The staff were absolutely lovely, especially the concierge team — they went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special as a solo traveler. It was truly an unforgettable experience. From the relaxing spa to the stunning views from the room and poolside, everything was beautifully done. The food and dinner experiences were also top-notch. Highly recommend!

При бронировании он назывался Adriatic Urban Apartments (скрин брони прилагаю), и геолокация отмечена на другое здание, телефон что указан в ваучере не соответствует. Бродила по улице искала здание по фото, еле нашла но у меня написано Урбан, а на двери Стефан и телефон другой, полдня переписки с поддержкой и двумя телефонами, ресепшен электронный, в отеле персонала нет. Заселение в 14ч, я приехала раньше, хорошо что раньше к обеду только разобрались с ситуацией( а если бы приехала вечером могла бы и ночевать на улице. Всё что я хотела это оставить чемодан и уйти на море, но мне ответили, приходите в 14ч как положено (первый раз такое). За 4 ночи (5 дней) номер не разу не убирали, мусор не приносили, ни полотенце ни постель не меняли, в чате просила туалетную бумагу. Сам номер хороший, но кондиционер работал слабо не регулировался, уже не портила себе нервы по этому поводу. Терраса отличная, это и спасало ситуацию.

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel.
The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room.
Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

Excellent new and modern hotel. With its parking, which we have been kindly provided. The room is large, light, fresh and cheerful. Location is good, up to the beach 5 7 minutes walk. Breakfast was also excellent 15 dishes for choice in a coffee shop, which is slightly right-handed. On the registration counter very nice girls, one of them spoke Russian)) will be in Budva, recommended!

Хороший отель, недалеко от пляжей. Рядом есть отличный ресторан Капитан, где можно вкусно покушать.
В отеле есть только завтраки и бар. Нам это было удобно. К сожалению, нет места для хранения вещей, все было в чемоданах. И нет химчистки в отеле, нужно ехать в Будву, там есть круглосуточные постирочные.
Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь.
В целом, остались только хорошие впечатления

Проживали несколько дней, поселили в апартаменты не с самым лучшем видом (на стенку соседнего отеля), с маленькими окошками, было всегда темно. Просили переселить- нам говорили, что все занято. Потом мы перепутали даты выселения и уехали в город гулять, нам написал отель, что мы должны выселиться, приезжаем в срочном порядке обратно и видим такую картину: все наши вещи в мусорных мешках стоят в общественном коридоре. Нет матерных таких слов, чтобы описать то, как унизительно было забирать вещи. Да, мы виноваты, что перепутали время выселения, но мы приехали в 12 часов (выезд до 10) , заселения новых жителей в 15, точно ли это требовало таких мерзких поступков со стороны отеля? Я думаю нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, парковка стоит 1500руб ночь, что тоже странно, если у них своя парковка почему нельзя ее сделать бесплатной, как во многих отелях.
Не берите обычные апартаменты, обязательно берите с балконом или выше классом иначе вы будете жить в темнице с видом на соседний отель.

GGuest UserThis isn't a hotel, it's an apartment. Everything is new, freshly renovated. There's no sign, the door is locked, and it's unclear how to get in. They haven't cleaned the place once in five days, even though the rules say they should have.

EevilyachI travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva.
We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable.
We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room.
Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened:
1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day.
2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do).
The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot.
We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant.
The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years.
The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed.
Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.

There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket.
2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian.
3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love.
4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard.
5) Very clean.
Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

SSofa criticismOrange Lux apartment located in centre of Budva, there is very noisy, but very close to sea side and old town, which is good. Rooms on 6th floor with good view, big guest room, small bedroom, very uncomfortable bathroom, no shower gel, no shampoo, no toothbrush, very old towels. The apartment smells heavily of cigarettes perhaps people who live before us smoke everywhere. Sofa bed not prepared for sleep, because no extra bedding, so it was not ready for our family, sorry. Kitchen is fine and suitable for cooking. Nearby 2 supermarkets. We have difficulty to enter, because we haven’t local cellphone . One important thing before check in you should contact property by phone, WhatsApp or Viber, because the no reception and no information about apartment on entrance, so please call to owner.

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.
