The great customer service of the reception team, including you, is commendable. Next time I visit, I will go to the Four Points Hotel again.

It was a fabulous experience right from check in with ever smiling Pallavi and her team to F&B to check out and the cake I was presented. ***atri came out to see me off while I was going to the airport. I was touched by the warmth from all her team mates

The team was excellent and they helped in getting great food for my daughter who has nut allergies. Great team and great hotel. It is really tough for getting food for people with allergies. Team spent time to understand and prepare everything from scratch .

Perfect place, Perfect location, perfect team and perfect stay. Everything was good and in place. Thanks to the team across all department. The Room was tidy and the things are in place. The food was good with decent spread. People are very helpful.

I did indeed have a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were most courteous and all the amenities in the hotel were well maintained. My special note of thanks goes to the Chef and Team at the Eatery for the exclusive spread of cuisine in the last 06 days of my stay. Thanks for the amazing hospitality. Being a Bonvoy Member, I would definitely recommend the Four Points to all my friends & colleagues. Looking forward to another exciting and comfortable stay at the Sheraton in my next visit to Vizag!

We have booked to stay in Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam. However due to "power problem", we were shifted to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The stay was out of our expectations, from the time of effecient check in till after check out, we experienced top norch customer services. We asked to fix the TV, technician came within 5 minutes then next thing the set top box was changed. Breakfast was great, a wide variety of choices. The services was excellent. The staff will remember what we had and provided to us. I had my Indian filtered coffee made most of the mornings, they are delicious and some mornings I had take away too. The staff at the front desk were exceptional. Always greet us with a smiling face. Special thanks to Chiranjib and Pallavi. They helped me to chase the parcel that supposed to arrive before we left. They then sent it to our designated destination when it arrived. This was an exceptional effort and I appreciated very much.

We loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and great value, and the buffet dinner equally so. Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I think the hotel should do more to promote local Indian wines and beers though, a missed opportunity.

I stayed here for 3 nights having arrived in Vizag from the UK to attend a cricket test match at the local stadium. On arrival the hotel has an impressive entrance area and is well located to explore Vizag with plenty to explore within walking distance. First impressions count and the reception team deserve great credit for their care in ensuring guests are welcomed and checked in promptly. Bimal and Surya who worked on the front desk certainly exceeded my expectations. Visable from reception is the main bar area and the buffet restaurant. I used both and again the service delivered couldn’t be faulted with the food and drinks on offer meeting expectations. My main disappointment regarding this hotel was the tired and aged rooms. I suspect these rooms haven’t been freshened up in ***y years and they now show their age. Such a shame and not my experience in other Sheraton hotels I’ve previously visited. In summary this is a wonderful hotel in a great location with caring staff who consistently deliver a service the hotel ***agement should be proud of. I enjoyed my stay but sadly felt the condition of the rooms let the hotel down a little.
