Great hotel if you need to stay in the north.
Close to the sea, amazing sunset.
The hotel himself was clean, the staff was really nice. The restaurant was good too.
Classic breakfast.
Ok, en todos los sentidos relación calidad precio.
Lo único que reprochar es el tamaño de la zona común, en concreto la cocina es muy pequeña por la capacidad del alojamiento.
This hotel is set up to watch the aurora. The conditions are relatively simple. There is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, but you must bring good ingredients. Fortunately, we saw the explosion of the Northern Lights here. It was beautiful. Use the night mode and continuation photography on the mobile phone. Excellent aurora photography. Meteorological conditions are a key factor in determining whether you can see the Northern Lights. Near the bay, in the highlands, surrounded by open spaces, a great place to see the aurora.
If you need a place to stay one night on the round trip of Iceland, from Akureyri back to Reykjavik, Laugarbakki is the choice. Hotel choices are limited. This one is probably a reasonable choice. Compared with other hotels of similar quality in other towns, this one is relatively expensive. The breakfast lacks choices, too.
But the staff is good, as I lost a remote control of my selfie and found by the staff, lovely.
Old equipment, old houses, old employees, no breakfast, kitchen, but only some things can be used, luggage needs to be moved upstairs, no elevator, narrow stairs, no way
Respecific is separate. The gestahous itself is a separate standing house of 5 rooms. There is a living room with the necessary set of cooking dishes.
For settlement in the respiratory venue give the code from the box where the keys from the room are located.
Breakfast - it is necessary to take from the refrigerator - a cut of sausage, cheese, bread, juice, yoghurt, flakes.

GGuest UserVery nice quiet and comfortable cottage in the midst of nature. It was quite hot when we were there as there was no air-con. But overall stay was pleasant and nice, with a small kitchen that enables one to cook a full meal. But the toilet gets completely wet when showering as there is no floor partition from shower and sink.

JJonathanIf you are seeking isolation and to see the beauty of the rolling hills of Iceland then this place is for you. There is not much around and the road is a dirt track for miles. It was peaceful and relaxing with lots of horses around. The facilities were clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and helpful!
MMaggieBooked last minute and check in was easy once we got in touch with the host.
Room was a bit small but we were only there for a night so not an issue. The kitchen has a fridge,
Microwave, kettle, plates and mugs etc, which was handy.
There’s a shop across the road and it was pretty well stocked.
GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel from the outset is a bit battered. The room and service therein are very good and the food served in dinner is gorgeous. The scenery outside when looking from the window of the room is spectacular. It is a good stay at such hotel
HHsiaoJung ChenEverything is ok except its location. Although you can see the sea from your balcony, you also can see the cemetery near to this apartment from your room window. If you don't mind, this apartment is suitable for the family
