Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel. You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance.
Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area.
The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast.
Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.
The room was compact, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and a smaller window that could be opened for ventilation; the floor was very clean, but the bedding wasn't so hygienic, even though the staff changed it diligently; the location was out of the way, with many narrow passageways leading in and out.
Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport.
Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures.
BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor.
ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.
We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.
Overall, my stay was decent. The location is pretty good, making it convenient to get around. The room had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was generally okay, though some areas could use improvement. The service was standard, neither outstanding nor poor. The value for money is moderate, so it's a fine option for a short, transitional stay.
Had an international flight the next morning, and there was an hourly shuttle service to the airport. I booked a lake-view room, but all I could see was a really, really big tree. And because it was raining, I couldn't enjoy any lake view at all. There was a distinct damp, mildewy smell in the hallway, but the room itself was okay. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, though. It's close to the airport, so there was some airplane noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the hotel even prepared a breakfast to-go for us since we were catching the 6 AM shuttle to the airport. The service attitude was quite good overall.
Thank you so much for the great service. The room was so cozy and I had pleasant stay.😊
The location is near the airport and it's so convenient that we can easily call the hotel for the shuttle bus.
Thank you so much, this hotel now becomes my favourite transfer hotel before reaching home.
Stayed only one night in between flights. The shuttle bus stop at the airport is a bit tricky to find, at the end of the domestic arrivals (East Lobby). Unfortunately, the shuttle to the hotel would have required us to wait for nearly one hour, so we took a taxi instead after a long and tiring International flight. Staff at the hotel was very friendly, their restaurant closed around 10pm. Their free shuttle bus back to the airport runs every full hour and takes about 10 - 15min. Room was clean, shampoo and shower gel were provided.
Overall ok, but considering the extra cost for the taxi to get there, there are several hotels inside the terminals for about the same price, which is more convenient when you're just on a quick stopover.
This hotel is an excellent choice for a layover. It's very close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers transiting from Jakarta to Komodo, and includes airport transfers. They even have a WeChat account, so you can easily book your pickup from your home country.
However, the pickup location was a bit tricky to find. I'd suggest they create a new video or picture guide for the pickup point.
The hotel itself is very clean, and while the room was small, it was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
On the downside, our room wasn't ready until past 5 PM, even though check-in is at 2 PM. The efficiency could definitely be improved.
I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise.
The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains!
Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free.
For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!

GGuest UserThe room is very small and it takes a long time to get the key card. I asked a friend to help me get such a big property. There's not even a bar, it was built by the Japanese. The shops and supermarkets downstairs have everything you need.
AAnonymous UserI stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
MMayyouWe booked this hotel for 6days 5 nights and we almost would like to give 9.5/10 due to the reason below
1. breakfast is good
2. location is good
3. staff is friendly
4. sound insulation slightly poor but bearable
5. room is clean for first 4 days but got problem on 5th night)
But things turn bad in 5th night
On the 5th night we came back to hotel after long days, the room A is full of insects as photo/video attached. We have infant with us so have to change room immediately
The staff was helpful and helped us carry our luggage to new room - B
After few hours in room B, my infant keep crying and can’t sleep which is weird And my full body feels itchy . Noticed the room B might be defect room where the toilet door can only open 1/3 (if I slight chubby then can’t enter toilet to shower ), the wall is cracking might due to water leaking, toilets has spider nets
Even we are extremely tired late night around 11pm but we stil decided to move room as it’s super uncomfortable
Big thumbs up to the staff who help us moved to room C and we feels very comfortable with it. My body no longer feels itchy in room C and I can have a good rest
QQingjiaowoleifeng. This hotel offers great value for money. The gym and pool are excellent, and the surrounding amenities are very convenient, making it ideal for business trips. There's a shopping mall downstairs, though it's not a typical retail-focused one, and the area feels very safe overall.
