What a wonderful experience. The staff was just great - went the extra mile to make it a great stay.

The stay experience in novotel is very beautiful and also delighted with the service of the staff. The rooms are very clean and neat and service is damn good from the staff and house keeping services.

The service need to improved. the areas are not very clean. Hotel wifi and internet connection was very bad

Location: good stay: the rooms ac didn't work. We had to persuade them to change the room. The beadsheat has holes in them and torn at the seam. Bathroom drains are cleaned only after complaining of water logging in the shower areas. Service: poor at best. Morning breakfast: fly's rampant and everywhere. Overall: the other non branded hotel is about the same price but offers better service and rooms are better (we stayed there last time and will do the next time)

The facilities were clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. You can only get to the city center by car, so you have to do everything within the hotel.

Sai towers puttaparthi is the best option to have stay there. They have clean and proper hygienic room and washroom. If you are staying there in weekend must try there hyderabadi biryani ( only available on sun-day and festival day) and on sun-day they have unlimited food available option also. Advantage of staying there is its near aashram and if you are on seva duty or any other duty inside the aashram then you can reach there in 1 mins walking.

The hotel room was neat and clean but the hotel should ensure the following points: 1. While booking a room, early check in possible msg is displayed but in the hotel, they are telling your check time 12. 00 clock, after telling the above (early check in possible) then given one room for waiting till our allotted room gets ready. 2. Towel, kettle, water bottle, floor mate dustbin etc after our claim only they are providing but these items are included in the booking. 3. Nearby tea shop/ hotel not available it is very un comfortable to those people coming from other places. 4. Tv available but recharge not done after our repeated reminders only they recharged. 5. Our suggestion is that before allotting the room the hotel should ensure that all the items are available as per the booking allotment.

It was nice place to stay . Luxurious rooms with affordable prices and peaceful location.

Very polite and courteous staff. Good quality breakfast. Spacious room with sufficient amenities The housekeeping staff is very efficient and helpful. Value for money. I will suggest this hotel in Vishakhapatnam for a stay.
