo were in the room either.

5 star rating for the hotel staff and their service. Front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast has good options with open dining in front of beach. Room is clean, spacious, contemporary, comfy beds and regularly serviced. Bathroom has nice shape and enough space to move around. The rainshower and bathroom ammenities were superb. Room has balcony and has really nice view of beach front. Infinity pool in 1st floor was beautiful, only downside was it wasn’t thermo regulated so it was cold, nevertheless nice ambiance to chill. Overall our stay was exceptional.
