"Very nice location near to Everland. We booked a Kid’s room, but they graciously upgraded us to a bigger room with a bigger bed. They gave us baby toiletries and also a stuffed animal which our little girl enjoyed very much. The morning breakfast was decent with many options for younger children as well. The kid’s cafe on the second floor was nice, but they came and asked us to be quiet due to a conference being held in the room right next door. The idea of a kid’s cafe was a great one but the location of the conference room could have been better if it was on a different floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ramada and would come back if we ever made another trip to Everland."

"The hotel has an East Tower and a West Tower, don't make the same mistake I did and go to the wrong one when checking in. Check-in is officially at 4 PM, but they let me check in around 2 PM, which was great. It's very clean and super close to Kintex, within walking distance, which was perfect for seeing a show. There's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, and transportation is convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here for a show. It was the best night's sleep I've had in days!"

"The front desk staff generally speak English, making both check-in and check-out quick and efficient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store where you can pay with WeChat, which is super handy. There's also a BBQ restaurant, and plenty of other restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was a duplex with a small balcony that had a table and chairs, offering a decent view. It's a shame I was on a business trip and didn't have much time to explore. At just under 400, the price for a 300+ room wasn't too bad."

"It’s walking distance to the waterbomb, great place to stay. The day before my reservation, I spent all day in the ER because I got a virus that got me really sick. I called the hotel to explain my situation and try to cancel. I said I could send them proof, but they immediately refused to cancel. I had to maintain my booking plans, so I don’t lose my $240 dlls reservation. The next day, Trip.com contacted me and said that even if the hotel don’t want to refund me for the cancellation, they would cover the cancellation because they understand it is a medical situation. I appreciate that, but I had to head over to Seoul, which is 3 hours away from where I live, so I decided to keep my booking. Trip stayed in contact with me at all times. 5 stars to Trip.com for that; that's why every time I travel, I make reservations with Trip.com because if anything happens, I know they will have me covered. On the other hand, in the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was unlimited until 10 am. My friends and I got there around 9:45 am; we were informed they would take away the food at 10, and we agreed with it and paid for breakfast, which was like 16 dlls each? We got to the buffet, and there were items that were empty, no drinks, barely any stuff in there. I had to ask for orange juice and yogurt from the personnel working around the kitchen area, and they kindly refilled it. Personally, I don't think there should be a need to ask for it, there was other table eating there what if they wanted something else? When I asked the cashier if I could get a banana because the last pieces were taken, he replied with “whatever is in there, that is it”. We were still in the range of time that they are supposed to be open for customers who are already consuming, in case they want to eat more. But unfortunately, we paid normal price for their leftovers. At 10:15 am, when we were still eating at the table, the cashier passed by looking at our table and looking at the watch, like telling us to hurry up. Then he came to the table and told us they were closed; we barely got to grab food once at the buffet, and we were being hurried to leave. The cashier turned off the music, and later on the lights; he just stayed looking at us in front of our table while we tried to enjoy our breakfast. If we knew it was gonna be like that, we would've just found a different place to have breakfast."

"The hotel is located near a large outlet mall, but other than that, the area isn't very lively; it's more like an industrial zone. Its main advantage is its proximity to the convention center. Most of the guests are tour groups from India and Indonesia, and the smell of spices is incredibly strong – a real olfactory test in the elevators and restaurant! The hotel room itself was alright, but the bathroom outlet was broken. Not only was the cover falling off, but the hairdryer wouldn't stay plugged in unless you bent over and held it directly in front of the outlet. Everything else was acceptable, I suppose."

"The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's relatively quiet. It's right by Marina Bay, which is great for enjoying the breeze and the views, though it can get quite windy. Our room was cleaned daily, and it was well-equipped with amenities like disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers, a safe, bottled water, a kettle, cups, tea bags, and a drying rack. We booked a family room for two, but it still felt small. Plus, our assigned room didn't face Marina Bay, so we didn't get any sea views, and there was no Wi-Fi – we had to 'borrow' from the neighboring room's network (luckily, hotel Wi-Fi usually doesn't require a password), probably because it was a special offer room. The shuttle service deserves a thumbs up; it got us to the airport quickly, and the driver even helped with our luggage. Some staff members spoke Chinese, and English communication was also fine, so there were no language barrier issues."

"Room was very clean and neat, it was basically an apartment. There was an outdoor track to go running. The taco spot attached to the hotel is also amazing. There are so many restaurants, convenient stores, and everything you may need right outside. About 15 minutes to the Pyeongtaek train station. I definitely plan on staying here again."

"여기 기대 이상합니다. 플로팅웨일 가평점 젠스파하우스를 이용했는데, 기대했던 것보다 훨씬 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 객실이 넓고 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었고, 조용하고 프라이빗한 분위기라 가족들과 편안하게 쉬기 좋았어요. 특히 웨일플레이 아레나에서 신나게 즐길 수 있어 아이들도 정말 좋아했고, 숙소 안에서 함께 즐길 거리가 다양해 시간 가는 줄 몰랐습니다. 룸서비스로 이용한 바비큐도 준비가 편리하고 음식도 맛있어서 여행의 만족도를 더 높여주었어요. 번거롭게 장을 보거나 준비할 필요 없이 편하게 바비큐를 즐길 수 있다는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 야외에 마련된 풀장도 깨끗하고 분위기가 좋아 물놀이를 즐기며 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 객실에서의 휴식부터 스파, 물놀이, 바비큐, 웨일플레이 아레나까지 한곳에서 모두 즐길 수 있어 더욱 알찬 여행이었습니다. 가평에서 가족이나 연인, 친구들과 편안하게 쉬면서 다양한 즐길 거리까지 찾는 분들께 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 다음 가평 여행 때도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!"

"Nice and modern, clean rooms, comfortable bed.  I like the hotel - it's on the 3rd floor of a mall with lots of restaurants so you have places to eat.  I didn't like the cheap slippers and TV channels like CNN needs to be paid for.  Otherwise, a pleasant stay and would definitely consider this place again for business trips to Pangyo. "
